The best in town for medical supplies and conveniently located on valley view and west charleston. I went to another medical supply company and walked around for 5 minutes without even being approached for help. At JC Medical Supply they helped me pick out a top of the line walker and bedside commode for my father and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Staff was ultra friendly and super helpful even when I returned 20 minutes later for more items. Make sure to visit them first and foremost if you need medical supplies in Las Vegas!

Had ordered a blood pressure monitor and slide in shower chair via prescription after my quadruple bypass. The blood pressure monitor came without batteries despite the box saying they were included and instead of the shower chair they sent a stool that was suppose to have a back but did not!When I called about it the manager told me that the blood pressure monitor did not come with batteries and he didnt care what the box said. He also told me that my prescription for the shower chair said shower stool which it did not!

I buy here last year They have a WORST medical supply dont buy here.. you gonna regret it.... their costumer service is not good..if you buy some item here you cant RETURN IT. Although you just brought yesterday and you have your receipt.. Im telling you people. coz it happen to me. If you dont believe its up to you.. if you want to waste your time and money.

Im very suprised at the other reviews, maybe theyre reffering to the medical supply that was there before JC, but I love this place! The workers were very friendly and cooperated with me and my several request, they also were very helpful in getting me the exact supplies I needed, calling other suppliers to make sure I got what I was looking for even if they didnt have it and on another occasion they were able to order my product that I was unable to find at any location in town!

Im very surprised in general about the lack of care from the health care industry in Las Vegas in general. Even more so by JC Medical Supply who claims their hours are from 830am to 530pm, but decided to close up early on a Tuesday. My grandmother needs a very specific part for her oxygen machine and I was counting on JC Medical Supply to help, but needless to say Im very disappointed.
