The young lady working behind the counter was sweet as cakes!even during the pandemic this office still lived up to treating everyone like family. the prostheses was well educated and well informed. i really enjoyed the fact that he is also an amputee. something i felt i was able to find comfort in during my process of getting my leg.

I would like to thank them for their professionalism and kindness. I also appreciated that I didnt have to say out loud what I was there for when I was getting checked in at the waiting room front desk. There were other people in the waiting room.I was not asked to state any personal information like address or birthdate out loud either. I felt like my privacy was respected. That was a pleasant surprise because other places I have been to have not done that. they also had YUMMY apples with the cutest quote!!!

Such an amazing company, they really do raise the bar for other companies in town.they did everything they could to get my custom shoes approved by my insurance. they truly are there for their patients. the girls up front were honest and straight forward about any insurance guidelines and what their steps were to get them approved. provided me with copies of the forms they requested from my primary and etc. , just so i could know what was going on.i defiantly had a lot of questions and not once did i ever receive a sarcastic response or did they EVER seemed bothered by me calling 10 times in one day.god bless you all

My experience here was over the top GREAT!i really enjoyed the fact that its family operated, met all the siblings. everyone had such a light weight personality and so understanding, from the waiting room to the room i was treated like a family member, i cant wait to come back next year for my benefits. god bless you all and your business.

I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. Ive managed to get in to be seen within a timely manner even without an appointment. The staff is great!!!!Very comfortable coming to this office on a semi-regular basis...Everyone is pleasant and takes the time to listen to concerns about my prosthetic leg as i enjoy the outdoors and etc...

I was truly impressed with this facility and the caring staff and friendly can do attitude and smiles. The TV Monitor was playing Nailed It! (a show I watch at home) . Doctor Yahve and his two sisters are TRULY AMAZING, as well as the rest of the staff were incredible on all 3 visits I made to your family business. I love the fact that the first visit is complimentary and i can return within 10 days to have a follow up or check it out again as part of the original visit. Plus the insurance person was able to verify they take my insurance while I was on the phone. All this adds up to customer service you rarely see these days! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!! You have a customer for life.

I was in a horrible car accident & was in need of a few braces promptly.we all know Insurances like to take their time to approve anything!in a time of need, Paullet was there to help me. she got my braces approved within days, she called all my doctors for notes & insurance religiously while keeping me updated with the process.I felt that I was in good hands. and they were genuinely concerned.

Brought my little girl to brace it a few miles down the road from a different location I was ordered by the doctor, where there was ‘’about a 2 hour wait’’. I was alarmed on how considerate and good humored the whole staff was. I didn’t have to wait any longer than 15 mins as a walk in, everyone that walked in or out were smiling and laughing with the staff. I had no issues with the prescriptions stating a different location. This small business doesn’t get enough acknowledgment, when they treat their patients literally like family.

I had a horrible experience with another orthotic company the week prior to coming to Brace-It; the compassion and wisdom of Brace-It was stunningly refreshing. Stroke survivor.Ive had 3 strokes in the past 5 years, words cant describe that sinking and heart aching feeling of not being able to have a normal life.but with the help and support of rehab/ stroke nurses and brace it with getting the encouragement of waking up mummys hands as wed explained to my 5 year old, that my hand was just sleeping, it got better and better; improving strength and I now pretty much have it completely back.I just want to say thank you Yahve and the beautiful ladies up in the front office with all the hard work and patience with me during this process.I have called a good amount of times to their office and not once were they rude or sounded annoyed, always a friendly talk with these ladies, they even called for my birthday and they built a good friendly relationship with my 5 year old son, due to him going every single time for my visits.thank you again team, you have made a life long patient and I will 100% recommend brace it to any stroke survivors.

I found this clinic on Facebook, a little difficult to find in person, but it is the best clinic I have found in Vegas, everyone was affectionate. They even had toys for my nephew !!!

Everyone spoke my language, thats hard to find. wonderful workers! Everyone was very friendly and I am nice to be treated well. Caring, smiling and laughing is a good environment for patients. I will continue coming here!
