🚨 Mandatory $15 tip PER MASSEUSE was not disclosed to us upfront. 🚨I am ALWAYS a GENEROUS tipper when great service is received and I had already planned to give my masseuse $20 because of the thorough job they did.I dont agree with the business practice of tacking on extra fees at the end of a service received... especially since we went directly to spa and asked them to match the Groupon deal so theyd receive 100% of the profit and not just 50%.Also, if my massage had not been satisfactory then that would have added insult to injury.Lastly, although one of the gentlemen at the front told us to let our masseuse know if we want more of a swedish massage compared to a deep tissue massage when I tried to express this by requesting he please be more gentle with me my masseuse simply laughed. His laugh was not out of spite but due to our language barrier but unfortunately I havent taken Chinese in over 10 years and didnt know how to request it differently.

From the moment my wife and I entered the building they made us feel welcomed. The clerk in the front was very courteous and professional. We got to our massage straight away and it was hands down the best 90-minute massage I have ever had. Words cannot describe it, they have made a lifetime customer of me and I hope you will try this place as well.

This place is amazing. I went on a Groupon a couple months ago very skeptical about it.. but I fell in love. Today I went again and it still did not disappoint. 🤗 Super amazing massage, very clean environment , private rooms and amazing customer service from the telephone to leaving. Great job!! First time at this place. Minimalistic interior but everything worked. Had a couple massage for 60 minutes in a privat room and it was very very good. Place is clean and I liked that they used white sheets and towels. Very professional with the right pressure. No forcing of giving a specific amount of tip-was reading this in an other review. We will go again. Would highly recommend this place!

I had a 60 minute full body hot stone and body scrub massage from JACK and he was amazing! I asked for extra pressure and he was able to give me that deep massage that i like! Definitely would recommend! Best massage place, they do far more than those American massage places like massage envy! Go here instead!!!!!

Staff are respectful and highly skilled. They find and work out all my knots. Best neck and shoulder focus I have ever experienced.

The extreme amount of oil that was poured directly onto my skin was absurd to say the least. I asked to focus on my shoulder /upper back area and all he did was irritate my knots somehow. Which I didn’t think was possible. I could feel the man sit on the towel as he was poorly rubbing me, it felt like I took him away from his nap or lunch break to be honest. He used ONE hand and it felt like he was rubbing me as i do you put lotion on myself. This place smelled funky, the sheets were moist, and instead of a towel over my eyes I got a lovely PAPER TOWEL. How fancy. And the scrub they used (I was not warned about before hand) was rubbed around with the hot stones? I’m not sure what was really happening but was wiped off w a dry towel (ouch) and then brushed off with his hand as if you do when crumbs are on your bed. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This massage facility is located in a shabby strip mall on spring mountain. The building is old and theres not much decor to speak of. The massage rooms are small and furnished only with the massage tables. My husband and I went in for a 90 minutes couples massage. I believe the 90 minutes begin from the moment you walk into the room because that massage certainly did not last 90 minutes. I dont believe theyre professionally trained. There was no specific technique used, rather it seemed that she was just moisturizing me with lotion. I didnt mind because I prefer light pressure but my husband said he would have liked more deep tissue techniques. And at one point she got on the table and straddled my back. Not a conventional technique used in swedish massages! They used an insane amount of oil on our backs. It was a little annoying that they kept leaving the room to bring towels and hot stones etc. But what was more annoying was that they kept leaving the door open and there was all kinds of noise and people talking which made it hard to relax. At the end they were very forward and flat out ask for a $15 tip which I was going to give anyway but I thought it was rude of them too demand it.

One of the best full body massages I have had in awhile. I usually have to tell the masseuse to do more pressure, but the person here actually added the right pressure so it felt like my muscles were getting work done. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I like the Asian decorations and furniture as well.

My friend and I decided to use groupons for 60 minute massages for my birthday and it was awful. The two men who performed our massages grunted, breathed heavily, touched us inappropriately, went in and out the room several times during the massage, and raised the sheets to look at our naked bodies on several occasions. We both felt very uncomfortable to say the least. The man performing my friend’s massage coughed frequently and whispered strange things in her ear. This was the worst experience ever!!!

The masseuse didnt speak English, he didnt understand what I was asking him to do. Infact after the massage I had pain in more points than before. The oil he used also caused a reaction with my skin. WOULD NOT GO BACK AGAIN.

I did not enjoy my massage at all. I felt like I was handled very roughly. The therapist talked during our session, and spent alot of My 60 minutes in the hallway grabbing materials. My therapist didnt have any bedside manner and was very aggressive. He would push me back to lay down instead of asking me to lay on my back. At the end of the session the receptionist tried to suggest how much I should leave for a tip. The customer should be able to leave a tip based on their own experience and not recommended to leave more. The only reason I didnt leave was because my son was enjoying his massage. I will not return.

My boyfriend and I tried a couples massage here instead of our usual place on durango..while my boyfriends masseuse was doing a great job, and tackling every muscle grouo.. my masseuse was randomly erasing my back as if I was a white board yo be cleaned and jumping around from back to arm to feet while missing the lower back and glutes. nothing on the shoulders. she answered a personal call.. and kept walking out of the room. and then demanded a tip at the end!!! my boyfriend was happy with his massage though..

ASK FOR HOWARD! HOWARD! HOWARD! He’s the best in my opinion! He’s very good with DEEP TISSUE and TRIGGER POINT work. He has a lot of POWER, PRESSURE and GREAT HANDS! He’s AMAZING for people with BACK & SHOULDER problems. Every time I leave I feel REFRESHED RELAXED and REJUVENATED. He really does give his ALL and puts in EFFORT 120%. First time coming here. Used a Groupon coupon for a couples 60 min massage. Didnt have any problems with them accepting it. No hassel on tipping. We tipped 30 bucks all together. I give the massage itself a 4 and a half. I got David and my husband got Ling. For me David did a pretty deep tissue massage which I needed. And my husband said Ling got on his back with her knees she was tiny so he said it didnt bother him but was surprised.If youre into the whole spa vibe with scents and the ambient setting. This place is prob not for you. But if you want a good massage to get your kinks out this is the place to try out.
