If it werent for this medical center, i do not know where Id be. They have saved my life in more ways than one. Excellent service. They will help you in so many ways, its a miracle.If youre someone that is looking for an organization to donate to, First Med is it.I just want to say thank you to them for all they have done for me. ❤

I have been a patient of Dr. Lilneta Grady since I first moved here to Vegas almost 2 years ago and she has been amazing. She is so sweet & caring and I feel like I can tell her anything! Its so nice to be able have such trust in a doctor when you move to a new town full of strangers!

Monique Cox was the worst therapist I could ever ask for ! She didn’t help with my eating disorder at all ! She was rude and mainly wanted money . She also was terrible at marriage counseling as well . Basically cost me my marriage as well . I will regret this for the rest of my life going to this place . It did nothing but harm to me.

I have never had a worse experience with a medical establishment in my life. STAY away from them! You dont need to deal with what Ive went through. Everyone there, including the higher ups, are incompetent. Even after raising several complaints to the Director of Human resources and the VP of Compliance, the issues were never resolved. Every time I had a visit it was necessary to follow up with a complaint. They either didnt send in my medication, claimed the new medication Id just been prescribed wasnt on the list, made appointments for me that they never scheduled, left me hanging in a huge mess when I was withdrawing from medications they were taking me off of and werent returning my messages, so I had to go to urgent care for help instead. All their mistakes with my medication resulted in me being dangerously unmedicated for almost a month, they dont send in the correct blood tests, they dont send new prescriptions into your pharmacy at all... the list goes on and on. Please stay away from them and save yourself unnecessary risk and conflict! Its a shame they are a non-profit, and I think they should lose their non-profit status immediately.

I dont think any of the doctors truly care about the patients or have the ability to help. I I wasted over a year trying to get help from multiple doctors who all had the same nonchalant attitude. Every one works for a paycheck but I think they ONLY work for a paycheck. My insurance covers everything but Im looking for doctors who do the job because they love to help people not because they love the numbers on a check. One doctor actually said shed rather be home watching Netflix. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

My son and i have been patients for a long time, and everyone is always so nice, and personable. If youre a person who has limited means, this place has programs, and people to help you. I recommend Firstmed highly.

I went to get my blood work done at this place twice, because the guy the first time wiggled the needle in my vein & I literally about passed out. Then I obviously learned this time about coming again & here he goes & obviously doesnt know how to draw blood. Super aggravated especially after I took out all this time having to fast both times for this & some more things.

Had a wonderful experience at the Shadow Lane clinic. They were able to accomodate me on Christmas Eve for an urgent matter and all staff and the provider were great.

Everyone at FirstMed are truly friendly courteous respectful and professional ... They are always helpful to make sure we make our appointments... FirstMed is the best and I will always tell everyone about them....

Ive been dealing with them for about two years now it seems like they dont care about my health and what Im going through now its time to switch and find someone who truly wants to help me with my problem 😠 I keep getting the run-around and Im tired of it time to move on

I requested through the phone a therapist with specific qualifications, and Monalisa scheduled me for a doctor to be evaluated and referred to the specified therapist.Instead of seeing a doctor on site, I saw a therapist who did not meet the qualifications I was promised. I inquired if any other therapist on site had the qualifications I was looking for, and they finally conceded that they didnt have any. I immediately left and was promised a call for an appointment with a therapist that met my request. I have yet to receive any calls, voicemails, texts, or any further communication from them.I had to report unethical billing to my insurance, which assured me that I am not responsible for cancelling an appointment after discovering I was furnished with misinformation. Dont waste your time even contacting this business.UPDATE: I finally received a call from the same Monalisa. After they asked about the issue I experienced, they proceeded to try to start an argument with me. I ended the call before they escalated it any further. I was quite shaken by their aggressive and unprofessional conduct, and I will warn all of my peers to avoid this business.

I wish possible to give NO stars..this place is awful!! Victims of crime need assistance not nonchalance..if you expect assistance DONT go there..desk staff is incompetent
