I am a new patient of Dr. Sharma. His staff are friendly and professional. I feel fortunate to be under his care because he is very knowledgeable and is a good listener. He has a calm demeanor which helps when dealing with any health issues. I visited his website prior to my visit and his mission statement is right on point. I highly recommend Dr. Sharma if you need a primary care physician.

Dr. Sharma was 45 minutes late to a scheduled appointment. If I had been that late, he would have cancelled my appointment and charged me for it. Looked in my ear for all of 5 seconds. Prescribed antibiotics for my ear infection that did nothing. I called his office to tell him the antibiotics had not worked after taking the full course. He did not return my call, but instead an assistant called me back several days later, and told me to take the same medicine again. Not knowing what else to do, I refilled the prescription and took the same ineffective antibiotics again. Of course, they didnt work. A month later, I was finally was able to reach Dr. Sharma on the phone, and he said they would have to refer me to a specialist. He tried one treatment, then gave up and tried to pass me off to an ENT. I paid $125 for nothing. Not sure how he has so many good reviews.

Dr Sharma Bikas is excellent family doctor. He treated my uncle with heart problem,s diabetes, high blood and had multiple strokes but he survived. He referred us to the best specialist doctors in town and his very compassion , understanding and give you advise thoroughly about your health like his own family. Thank you Dr Sharma Bikas for helping out my uncle.

3-16-2021 the only reason this doctor got his high reviews is bcuz of his own staff putting in their own goos reviews. Heard from their own mouths and by the doctor himself. After recovery and during my covid-19 this doctor did not help me in any way. But he was nice enough 2 refill my prescription for one month due to me trying to find a better family doctor. I have proof of emails and voice messages from the Doctor himself on unbelievably unprofessional he is. As of 2day this doctor should have no stars. We truly needed him during our hard time with covid-19 but I had more help and care at Summerlin Hospital ICU and covid-19 care floors. Even both of my insurance carriers helped me more. I had been charged $59 during covid-19 for a phone call visit. I never had to pay the 4 visit back and forth during covid-19 visits at Summerlin. So sad when you cant trust ur own doctor. Or to feel like he cares.Doctor Sharmas front desk employees 3 out of 1 are very helpful and professional. And his name is Gabriel. He listened 2 my concerns and spoke with the doctor directly and finally helped me. I am a Covid-19 patient and I have several issues still from this virus. When it comes to charging patients they are very inconsistent and the doctor apologizes after their mistakes. Louis is one of his assistants who was very impatient and put me on hold while I was still talking and very rude. Janet is the other front desk workers and is not consistent and not very knowledgeable about charging patients co-pays and not being consistent about it. How can u charge a Covid-19 patient $60 for a over the phone appointment with the doctor but not my wife. She even did this to us back when and the doctor had 2 refund and apologized. I wrote a bad review yesterday and I think they took it down. Gabriel is amazing and very professional and helped me a lot. Thank u very much. Im just trying 2 get better from this virus and return back 2 work but my doctor isnt knowledgeable about the virus because Im still positive since September 18, 2020. And still positive as of 10-13-2020. Not even a specialist wants to help me on my blood sugar levels. I cant return 2 work till I test negative. I like Dr. Sharma but things need 2 change in his office.

I have an incurable auto-immune disease that is getting close to its critical stages. Dr. Sharma is the ONLY physician who has stuck by my side the entire duration. I dont know what I would have done without his help.

Dr. Sharma and his staff are so kind and communicative. We have had Dr. Sharma as our primary doctor for a few years now and we couldn’t be happier. I am in the medical field and I see how knowledgeable and attentive he is. He has more of a direct approach which is rare nowadays. The wait might be longer sometimes, but he really does spend time with his patients. I appreciate doctor’s like him and they try to help and educate patients rather than treat the only chief complaints.

