The staff are very polite and provide detailed information. Since we are in a pandemic the lobby could have abided by the social distancing guidelines more . found it odd the rooms dont have doors but other than that im personally fine with the wait. My healthy and loved ones health is my main concern and if it takes all day so be it. Waiting an hour is nothing..

Just a tip...when a patient calls to get your address you might not want answer the phone with why are you calling, we are closed very bad first impression.Update: Gave 2 extra stars as my docter is really nice and caring!

This place is AWFUL! as soon as you walk in it smells like a subway place..only nastier. When I got called back I waited 30 minutes to see NOT the doctor to do my EMG and then have me wait another 20 minutes for the DR to come in and finish the test. All while something in the wall or cealing are making a LOUD screatching sound THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE. And to top it off..O was suppose to get my results no later then 2 weeks... I called and called and called and 2 MONTHS LATER I get my results...Oh you have to see an othopedic doctorGarbage place. Garbage doctors.NEVER AGAIN

Extremely bad! Make you wait an hour and half. To see dr. For 6 minutes. An a hurry.. Never return my calls. They never answered my calls they have a service that answers calls and service people tells you that they call you back as soon as possible, which they never did it. Not even once..
