Could it be that this agency is not controlled by anyone? Its been over 3 years that I keep seeing people complain horribly about the service they provide at this clinic. Why has this not been resolved? Ill never come back. I dont have to put up with their attitudes if they dont like to work because they dont keep doing it anymore. you should look for more dedicated and personable employees. Not these cannibalistic people. because thats what they seem to be. They talk in such a way that it seems they want to eat people. You have to talk to the director of this clinic to solve the problem with his staff or go to the health department. I will meet with my team and there we will complain directly, all of them with bad experiences. this cannot continue to happen.

Had counseling at CSN and then came here because the person I talked to worked here! They said that this was where they worked if I wanted long-term therapy and I did. The whole process was smooth and they were welcoming. I called them, said I knew someone there and wanted to schedule with them, and they scheduled me with a case manager to get started. Whole process took around 1-2 weeks and I ended my case today. Lasted around six months and I am happy and satisfied. I feel like I can better rationalize and be more independent.

I ended up at Mojave clinic because my Doctor moved from the Henderson clinic and I hate changing doctors. Doctor Shuany is a good doctor. The staff leave a lot to be desired.

Called looking for a therapist and I am shocked at how rude and unhelpful the woman answering the phone was. I didnt get past that, any office that allows staff to be this rude cannot possibly have decent Drs working there.

Struggled for so many years until Irene got ahold of me. She properly diagnosed me and worked to make sure my meds were what they needed to be. I finally feel like me again. Jolene was an amazing caseworker and Im forever grateful for what shes done for our family. I was just assigned Alexis, but she seems very dedicated. Cant say enough positive things about them all.

I love the free bus passes I get over here through case management, instead of me going through MTM transportation just to get it and reschedule unnecessary appointments...

Avoid this place at all costs. Their bullying includes threats of benefit cancellation if you wont sign up for all the different programs. Do not sign anything since a power of attorney will be included without disclosure. All they really want is medicaid money and control of disability benefits. They went so far as to cancel my existing prescriptions to force me into the office. Luckily, my Dr. was able to intervene on my behalf to quash their awful machinations.

I like this place. Hellen is awesome, chris Franco is a greath therapist, and Dr.Anooshian really cares about his patients. They help out with welfare, disability, and housing. Never had so many people that actually care.

Absolute scumbags! Especially Bernie Webber he referred a dangerous schizophrenic to my business and wouldn’t pay for the costly damages he caused. AVOID THEM go to another agency & don’t do business with them‼️

I went here for a few months and everytime I experienced excessive wait times, I understand each individual deserves time and attention but 45 minutes after my appointment to only be seen for a whole 10 minutes is outrageous. Was told I should use other services such as therapy but was never reffered despite asking on multiple occasions.

This place is Okay.. they try to take advantage of the people that go there... they give shots without telling them whats in it. Little communication is involved..

I was bullied also. Just beware of what medications they give you. Consult with your primary care doctor about any side effects. Telling them doesnt work they dont care. Talk to you with no respect or concern.

The worst clinic that can exist, I do not recommend it to anyone, they never attend you at your time and ask questions and they tell you we have an emergency, but they always have bad service, they never know anything, it takes hours and the doctor does not appear, and if you have not even fences
