I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. I scheduled my appointment for 10am Friday morning. I received a call a little after 9 that morning telling me the therapist wasn’t coming in until 11:30 and if it was okay, I could come in then. I got to ReNew Life at 11:22 and had a very short wait in the front office until I was called back to sign my agreements. Everything was absolutely fine until 11:33 when the receptionist called the therapist to let her know she had a client waiting. The receptionist had the therapist on speakerphone & that was the first mistake because the conversation was pretty loud & for the most part pretty clear. This is what my Fiancé and I heard :Receptionist: “Hey it’s ***, you have a client here waiting”Therapist: uhm okay. I’m in **** right now.Receptionist: well your appointment was scheduled for 11:30..Therapist: **** ** *** well it doesn’t matter she needs to fill out paperwork anywayReceptionist: she just did..Therapist: well I’m in **** and I won’t be there till 12.*unclear words.At this point I was dumbfounded. The receptionist hung up and walked out of the room she was in and I I told her that I was just going to leave, she asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told her no. You could tell in the therapists voice their job was certainly not a priority this morning. She could have had other things going on, who knows. I just know what I heard and I definitely don’t want to discuss anything with anyone who uses that tone with their employees.I hope your experience is better.
