Inconsistent covid policies. The staff will pick and choose who they allow to attend ultrasounds. Staff will also wear their masks below their nose while they explain cdc guidelines.They pick and choose who can have visitors. The bathrooms are consistently filthy with empty soap dispensers. Multiple errors were made in the sending of labs for me. Also if you would like to call the office don’t bother they don’t answer. I’ve never seen a more mismanaged office and the manager should be ashamed. I feel bad for the physicians, patients and staff that have to tolerate such ineptitude.

Love these doctors, truly grateful to finally have health care I can trust. Autumn, the office manager, is so kind and knowledgeable. She even got back to me after hours to make sure I wouldn’t worry all night. Love this place and recommend it to all my family and friends.

I called this office to ask about emergency contraceptive IUD. The first woman I spoke to said that I would need a consultation to see which IUD was best for me. I explained to her that emergency IUDs were always copper, and she transferred me to someone else. The next woman I spoke to laughed, and said she had never heard of an emergency contraceptive IUD in her 30 years of experience. Here’s an idea for your staff- try a quick google search if your 30 years of experience isn’t enough. You’re never too old to learn! :)

All of the reviews are in point. Been going here for years because i love my doctor.But Cant ever get through to make a damn appointment or anything.Just like right now. At this moment. The office is listed as open but when you call, it goes straight to we are currently closed. For the dial by name directory press 9.....Why though?

Ive been coming here since 2019 with my first pregnancy. It is always a struggle to get a hold of anyone when you call. They say you can text them but there is no point when they dont reply or call back. Then when youre finally in for an appointment, the doctors take forever to come in to the room to see you. What is the point of making an 8am appointment when the doctor wont come in until almost 9am to see you. After I remove my IUD, that will be my last visit to this office and will be switching over to Southwest.

The girl at the front is so RUDE. They call to confirm appointments but don’t tell you you still need a mask to be seen, when she told me I need one I asked if she had one for me because the mask mandate over, she said they cost $2 like why am I paying for something you want me to do? It wouldn’t have bugged me as much if her demeanor wasn’t so judgmental and ugly. My doctor is really nice and listens to my concerns though which is important to me. They just need different front staff.

I been a patient here before with my first pregnancy and this will be my second and they dont pick up the phone. I called about 20 times and it goes straight to saying we are currently closed when online and on the maps it shows that they are opened. I wouldnt recommend, the doctors are fine. But it just takes a while to even reschedule an appointment or to even get an appointment. They need to start picking up the phones! No wonder they are only rated 2.5 stars.

I have been going here for years and compared to some other offices when an emergency appointment is needed they can see you. It is nice that they do have a ultrasound tech on site and blood draw as well instead of having to go to multiple places for testing. It can get difficult to get through sometimes but other than that I have had great experiences here

All reviews are completely on point. I love my doctor but the scheduling and dealing with some staff has been stressful during my pregnancy. Ill bring up some examples. First, at 9 or 10 weeks, I thought I was about to miscarry. I get to the appt and I am told to sign a contract to start prepaying for the pregnancy services, including labor and delivery which is 30 weeks out. I was almost in tears thinking Im about to lose this pregnancy and they want to talk about labor and delivery. Twice Ive arrived to be told that Im going to see another doctor because mine had to leave. I dont blame the doctor but why couldnt someone call me to notify me? Both times I had to leave without seeing my doctor after driving half an hour to the clinic. One time I scheduled my ultrasound and appt right after the other. Two weeks later in auto confirmation call I find out they rescheduled my appts to be 4 hours apart. No one called me ahead of time to check if that works for my husband and I. When I tried to ask them to get something closer together, they told me I would have to reschedule for 4 weeks later which was not possible for a 20 week ultrasound. I had to talk to the manager who resolved the issue and put my appts back to the original time. At every appt since I signed the prepayment contract, they ask me to make an installment despite me telling them 5 times now that I will be making one payment when its actually due. At one point, the doctor said she needs to see me in two weeks. The front desk couldnt find an appt exactly two weeks out and tried to schedule me 4 weeks out. After talking to the manager, she found an appt that was 13 days out instead of 4 weeks. I dont know if this is due to lack of training or just carelessness. Either way the doctor is great but its quite challenging to deal with the clinic.

