I had two kids going there and we had to leave before treatment was completed for both of them because we had concerns about teeth getting worse, but they would not care. The dentist only see patients for 10 seconds and does not answer questions, the assistants do all the work, when they know what to do. My daughters teeth got much worse than when she started. The worst dentist we ever went to. The front desk team is nice, though.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. I regret so much getting braces from this place, I had a beautiful smile to start with, the only reason why I decided to get braces was because I had an impacted canine and in order to have this tooth come down I had to have a surgery for exposure! They took ages to get this done after I started the treatment which was the reason why I got braces in the first place. Now my teeth have shifted to fulfill the hole of the missing canine and as this tooth’s root is so strong my teeth started pulling up I constantly told the dental assistants about my concern and the huge gap this was creating between my teeth, I talked to the orthodontist about this and all he could say in a broken English was that this was all normal, it was very hard understanding him and I don’t think he ever listened to my concerns. Following I decided to talk to the manager same answer, it was always normal no matter how bad my teeth were getting. Now I’m trying to get my medical records to get a new treatment to fix all my now misaligned teeth that they caused. I cannot Smile and this makes me very disappointed, because I literally paid them to ruin my smile which will now cost me even more!!!! I’m trying to get my dental records but every time I call their dental service manager is never there and when I asked when can I speak to her they never know when she’ll be in office?? I have contacted the dental board to file a complaint because what they have done to my teeth it’s disastrous. Don’t get braces here find a more reliable professional.

I needed to find a new dentist, scheduled and appointment with this place. I unfortunately, suddenly did not have transportation and need to reschedule my appointment. The lady on the phone repeatedly asked me what happened to my transportation, and why I had to reschedule. I asked if I could or couldn’t not reschedule, and she asks me if the 25th of January would work at 2pm. I confirmed and told her to book it. Luckily I called before showing up because they didn’t have my appointment scheduled or my information in their system. Very disappointed about all my time wasted in trying to get a cleaning! Not worth it.

Front desk girls are really nice, head doctor and assistants are rude. Quick service though, and the only place that would take new patients without questions. Paid $450 to remove my braces here.

Horrible dentist Place head doctor is super rude and does not care about your teeth he only cares about the money he gets in his pocket that’s why he hires horrible dentist trainee to mess up your braces every once and the while so you will have to extend you dentist plane for an even longer term. Only good thing about that place is the customer service because they have to put up with all the complaints people have from the doctors.

The customer service from the front desk girls is amazing. They’re very helpful and they always try to work around my schedule. The doctors also very nice and the assistants are great. No long waits !

I went for a braces consultation on a Saturday and it was great. Even though the office was really busy, I was seen right away. Great experience, everyone was very kind and helpful. The treatment coordinator was very attentive, she explain to me how my treatment was going to be. They also have amazing prices. Definitely recommend to everyone that is looking for better smile.

My son started treatment about 6 months ago and we are very happy with the treatment so far. Doctors and assistants are great and so is management. I recommend this place to anyone.

Its a great place to get your braces treatment at. Theyre very professional and organized. They accept health insurance and thats amazing. Everyone there is really cheerful and nice. Hopefully Ill be getting my braces off very soon.

All of the associates I dealt with at the Braces Place were accommodating and attentive. I was able to have specific questions answered, regarding my own personal orthodontic work. I would recommend this enterprise based on customer service and knowledge. The team also seems to truly care about the patients experience, which is a big deciding factor for me.

They made an appointment for us at 9am we show up at 9 wait around until 930 for someone to open the door to tell us they dont open until 11(They set the time lol). Then they say the surgeon doing the procedure wont even be in today anyways and they have to reschedule a month later. Honestly it was probably a sign.. couldnt imagine the train wreck that would have happened if we actually got in for the scheduled appointment. So thanks??

I had a really good experience here people were very nice the front desk girls were nice great manners they explain the instructions very clear I highly recommend everyone to come here great experience my appointment was at 2pm and finished at 2:45pm and my nephew had to put on braces for the 1st time I didnt even wait long they also have video games for kids best place ever

All of the assistants were always helpful, and they always helped clear up any doubts we had along the procedure. Be it appointments or dates they were always helpful and understanding.

