Horrible customer service. Impossible to get someone on the phone. Extra long wait times and they even did the task that they were paid to do and never notified me of any errors. They had 2 months to complete my finger prints and never did. Super disappointed in the service that I received here. I would definitely never recommend anyone come here.Even when you arrived in the physical location don’t even have an adequate waiting room. Location is horrible service is mediocre. And communication is non existent.Save yourself the time money and the headache.

Terrible customer service. They are strictly about a bottom line. I had questions and sharon (front desk) as well as the physician were reluctant to answer them for me I had to keep pressing the matter. Additionally they are extremely disorganized and have you going back and forth to the waiting area numerous times. If I had not already paid for the service at my first visit before they showed their true colors I would never have gone back.