Service was terrible. Ive have been transferred from another city and In Thebeginning I filled a form because they requested my record from my previous office and those in two months they dint request my record and I do it by myself and send them to their office but because they dint do THEIR job they dint open the file and finally I went to the supervisor and she rudely kicked me out of the office because she did not accept that they did their job wrong her name is autumn she doesnt meet the requirements to handle a doctors office and she kicked me out knowing I was at high risk and she declined to give me the office number where I can file a complaint about her this is a horrible place please dont go here very unprofessional the doctors dont do anything and dont do their job and dont care I hope she gets fired.

My nurse practitioner Theresa was great, but when it comes to communication or getting prescription refilled you get no call back. Ive called over 6 times including the text line and no one gets back to me about something pretty important that I have a lawsuit about. This is unprofessional and I will be reporting these business practices to the appropriate people.

Like a lot of the other reviews have said, the doctors and NPs are good, friendly, calm and willing to answer questions. However, I had an appointment back in MARCH in which they were going to schedule a mammogram AND refer me out to a breast specialist. Not one, then the other, but BOTH at the same time. This is what was discussed with the NP I saw.I called a week after the appointment because they said someone would call me with that info, and the person I talked to then said it takes about 2 weeks from the appointment to get everything approved and then theyd call me. I said Okay, my adhd kicked in and I forgot all about it.I have not had anyone reach out to me since. When I called this week I got a general voice-mail then a receptionist called me back informing me it was the appointment VM I reached and sent me to VM for referrals. Left a message. Got a 2nd call an hr later regarding my appointment I wanted to make. NO about my referrals! They say Oh thats referrals, Ill transfer you. I dont bother because I left a voice-mail already. Missed a call today but the VM said I shouldve gotten the mammogram already and theyre waiting on the results? HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO GET A MAMMOGRAM DONE WHEN NO ONE CALLED ME TO SET ONE UP OR TELL ME WHERE TO GO?!?!? EIGHT WEEKS LATER, EIGHT WEEKS?! and now Im calling their office, at 3pm-3:20pm, when the office hours online say OPEN and the answering phone says theyre closed! This is ridiculous and Im livid and absolutely done with the poor management of the front end. I got no paperwork when I left the office, I got no call about where to go or how to set this up, my main radiology place has no record of a mammogram referral. Are they paying them to just sit around and ignore their job? Why are any of them here if no one is going to actually make sure a patient gets proper Healthcare?

Ive been going to this WHASN for over a year now. It does get a bit busy but i promise the providers are worth it. Last year at the start of the pandemic Dr Rosenbaum delivered my daughter. She is such a sweet heart and makes you feel comfortable.During my Dr visits i would sometimes see APRN Theresa Chevaliar or Dr Grolle.Theresa is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, informative and best of all she makes you feel like shes that friend /sister you can talk to about anything.Dr Grolle I heard is a girl dad and you can tell. He is so gental , soft spoken, super sweet. Great Great Doctor!

I feel like i’m a bit biased bc my OBG is kind but the ultrasound tech is mean! she was very passive aggressive and not very kind or gentle at all!! i recommend them to fire her and get themselves a new one i was expecting someone kind as this is my first time doing a vaginal ultrasound! but nope! she just stick it right in without warning.

This place is utterly awful. If you are able to get through to them on the phone be prepared for major attitude. The office manager autumn has tried to dictate what is medically pertinent in regards to the care of a family member in a sensitive situation. And has tried to bully me out of asking valid questions. I can never get through to the doctor. I have never encountered a more callous abrasive unprofessional wench in healthcare, which is what I do for a living. If you’re going to work in healthcare at least care a little bit. This office is dysfunctional and toxic. I have never seen patients treated SO badly. There are different whasn’s that are far better. Whoever owns these places needs to reevaluate the front desk staff and manager at this particular location.

Worst ever ! Front desk never answers the phone . Currently trying to get medical records sent to a new doctor and it’s been over 2 weeks now. Left many messages never get a call back . The front desk has the phone linked to an automated message system no matter what time I call. I’mPregnant and can’t get an appointment with my new doctor until they have my medical records.The lady who did my ultrasound was rude and rushed me and didn’t care at all. Monitor was broken and she told me to take a picture of my baby on my phone. Extremely unprofessional they don’t care about their patients at all.

This is my daughter 2nd visit here today. By far the worse office I have ever been to. Not only could I not go back there with my daughter due to Covid 19 which is somewhat understandable, however you can’t even wait in the waiting room although we would be social distancing and we are masked up. Just last week her first visit I was in the waiting room. What changed from a week ago? The ladies at the front picks and chooses who gets to stay. There’s a lady in there right now with her daughter. I’m getting angrier just thinking about it. I DO NOT recommend this place. Going to try and find a different obgyn while I sit in the hot car waiting.

