Ive been coming here for a couple years now, everything has been fine up until this past month, I have called them 3 times a day everyday for the last 2 weeks and I have no got an answer, or even a call back. I have meds I need to refill but they wont answer. I love everyone there but come on how are you not gonna answer the phone or even call someone back .

Joe the practice manager is great he was super helpful with my moms insurance situation. My biggest complaint with the is office is being able to call them. Often I try to call and get no answer and sometimes no option for voice mail and nobody ever calls back. So luckily I got Joe’s extension.

This place is a joke. Called last week to setup an appointment. The representative was very nice and was very patient and understood my needs, he also stated that someone will be calling me back within 30 minutes to setup an appointment. Well its been almost a week and still no one has called. When I called yesterday the representative hung up on me. I then called back and asked to speak to a manager and of course received an answering machine and to no avail no one has called back. Your place of business is called Center for Psychiatric Medicine, correct? That means when someone calls they need help, not to be ignored!! Thanks for nothing.

Put me on terrible meds. Increased dosage when meds weren’t working. Gained so much weight and other issues and when I spoke about them, I was told “No, those meds don’t do that.” Became pregnant and was told to stop taking what I was on (at that point, it was 3 years of the same medication). Body went into shock and should have been examined. Called the office explaining my situation with how the withdrawals made me want to die and they scheduled me for an appointment 2 weeks ahead. (Pointer, if someone says they want to die, don’t schedule them for 14 days later). I managed to fight the withdrawals without their help, needless to say. Since then, I’m off the meds completely, lost all the weight I gained and have no other symptoms. I’ll never be back.

I love the staff but no one answers the phones email is not reliable. They send my medication that cant be transferred to the wrong pharmacy. And driving 94 miles to get them through boston is a pain. All the mailboxes are full so i cant even leave anymore messages. I am out of my medication and no one seems to be available to fix it. Withdrawal from my medication is a serious thing.

Well, I tried calling multiple times to schedule an appointment and even sent emails to request an appointment as well. It took them over 24 hours to get a response from the Practice Manager Joe C, but all he wanted to know was my insurance info. I provided and then no response since. I guess this is not the place to go if you need immediate assistance.

Ive had the privilege of working with many of the doctors here (as a patient), Dr. Gouri Datta, Dr. Thomas McLoughlin, Dr. Andrew Aldridge, all of whom are truly kind, non-judgemental, and SUCH amazing people to talk to, especially for doctors! The office manager, Joe Campione, is the heart & soul of the entire operation. Without him, the place would fall apart, not actually, but he truly holds every one & every thing together and does this in the most calm, organized way, and after nearly 10-yrs of being a patient with this practice, and 3 office locations (& 2 towns) later, I value his role now more than ever. I am forever grateful to him & highly recommend this practice. Theyve come a long way in the time Ive known them & couldnt be happier with their staff and medical program.

I have been trying to find a psychiatrist and stumbled upon this offices information. I have called them numerous times. At first I would use the dial tone to become a new patient and no one would answer. So of course I follow directions and leave a voicemail with all the information they requested. The voicemail before the tone ensures that if information was left that it has been seen and will call back. The fact they even have that tells me how responsive of an office they are.Annoyed after waiting and not hearing back over the period of a whole week and leaving a second voicemail with no response still, I attempt to call as if I am a current patient to see if someone would pick up. I during two different times of the day, both of which I called twice, called to see what I would be treated like if I was trying to schedule an appointment as a current member already. No one picked up at either times.Whoever is in charge of the phones does a very poor job. I would not trust an unresponsive office with my mental health.

Worst place ever! First off there is 3 receptionist yet the phone never gets answered when you call. I see Colette and she ALWAYS rushes me out. I am with her a max of 5 mins a visit! Then the therapist are a joke. I was seeing Bibi and suddenly stopped booking me. Would not return my calls either what was going. Apparently my depression and anxiety were to much for her so she dropped me without talking to me or even setting me up with a new therapist. I would leave but all other places are not accepting new people. Honestly dont go here. They dont care about you one bit.

CPM is fantastic. Youll be hard pressed to find another facility thats willing to go above and beyond for their patients the way CPM is. Anyone who has spent more than 5 minutes in their waiting room knows they put patients before profit - and thats an incredible rarity.Ive been coming here for more than 7 years; many family members do as well (were a mess), and all are thoroughly happy with the service, treatment, and care.****The phone system is a bit tricky to get the hang of, but thats a minor obstacle compared to most offices.****

In the 6 years that I have gone to see a therapist/psychiatrist, I have never met someone as caring and genuine as Dr. Thomas McLaughlin, Joe Campione, the office manager, and the rest of the team at CPM. Dr. McLaughlin not only cares about his patients but he takes a genuine interest in their life and how they’re doing. My dad passed away last year, and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through, but being able to vent and talk to Dr. McLaughlin about it has been more therapeutic than I could’ve ever imagined. He is constantly lifting me up with his stories. I normally don’t write reviews, but I left there today feeling so happy that I felt like I had to. If only more doctors were like this!

Initially I got an appointment for an evaluation rather quickly. However, it was for MEDICATION ONLY. I did NOT want medication and thats ok. So they said that a therapist would call me back. Its been TWO MONTHS. NOTHING. I am a domestic violence survivor with CPTSD and was hoping to find a qualified counselor here. I understand they are busy...2 wks ok...1 month maybe...but TWO MONTHS. Unacceptable.
