A lot of activities for seniors. Face to face contact if you have questions regarding your Humana coverage. I would say 99% of the staff is user friendly. There is one woman on staff not so friendly but that has nothing to do with the other 99%.

Very helpful staff. Answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. You should definitely visit if you are comparing Medicare Advantage plans. Lots of activities to take advantage of and keep you busy.

Before coming here for a health seminar I didnt know this place existed. And, it was close by my home.I really enjoyed myself. They had various discussions/classes on health, fitness classes, walking groups, and much more. They even have free coffee and healthy snacks to eat.I guess what was important to me was I felt welcomed. The staff was great.I Cant say anything negative about my experience at this Humana on W. Charleston & Ft Apache.

Had a problem with the office at a doctor visit. Went by the Humana office just to make them aware of the situation and they took such great care of us. Seriously listened to my fathers concerns and gave us alternate options.

I called a rep a couple of weeks ago. I told her that I am in a group of grief survivors from a local hospice organization--that many of my friends and I in the group are approaching Medicare enrollment, so I asked for an appointment for more information on Humana insurance offerings. I made an appointment for this AM to ask more questions and follow up. When I arrived on time, I was told by the person I made the appointment with (Shelly), that my appointment had been canceled. I looked at her and paused, then said “Okay.” She gave an expression of bewilderment and irritation then said “I left a voicemail!” (she did, but I was already on the way to her office when she left said voicemail—I have a landline). I paused then said “Okay.” She then again made like a deer in headlights when I did not seem impressed with this non-excuse and said “I’ll arrange for you to talk to someone else.” She offered neither explanation nor apology for her canceling with no notice—later when I got home, I did listen to her voicemail and again no explanation or apology was given only a notification of cancellation with a suggestion to reschedule at a more convenient time for her. Before I left the building I spoke to another employee she referred me to (Rob) who took me to his office and seemed quite annoyed with having to meet with me and said in a bored and surly manner “So, you want to ask about, what…supplements?” I paused then said “First you cancel my appointment and now, you know absolutely nothing of why I am even here…well okay…thank you…goodbye.” I went home. This office does not appear to have any notion of the most basic customer service. Fortunately, there are other insurance companies in town who do not find simple manners to be above and beyond a days work.

I visited the Humana Healthcare office recently and visited my Humana Representive Danika who is professional explained all the benifits of my medicare coverage including parts A&B and the changes that goes into effect on December 7 2019. I suggest to you that if you need coverage in the healthcare spectrum call Humana and ask for Danika you cannot find any better! eric.

I am very disappointed with the care i am receiving from the location on Del Webb blvd in sun city las vegas NV. I look forward to the open enrollment period so that I can get away from the Humana Gold HMO. So very frustrated with the managed care and will go back to a PPO.