Honestly this place is so unorganized and receptionist are so rude! I have felt unsafe my whole pregnancy as they pretty much rush appointments and push you out before you even realize it. You’re just stuck there confused with tons of questions. But most most of all, the receptionist are so unpleasant. I would never go here again, I’ve gotten more information getting ultrasounds outside of this place. They basically given me little to no information about my baby. If I could give this place a zero if I could. I’m so glad I’m nearing the end of my pregnancy so I don’t have to deal with this place anymore. Absolutely awful.

I had my appointment with Teresa and she was absolutely perfect. After having a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE here with a different doctor I was hesitant to come back, the doctor I previously had was rude and made me feel pressured. But when I called (I had to call multiple times because the front desk people never answer the phone) and specifically asked for a different doctor I was pleased to meet Teresa. She ACTUALLY LISTENED to what I was experiencing and how I was feeling. She was so nice and non-judgmental. She explained very clearly what medications she would prescribe and what tests she wanted to run and why. Overall my appointment with Teresa was very relieving, if it weren’t for her I definitely would’ve never came to this office ever Again. This office needs more doctors like Teresa !Edit: Teresa is honestly the only good thing about this office, everyone else is rude and has an attitude. Karen at the front desk is THE WORST. Actually everyone at the front desk is horrible and unprofessional. Gabby has the worst attitude. I give Teresa 5 stars but everyone else at this establishment is horrible and should all be fired honestly.

This doctor herself very kind. However, the ultrasound tech is awful. And the office staff is not knowledgeable or helpful. But I can not over state enough how terrible the ultrasound tech is. She is mean spirited, unkind, very poor bedside manor and not helpful. The first time I decided maybe she was having a bad day and give her a second chance. Three months later she’s just as terrible.

They tried getting me to pay $100 to be seen for my appointment and then they doctor that seen me didn’t prescribe me prenatal pills when i was asking her about them and she didn’t give me my restrictions that i was asking her about for my job they need better doctors and better communication skills

The front desk staff DO NOT care about the patients that come in and it shows with their customer service (or lack of.) I called in and asked for a prescription re-fill for an ointment they had prescribed to me two weeks prior, they said it would be ready for pickup at the front. After driving down to their office on my lunch break, the front desk basically had no clue why I was there and said I would need to come back. They called the next day and said it was ready. After driving down on my lunch break, for the second day in a row, I pickup the prescription and lone behold its not the correct one. They had given me a refill for a prescription for another ointment I was using and not the specific ointment I had requested. I didnt even bother asking them to correct the problem because obviously, they dont care. They were BEYOND INCONSIDERATE with my time and skin issue I was dealing with. Cleary, theyre only there to collect a paycheck and nothing more.

So my appointment was at 5:30pm, I was late 10 minutes on the dot 5:40 because of a car accident and I like across town. Im not saying I wasnt late because I was, but let me tell you when I got there the FRONK DESK was already prepared to tell me doctor Rosenbaum tried to wait for you but left because I took to long . I had to get a nexplanon removal and insert a new one . Thats like at least a 30 minute appointment.The Doctor was clearly trying to leave before hand .Front desk was totally unsupportive, and very rude .They have rescheduled me 2x because the doctor was in deliveryThen switched me over to Dr Strebal who said he was gonna remove my incision and I scheduled with him, so I thought .When I arrived at 5:40 they said DR ROSENBAUM left and could wait any long for me at 5:40 when I had a important procedure that would have went long anywaysAnyways, save your time and patience and go somewhere else. They dont give a f**k lol

Doctors and nurses are amazing. Front desk is horrible. They never answer theyre phone I had to call over 20 times for them to answer one day. Some days they just dont answer. We had an emergency situation going on and the front desk did not understand the seriousness of it and told us to wait for our appointment, they told us they were going to make a note of it. When we showed up to our appointment the nurses and doctors had no clue to what was going on because the front desk never told them. They need better service at there front desk or hire more people that care in that area.

