So Ive been to three of ENTAA Cares locations -- Columbia, Glen Burnie, and Laurel. This review is specifically for Laurel but my doctor works at this location as well.I go to the Laurel location for allergy shots -- theyre always on time and super quick about the process. The woman who administers my shots is wonderful. However, the front desk staff is abysmal. The woman seems as if she could not care less about her job. Shes always on her phone texting and god forbid you ask a question -- shell either ignore you or she will respond extremely rudely.As far as my doctor, Dr. Buchalter is one of the least professional and uncaring doctors Ive worked with. From the moment he sits down, you feel as if youre wasting his time. He rushes the entire appointment, dodges questions, and doesnt actually listen to your needs. I went to see him because of trouble breathing through my nose and it took 5 separate appointments (read: insurance bills) for him to come to the conclusion I need allergy testing and/or septoplasty. If he had listened to my concerns from the get-go, we would have been able to solve the issue from the very beginning. I would absolutely not recommend him.Other doctors are great here though. My allergist Dr. Bhagat is FANTASTIC. She is extremely down to earth, recommends what is truly best for you, and is all ears.

Ear.. Nose..throat.. Specialty also can do allergy testing..was seen promptly.. I was able to voice my concerns.. had good feedback..was not a rushed exam..plan of care put in place.. productive Visit..Did Not feel Confused upon leaving the visit

Poor customer service. Had an appointment, which was cancelled due to the doctor having surgery afternoon of Dec. 16. No problem, understood. Based on a telephone message that was left about calling to reschedule, my spouse called and an appointment was set up for Dec. 15 at 11:30am. Was on time on December 15 only to be told by the front desk female staff that a message was left for me about rescheduling December 16 appt. I said that my wife called and got an appointment for December 15 instead. I got frustrated and immediately left and determined to myself never to return. I was a new patient.

Thought Id find an ENT closer to home (usually go to GBMC) - Had to stand at the front desk and wait for the receptionist to finish texting.. Saw Dr. Buchalter - Was billed $150, visit lasted about 5 minutes, received zero help and no medication, he acted as though I was an inconvenience.Dont go to this place, youve been warned.

Get my allergy shots here. Doctors are cool.

The office is sufficiently run and on time. Dr B is aloof and not very personable. However, he listens and does what he needs to do.
