I have been a client here for a while.and the care I have received has been outstanding.southbay really does care for the clients they see.they will go above and beyond for their clients.if you what to get well this is the place to be.they are caring,compassionate. They have your best interest at heart.not like the other mental health clinics who are out to make a fast buck. South Bay really cares . The est counselor is katie.a real gem.

Ive got a awesome therapist named Ava. This is my 2nd time coming through SBMH for my Mental health issues. Ive NEVER been disappointed.

I’ve been with South Bay for over 3 years and I’m really happy with the treatment I have received. My therapist Jen is so nice and I am so lucky to have her support as a provider. Really great people.

After three consecutive weeks of focusing on the intake process, and not doing any actual therapy, I severed ties with South Bay. Be aware that this is their method, and if you are looking for more immediate therapy, this is not the agency for you. Also, I had to pay for these three weeks - for them to complete their administrative tasks - doesnt seem right to me!

My family is currently receiving services with this center, but not really happy with the therapist we have assigned. If you complain, they will tell you that you can close the case or go in a long wait list. So frustrated!

Great experience