The worst scheduling nightmare Ive dealt with, maybe ever! I need to express how irritating these people are. They wasted a lot of my time and now I have been left to figure out somewhere else to go last moment.I waited over 2 months for my appointment and had my appointment canceled the day of, and then the rescheduled appointment was canceled again less than an hour before! After this, they offered to reschedule another month out (3 months) but I wouldnt be able to come then. I am very upset because I wasted my gas, my time, my husbands time (he stayed home for no reason, missing work) and also I am out of a prescription I needed. This WHASN location is BEYOND unprofessional specially for a medical facility. I do NOT recommend coming here.

I would never Recommend this place to anyone ever! If I can give a zero I would. I only came to the office 2x and I had the worst experience. Prescriptions prescribed weren’t sent and I had to call and follow up, it takes 3 days for them to return calls but only cause I have to call daily, I ask if labs are suppose to be done prior an important exam and they tell me no but later on I happen to ask again and they tell me an hour before my appointment to come in for blood drawn before the lab closes early. The girl I was complaining told me, “so your just mad because you have to come in 30 mins earlier”, just because I wanted to speak to the manager after all the bad experiences. I had a complain prior and asked the manager to call me and she never did. My appointments were schedule with the wrong doctor both times and I saw 2 different providers. Dr. Sara T and and Dr. Strebel only saw me for less then 5 mins each. I just don’t trust my care and my baby here. Worst experience ever and I had to transfer to another OB.

Very bad service!!! The staff never returns calls or answers the phone!!!! I called all day for days straight and only get the answering service. I left a message almost a week ago and never got a response!!!!!!! I couldn’t make my appt an tried to reschedule and they just never returned my calls or answered!!!! I’m sick of this place. They messed up consecutively twice in two months scheduling me for an ultra sound then when I come in telling me I’m not scheduled for one.keep in mind I’m high risk with twins and bleeding. And then the doctor tells me he’s going to give me medicine for my infection and i even checked at the front with the ladies making sure they sent it to the right pharmacy. The next day there’s no medicine and it was too late to call. And how come I see different doctors when I come... I can’t deal with this so I’m gonna change providers

Dr Amy Rosenbaum is an amazing person. She has been great always. The front desk staff is HORRIBLE. They are mean and have terrible attitude. When I call their number, I %99 of the time, I wait for about 10 minutes and its redirected to voice message system. Horrible staff members!!!

I loved coming here at first Gabrielle Peterson is awesome she never rushed me and took really good care of me. For some reason I was scheduled with Theresa one day and she ordered me an infusion that wasnt necessary at all and that really freaked me out so I checked with my high risk and hematologist and they both said not to do it. It kinda seemed irresponsible of her she rushed me in and out as well after that experience I was scared and just decided to switch to Dr. Kartzinel. Hes great but I really felt cared for with Gabi.

What kind of place doesnt allow you to keep a 6 week old in the waiting room? This office prefers you keep your babies inside the car with the air on? During summer time here in las vegas where the temperature has been 110°. Thats the most idiotic thing ever.

Had a Pap smear with Gabrielle and she was AMAZING. She answered any questions that I had and definitely did NOT rush the process all while making sure I was comfortable. Will definitely recommend her to everyone.

I had a follow up appointment after a surgery and I had to cancel but they never pick up the phone so I left a message after calling 5 times, they say to leave a message so they can call you back and they never called me back, I called again today, they didn’t pick up the phone and I left another message saying this was the second message and I needed to schedule a follow up, they didn’t call back and when I called again I explain the girl who answered what happened she started giving me attitude, she put me on hold for a long time and when she answer me again she gave me more attitude.

Front desk needs better communication skills and appointment management skills. I had a appointment at 11am. Arrived at 10:16am... and PAID my ultrasound fee. Was not seen until almost 12:30pm. I asked multiple times politely what was the hold up? Was told I would be next. I was literally the last person seen. This was all after working a 12hrs NIGHT SHIFT! That I expressed prior to waiting to be called! Held my urine from 10:30am -12:30pm because they insisted I have a FULL BLADDER!!!!

I would love to give this place no stars. The staff is so unprofessional. They’re young & talk about everything but their job. I waited about 40 minutes & I didn’t even get to see my doctor. I saw “another doctor” for 1 minute! That doctor isn’t even on the list as a doctor. Don’t waste your time going here! Switched clinics after my first appointment!! I would actually love a REFUND!!

The medical personnel were helpful and kind. Dr. Strebel was AWESOME! He was caring, patient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He really made me feel comfortable and like he cared.

