Most of the pharmacy’s staff is great but there billing is in bad shape. They have a low cost program great but they only count your income, Not what’s going out so your deductible is a lot higher. The people in billing acts like the money is coming out of there own pocket!When it comes time to renew they do not inform you. It’s your responsibility they say.What’s sad to say is billing is in the same building as pharmacy but don’t work under the same rules. Medicare needs to look deeply into there practice!

They usually deliver my supplies in a timely manner but are a mess when it comes to paying. They don’t answer you calls and will get back to in 2 days.... very inconvenient when you work and cant call during business hours but get letter from them that they are going to send you to collections. Come on South West Medical supply and Pharmacy get with the times, its almost 2021 and you still cant make online payments??? Pretty pathetic. You want your money yet dont answer every time I call.Get it together and allow us to make online payments!!!!!!

Southwest Medical is without a doubt the worst medical supply company in the country. I am a type 1 diabetic and they frequently refuse to give me my medical supplies. I have never had as many issues with any company as much as I do Southwest.

Update: be very careful when paying ur bill they will try to clip uOld reviewBest medical equip. Supplier i have dealt with .I use them for my cpap needs ,compared to the previous co i dealt with this one is perfect....

They called me the day they we’re supposed to deliver my son’s medical supplies and told me they no longer take my insurance. They only send out supplies for 1 month and so I was left with nothing and after a couple of days of calling places Epic Medical Solutions picked us up and personally came to my house to hand deliver supplies including my sons formula to hold me over until they were able to send out my month supply!

Very annoyed and disappointed. I am a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic, I Waited so long for my diabetic supplies, Once they arrived I was called and I even left work early to pick up my equipment 20 minutes before their stated “ Office hours ended M-F 8am-5pm” everyone was walking out the building and the doors were locked, I called the office and they just kept forwarding my call to other departments. Not one person helped. After waiting so long someone answered the call around 5ish (when they close) and said “oh we close at 5”.I might, might not give them another chance but Currently looking for other alternatives for my diabetic supply delivery system.

Horrible poor unacceptable customer service! They treat you like you are a crook, who came there to get a free stuff. I came there with doctor prescription and i have insurance, they discuss in front of me if im allowed to get what i came for with the prescription! And than they discussed infront of me if they should charge me 50% of item which was fully covered by my insurance. They talk in front of you like you are not existing. One of the most unprofessional unfriendly unhelpful workers and customers service

I work at a company under United Health Groups umbrella in Las Vegas, NV called Total Home Care (THC) while employed at THC. I was exposed to extremely poor and unethical Management. Management is uneducated and if youre non Mormon you cant advance within THC. Im forced to work overtime and it was okay at first now after 12 years its old. The company use to be Sierra Health Service and since United Health Group took over the company has been tainted. There is a lot of corruption at my location. Thing that are so morally wrong would never occur under Sierra Health Services. Im wishing that I had done something else like going back to school. Now with my schedule Im stuck with a dead end job and unable to do anything, because of how many hours Im forced to work. Management always leaves on time and when it comes to you and your life youre the problem. I have been hooping the Company would bring in new and more experienced management, but they havent. I tried to reach out to the companies CEO, but he doesnt care about the little people.

The enterals department staff is beyond amazing. They go above and beyond to get my daughter everything she needs when she needs it. They are just stellar I cant say enough good things about them. They give this mom one less thing to worry about, because working with and interacting with them is a breeze. Thank you guys for all you do.

I have 2 handicap boys on ventilators at home who use diapers... I have been 2 months trying to get diapers for them and always some excuse why they cant fill Rx. I explained how frustrating it is . and. The people in urology dept could care less except for paula. Their communication with customers leave something to be desired. I would think if they recieve a Rx, and they cant read it, or is missing info they would call the client and let them know so they could notify Dr. What needs to be on Rx. That was the case twice with me and i had no communication until i tried to call and order for diapers.

I have had my troubles in the past with this company but my last 2 orders I received top notch service. If they had kinks in the past it seems like they have been worked out. I think it was Maureen who helped me, she went above and beyond to help me get my insulin pump supplies. Thanks!
