I finally found Cara while she was working at Southwind and knew immediately she was a great fit. Cara is truly a healer, with a kind and professional presence. Her massage oils are divine. She helped me to relax and relieve my third trimester body aches. When I revisited her postpartum, she was in her new, private space. Cara’s new space is intimate, soothing, quiet, and even more her own. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cara if you’re looking for nurturing, intuitive care.

I booked a 90 minute massage with Cara and am so glad I did. She was receptive to my concerns and had the right approach to working out the “knots” and stresses. Her body oils are amazing, they smell natural and my skin was very happy for days after my session. We even did some fire cupping! Her space is very nice and calming.