I got back my lab results from Quest threw an email and they were abnormal. I never got a call from the office. I was waiting to see if they were going to call me which they didnt. I decided to call them because it was serious and Im pregnant. Ive been a medical assistant for a long time and I know that we have a time frame of calling back patients if there labs are abnormal. We dont go home until that patient is called especially if there pregnant! I called and the MA stated the NP just looked at them now and will call me back to send over medication. I still never received a call back. I called but no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail so now Im just waiting for them to call back. Its very unprofessional not to inform patients of there abnormal results.I called the manager left a messaged no call back from the manager or the nurse. And still no medication sent to my pharmacy now I’m suffering and have to wait til Monday to call them. It’s already been 3 weeks. My results have been in since Jan2! It’s sad how they don’t care or have no rush to tend to patients.

Everyone is nice and professional. The only thing I wasnt aware of is that they are also a teaching facility. But even the students were professional.

My experience with this facility could have been a better experience they really have to work on connecting more with their patients. Don’t know if I will be going back.

Staff is always friendly, fun, and efficient. Ive been going to this association since 2013. Dr. Paul is the best!!! Ive only had one issue where the check in girl forgot to check me in.. everyone has bad days. Im always in and out with all of my questions and concerns addressed before I leave. I always recommend this business to friends and family. Ive only been to the Rose office, and cant speak for the other locations, but for all those with bad reviews, you should try this location.

I only went here for prenatal care and didnt like it due to the front office telling me one thing and another employee telling me another. One time I was being seen by the Dr and less than a minute he got a call telling the person over the phone he was just 15 minutes away and was on his way. I understand they are busy but so am I, at least be respectful of it. I always wait more than 20 minutes to see the Dr and I think my time should be respected too.

Very disappointed of my ultrasound tech today... i went in paid my $150 for a 5 minute or less session. Received only one picture and completely burry eventhough baby was perfectly seen on screen. I asked if baby seemed healthy and instead of of replying with the doctor will go over that with you i was told theres not much to see other than two legs and two arms. Seemed as if the Dr or Tech was in a hurry.

Bad front desk ! Refused me because i wasnt there 30 minutes prior to my appoint due to traffic. Wasnt treated nice at all about it ! Never heard of being refused because i wasn’t there THIRTY MINUTES prior to an appointment not to mention i refused a job offer from work when i am not allowed to due to being on call ! This place used to be the best I loved it then but ever since they started getting a lot of publicity it all went down hill now it only seems that there only care now is about the money and not about their patients anymore let alone the fact that it takes them forever now to do anything Ive been calling since for two days now trying to make an appointmentand they dont answer or they just hang up on me it has me rreal hesitant about having another child under there care

Had to have 3 appointments just to find out how far along i was and still havent seen an ob. I have partial information and just wanted to know my baby is healthy but this process has taken a month. I am a first time mother and still have not been walked through what my process will be so im pretty concerned about having this clinic help bring my baby into this world. Recommend patient education (what will happen first and next in the process) . Hopefully i will have clarity and more information soon im sure you would understand the concern of lack of information.

Choose a different office if you want to get a depo injection. They don’t carry the shots in the office for whatever reason, you have to play errand girl and go to CVS and pick it up and bring it back to the office yourself. Then when you come back they have no idea why you’re here and leave you in the office for at least 15 minutes while they try to figure out how to give a shot.

Ive been visiting this clinic for 3 years and I have the best of opinions,they treat you with education, with kindness, the receptionists answer the phone with a lot of kindness, the doctors are very good and kind

Ive bengoing to this clinic for the past 3 years beautiful atmosphere wonderful people doctors are amazing they always take the time to answer all of my questions always there to help in anything that I need.Teresa is a wonderful nurse/person she has been one of the reasons why I have been going back to this place. Today I had a little bit of a bad experience over the phone I totally forgot to schedule for an ultrasound on my way out so I decided to call back to try to reschedule and the young lady that answer the phone was not nice whatsoever she didnt even took the time to explain to me why was I not allowed to Schedule my appointment I asked for her to go to the back to try to speak to Teresa she see you I can I go ahead and scheduled for an ultrasound that way I wont do a double trip she said that the nurse was busy and her room and she didnt have time to answer the phone at the moment so I asked her if she could place me on hold and I will wait for her I wouldnt mind. She said that she couldnt do that because she only had one line which I think sounds really weird that a clinic has one line and that she couldnt keep me on hold for the reason that she needed to keep taking phone calls I asked for her name and she said have a good day and hang up on me I tried calling back no answer so yes other than that I love this place but the young lady at the check out or whoever it is the one thats taking the appointment needs to learn how to be a little bit more professional and friendly...