I rank this place for its lack of importance,care and quick work not only because of the people who work here but also the people who hired such people that dont put the customer first, I brought my son to his 6th month appointment for a simple check and cleaning of his braces thinking that it would be quick for he may go back to school to do his work, I was wrong and instead of waiting 20-30min for him to be done I have waited more than the 6th month appointment almost 3 hours he was supposed to be done but due to the workers in front saying he is almost done but was actually waiting in the lobby for his cleaning for a unacceptable amount of time.Such lazyness in a company such as a dental one should have in mind that us as people have things to do and places to be and if our goals are not met what is the reason to be a client of your company.

Extremely disorganized, they schedule appointments and then they have no records of appointments. their offices open at 9 and I had to take my daughter for an emergency appointment and I was told they open at 11am, not at 9 like advertised. hours of operation are very inconvenient.

Where do i start, well first i like to say i have friends and family who all get treatment from most of the braces place. lucky me i got to visit a few of the offices. now my experience in this office is. DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE. when i took my little cousin for her appt, we waited literally 55 minutes until she was called. then when she got called in they brought her back down because they called the wrong patient. i waited patiently and tried to be understanding. it was like i was at the welfare office waiting for foodstamps thats how packed their office was. anyway, when they finally called her up i went with her because i had questions on her treatment but the Dr. was extremely rude, he was a chinese guy, he walked away while i was asking his questions, then the assistant who took care of her had NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING. there was another assistant there he was older i believe he was the lead assistant or something but he came to talk to me. he wasnt very clear on what he was talking about and easily distracted. i asked to speak to a manager. they basically said she was going to tell me the same thing the doctor did which was nothing. i go down the stairs this lady with long hair came out from the back and was extremely rude. she thought she was better than me or something with the way she spoke to me. my cousins mother paid out of pocket for her braces to get such horrible treatment. i believe if braces place wants to have successful offices they should have great training skills. Ur going to lose ur patients. the office was alright clean wise. but it was hot smelly and the employees u have are rude. not only to patients but each other. that manager was very rude to the one assistant who was trying to help us. not sure how u guys work. but i have been to the somerville and framingham location, and if you want to keep ur patients my suggestion would be turn those 2 offices like the somerville one. wish i could give no stars but then i wouldnt be able to leave a review. GO TO LAWRENCE BRACES FOR UR TREATMENT. DONT GO HERE. ALL THEIR STAFF ISNT TRAINED PROPERLY AND DONT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH

Went for a consultation best price for braces around also really liked the place nice and clean with a lot of light they also have a lot of parking which is a plus everybody was really friendly they welcome you with a smile front desk girls are awesome and Maria the girl upstairs is really Knowledge she answered all my question and was really nice and friendly!

NOT Wheelchair Accessible.I called ahead and made an appointment being sure to ask if there was access for me and was told that there was.Upon arrival, after filling out all of the forms and paperwork and waiting about a half hour, a dental assistant came to me and told me that I would need an X-ray and that their X-ray machines were on both the upper and lower floors with no access other than a flight of stairs.I was then referred to another place that could accommodate me.If youre an able-bodied person, I can attest to the fact that the building is clean and the staff is very nice, but thats about it.I really should have been told that they would not be able to accomodate me if I needed X-rays before I took time off from work to go there, especially considering that I told them I was in a wheelchair before I went there.

Worse place ever!! You always have to wait long period of times, my longest time was 2 hours and 45 minutes!! Its crazy how they schedule so many people at same time and they dont care what your wait is..... all they say is Sorry we are backup .. i paid 5,000 for my braces ceramic , they are horrible and when they come off its worse . They dont tell you they will crack your teeth , and that they will all broke to pieces when taken them off!! When to another Orthodontis to have them check since IM not happy at all my bite its worse shape that I came IN ... DONT come to these place dont waist your money find a doctor that actually cares in my 2 years and half that I went to these office they change the orthodontis 3 times , find a office that actually cares for your smiles and that values YOUr time.. and that actually pays what your paying for...

I dont recommend it, I paid 3 grand for an incomplete treatment. I went to another place and they told me the treatment wasnt done properly and I ended up paying more money to fix the mistake.

My God, in this place it seems that they do not correct their employees at the front desk because they talk horrible and treat you like you are a nuisance! And, no matter what your role is and in the office! learn to speak with love even if you dont want to with the patients! I understand that it is a pandemic but this is not only during the pandemic that they are like this. That always!!!!! Put the batteries!This place will be better if they leave the show, and need to make people feel uncomfortable by making them feel welcome!My god !!
