This is the best place to go! They are professional and knowledgeable. Very honest people. They did everything possible to get my electric chair running and more. They went through the repairs performed and explained why they did them. I felt very comfortable and after more than a year it is still running smoothly. Dont go by reviews of people who only want to damage others and disparage out of their own frustration. See it by yourself, they know what to do. I will definitely go back to them when the time comes for the next repair.

I called and asked if the company could repair a broken remote of a hospital bed and the guy named Tom asked me to email the pictures of the bed. Its been 3 days and I havent received a word from Tom. I called him up and he told me that he hasnt checked on my message, but he told me he will check on it that evening. I waited for 4 days and still no response.He should be kind enough to reply to a customer. I wouldnt call this company again.btw, I am not supposed to give a star on this review, but I have no choice it wont accept my review without it.