I havent seen my OBGYN in three years. Every time I go in I wait for hours and then they say shes not here and its months to book her out. I saw an APN and they booked my next appt for November, and didnt give me enough birth control refills to make it to the appt. When I called and said that they said either make a sooner appt or tough it out Are you kidding me? This place is horrible for a woman just trying to get birth control I cant imagine how its like for other women with reproductive issues or family planning.

This was not a good experience at all. I work in a professional medical field. The staff was very lazy and had no sense of urgency. Nobody knew what was going on. I had an appointment on the 10th of june. It took me to the 18th to get a response. I had to constantly call waiting for someone to reply to me or call me back .They kept putting me on hold or forwarding me to another person to leave a message on a voice mailbox.There was never an answer. I called back again and selected number one for scheduling . Then when I selected the number one for scheduling a staff member had the audacity to tell me I just called yesterday. What she failed to realize is that I have been calling since the 10th of june. The same scheduler that supposedly walked my folder back to the medical assistant then responded to me was she did her job and she does not know what to tell me. It should be everybodys job as employee staff. I didnt know she was only hired to do one thing. When I did get in touch with someone nobody had any idea what I was talking about or what it was in reference to. They told me several times they will give the message to the doctor when she comes in. Come to find out the doctor had never came in and was never there. Then I was told my file was taken back to the medical assistant named Alex. She was the wrong person and could not help me .It was the most unpleasant experience Ive ever had. it was the saddest thing I have ever seen in any medical profession. Most of all it was a frightening experience that Ive ever seen in medical staff that nobody knew which way was up or down. Im glad it was not an emergency room because, I would have probably been dead already. Very incompetent staff The only person who ever helped me and respond professionally was Jessica the medical assistant. All I needed was my referrals to be sent to the right place. I had a pneumonia and I needed an antibiotic. Please tell me why this could not be done. what was so hard about that when it is your job. My name is also spelled wrong - perfect example of incompetance.

I had such high hopes when i switched OBs. I dont have any issues with my actual doctor, but the support staff is horrible. Im currently pregnant and trying to make sure everything is OK with my baby. I had a tubal pregnancy in November. Im currently approx 5 weeks pregnant and my doctor wanted to monitor my HCG levels to make sure they are rising which would mean baby is developing properly in the uterus and not the ONLY TUBE I HAVE LEFT. I go in for blood work on my 30 min lunch break and the lady is at lunch, they tell me shell be back at 1pm. OK thats only five minutes from now. So i wait, and wait, its now 1:15pm. my husband asks the front desk if shes coming back soon and some one had to go find her. She comes back and then goes missing again and im still waiting. I ultimately had to leave because i cant be late back to work. i literally work 3 minutes away. If she had been back on time or even not gone missing the second time there would be no reason for this review. Im already scared and worried about this pregnancy and this adds to the stress and worry, i just want to make sure my baby is OK and growing in the uterus and not the tube. I literally left there in tears and now I dont know what to do because she works the same hours as I do. I even tried calling before i went to find out what time she went to lunch and of course NO ANSWER.AND NOW IM TRYING TO CALL THE OFFICE T SEE IF I CAN PICK UP THE LAB ORDER AND GO TO ANOTHER LAB AND I CANT GET A HOLD OF ANY ONE. THIS IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS. I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE MY BABY IS OK.

I went in for my first prenatal appointment with the hope to get a lot of information and guidance for having the healthiest pregnancy but I was beyond disappointed. I wanted 3.5 hours to be helped I asked nurses , what place in line I was and they said next yet I saw 3 different wave on women go ahead of me. Once I saw the doctor I asked for a list/information on approved medicines and what to avoid in skincare products. His answer was,you can have Tylenol 650mg and nothing else. I tried asking questions about symptoms I was having and his answer was lets keep an eye on those things for next visit. I was beyond disappointed with the lack of information I was provided. At was excited to get a professionals expertise but at this point youtube was been more helpful.

