Toxic work environment. Overbearingly toxic. Don’t try to make suggestions or an input to help the kids you will be humiliated and fired. Trying to break the cookie cutter mold system they have in place for the kids they will fire you.

There were 3 places recommended to me. I tried this one first and spent a very long time filling out their extensive paperwork. I was in contact with them the whole time. I even stopped by to see the place. They were friendly and were kind to my son. Unfortunately, that is the last I heard from them. I was so upset that I wasted my time. Do not even bother with this place.

We could not have helped our son without having Dr McGuire as our advocate. She is an amazing therapist and a trusted provider of services for our son. We will forever be grateful for her guidance and true advocacy for those who are on the spectrum.

One of the most compassionate mental health doctors I have ever met, she specializes in Autism testing and has a heart of gold.

I love this place!!!! Michelle is awesome as well as all those who work with her in the office and the RBTs. They are very knowledgeable and do consistent training. Both my sons were able to get in for evaluations with in a couple months of initial call. My 5 year old has been getting in home therapy for 2 years and Ive seen tremendous improvement. My 10 year old is on the wait list for after school therapy but, the fact that they do in home is a big plus in my book.

CBC is a great place to work! The management is amazing and is super helpful when it comes to questions and role playing scenarios. Our BCBAs provide supervision throughout the month as well as our trainers and apprentices. They are supportive in our goals to move up in the company and provide supervision and training if becoming a BCBA is something that you are interested in!The supervisors, staff and clients are what makes CBC such a great place to work.

Do not work for, or receive services from Creative Behavioral Connections. Staff and clients are treated with no respect, as your schedule as staff and client will be constantly inconsistent. The director of ABA services is rude to staff and clients, even within a clients own home. Polices such as informing the company of what you do in your off time or requiring weekend work outside of your availability is required. Clients are seen only as a way to build revenue. State requirements for supervision are only 5% of a RBTs hours need to be supervised. They claim to increase these requirements as a way to lift the bar, however if you see multiple BCBAs entering your home on a consistent basis you should ensure youre communicating with your insurance as they will use these extra supervision times as time to double pay and milk the cost of services for your child with no added benefit.Warning for staff: Going to HR will result in termination.

Spent 3 hours filling out their intake forms. I confirmed with Catlyn that she received them. I never heard another word from them. Extremely disappointing, especially since they were personally recommended by a fellow therapist. Ill be sure to tell them that they probably shouldnt be recommending this place anymore since they dont call you back.

This place stinks. I tried writing a review and they deleted it. They charged me more money because they wanted to, even though I paid for my childs services. I tried going to them about this but left me with no choice. They also didnt care about what my kid wanted, only that they did social skills and driving around the car all day.Buyer beware.

We have had the very BEST experience with CBC right from the start! We were on a waitlist with another company that wasnt going to be able to see my child for assessment for 6 months. CBC was able to get him seen in less than two months and services started the next month! We do 30 hours/week of ABA therapy in our home with three RBTs. They are ALL wonderful!! It is very clear that they are knowledgeable of the material and very sweet and patient. We are in our 5th month of therapy and the results have been amazing!