They will hire any bilingual person to work at the desk regardless of the lack of service or care. There are times no one will answer a phone or return a voicemail. And as other reviewers have stated you could walk in on time and wait more than 2 hours to be scene. Ive overlooked this all until recently, when theresa sent over the wrong prescription on a Saturday, then on monday promised to correct it and did not! She had one of the staff lie for her and said the order was sent to my pharmacy at 3:30 but the prescription was never sent out. Regardless of insurance carrier, race, age, or background, patients deserve respect. The staff should give everyone the best level of service available or refuse theyre insurance if they can not. Dont treat people as less than and think its good enough. The doctors are okay but obviously have very low standards for themselves and their patients. I definitely wont be a long term patient, and doubt they have very many of those at this office. Pathetic

Everything was great until the lady that drew my blood ruptured my vein.

Unprofessional, rude, undergraduated office workers! Arrive 15 mins late for my ultrasound and was turned down after taking a day off! This was not the first time I’ve had problems with this place. Verylazy, and rude office workers. I had to Change medical centers.

Dr. Grolle is the best doctor. He is smart and makes your pregnancy exciting. He received my daughter at sunrise hospital.

When I called to make an appointment a month ago the receptionist was very nice and helpful. I have never been to this place before so my first vist was November 2nd. I didnt know the name of the nurse practitioner that I would be seeing because I forgot her name. When I told front desk I dont know the nurse name who will treat me today she didnt give me the nurse name she just said ok. I was taken to the room and a few minutes later the nurse came in but she never introduced herself to me she asked all the questions that she needed and when she was done she told me to meet her up front. I had no connection with her she made me feel like she didnt care if I knew her or if she knew me. Maybe she was too busy with other patients to take the time to actually talk to me or introduce herself. First impression is very important to me. The ladies at the front desk seem to be in a hurry or dont want to be bothered with questions by anyone. When I asked a question the lady took a quick glimpse at the paperwork and didnt explain the paperwork to me. I may give them another shot. They are close to my job so I found it to be convenient but if they are going to act like this everytime then I will find another doctor office.

I had an awful experience with this business. I would highly suggest looking into the other womens health associations. There are several that are professional with positive reviews. Manager is very unprofessional.

They dont answer their phones or call you back when you leave a voicemail. The nurse is very rude and so are the front desk employees. I suggest if your pregnant or in need of a depo shot dont come here, you will be extremely frustrated with the POOR SERVICE.

Ive been going here for several years but I always have issues with the woman who take appointments. I call but no one picks up then when they do there not in front of there computer so I have to call THEM back which is wasting my time!

This place is the absolute worst. Most of the staff are rude and dont care about the patients. Im supposed to be getting induced tomorrow due to feeling severely ill, they scheduled me for a week from now and when I talked to them the said theres not anything they can do because they were closing. They were supposed to give me a call around 1030 this morning to figure out the time but instead they treated it like a joke. I dont recommend this place Ive only seen my doctor maybe 5 times throughout my whole pregnancy. Terrible terrible.

Front desk needs better customer service

My appointment was at 9:30 am and i was supposed to do blood fork for 3 hours yet i didnt get called until around 11 for then to not even do my check up or blood work. Along with that i had notified the front desk when i got here and what i was supposed to be doing and one lady listened while i spoke then walked away while the other one gave a sorry excuse that well were stilk open even after 12 for finishing appointment so wait till u get called. So worse experience of my life and a waist of my time like the last time i went.

My girl friend has been coming to this location since November 2015 when she move here with me. Dr Grolle is top notch, and he went through great pains to ensure her comfort during a recent surgery. She has a difficult time feeling at ease with doctors due to emotional trauma and she mentioned that she was very comfortable with him after the initial consultation. He has excellent bed side manner and will not hesitate to take a moment to get to know his patients to put them at ease. The staff is very attentive and will do what they can to accommodate requests within the realm of reasonability. All caregivers are forward and to the point about prognosis and all aspects of the care they give; there is no beating around the bush in this office. All negative news is handled with care and dignity.

Do not visit this office the staff is very rude specifically the nurse manager. This is my first pregnancy and i had some concerns on my 14 week appointment. The doctor i met with just asked me a couple of questions and then sent me on my way after ive been waiting for 2 hours. I called the next day to voice my concerns I understand at 14 weeks the doctor should listen for the babies heartbeat. When i called i spoke with Angie or Angela the nurse manager she was extremely rude, hostile and unprofessional. She told me i didnt know what i was talking about and to stay off baby apps and google and if i dont feel like Im getting adequate care i can go somewhere else. Truly heartbreaking and unsettling for a staff member to speak to a first time mother who just wants the best care for her and her baby. I suggest some re-training in customer care or replacement all together. Shame on you WHASN for running such a terrible establishment.