This was, by far, the best urgent care experience I have ever had. I was seen by the doctor right away and he was able to help get me the medicine that I needed to get better. He was friendly, caring, and most importantly, very cash friendly. He understood my position and why I couldnt afford insurance and the whole visit was a little more than I would spend on dinner for two. He even knew where to send me for the best price on medications. Dr. Sharma is the MAN!

He transformed my husband life and I just went for a checkup and he was right on point with wht I was feeling. To those negative review pay no mind. You have to have your own experience. I am very impressed by the bedside manner that Dr. Sharma has with me and my husband. I am very lucky to have found him, he is intuitive and he is educated and almost every thing I have asked him about. He is an excellent family doctor and has an open mind. He aware of the technology that is available for the medical field as well as non-pharmaceutical alternatives. We have had to wait a few times for him, but average wait time for his office is 10-15 minutes.

Dr Sharma is a lousy doctor and human being! I went to him a while ago and he overcharged me for services while giving me medication that gave me a terrible allergic reaction. It was so bad I eventually needed to go to the ER. All he did was make excuses when I confronted him about it & wanted to charge me more to see him again, then got hostile at me when I refused & told him he owed me money for malpractice!🚨PLEASE GO TO ELSEWHERE 🚨

Dr Sharma was attentive, listened to and answered all my questions and I never felt rushed or that my health was not his utmost importance. Ive found my GP!Hi front office staff was accommodating and helpful.

Dr. Sharma may be the best PCP Ive ever been to. Hes understanding, intelligent, and most of all its very evident he truly cares. He says he doesnt over-schedule his office so patients are able to come in at any time, and he held true to that for me. He spends time to sit and talk with you, and really explain things. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Sharma is the best Dr ever. He is truely kind and cares about his patients. When I came to visit he put me at ease and considering the fact of my pregnancy he was very knowledgeable on what medications I’m allowed to take. He is down to earth and doesn’t just rush you out of his office. At first I thought the wait was a little long but after seeing his work and bedside manner I wouldn’t mind waiting hours to see him. He also gives you an option to call him and get another prescription if it doesn’t work out instead of coming back. The website clearly states they take walk ins. To have it posted everywhere on site then to get there and have a post on door “NO WALK in’s” is bogus . You say you care well care to inform your community better cause IMO that is false advertising.

I have many issues and have seen many doctors in Las Vegas, And there is no doubt that Dr. Sharma at his practice is miles better than most I have seen. He is not a two minute Tim like most and really suggests doing things and taking different courses of action to stop your illness. I also have to say that he has been dealing in Las Vegas for many years, he is no newbie to here at all. He goes beyond most doctors in explaining your issues also...

My husband went in the get his RX refilled and got his blood work and the doctor fill his RX for four months, but they would not refill again without him coming in and paying for another visit. Does anyone else remember when a doctor would refill you again, up to a year without expecting to be get four payments. I should have asked ahead of time. Oh, the good old days when peoples health was more important than profit.

Billed me 266$ for a follow up visit for medication I was told i would not get billed for. Reception people are incompetent. Everytime I went there I had a problem with my billing, but this was the final straw... my family will find a new doctor

I did not like him, he did not consider my symptoms at all. He said since the tests were normal that there is no objective evidence that something was wrong with me and everything was normal. But everything is not normal, I have serious problems in my body and he minimized them and made it seem like it was insignificant or not happening.

I had a one time visit to this office for a yearly Physical check up, and I have been on the phone over 5 different times requesting my blood work results and have not succeeded to get them, they tell me they will e mail me, but none, I even told the person on the phone that I dont want to write a bad review because of it, but I dont that message stick in her head, and gave me no choice, very unprofessional

His office is supurbly clean, his staff is very polite, and you get an overall safe feeling from the moment you walk in.Dr. Bikas is very open to the uninsured, and treats you no less than anyone with insurance. He takes his time, listens to your needs, and goes above and beyond to resolve whatever your health issues are. His office accepts walk-ins, appointments, and you can even make an appointment on his website. His office is even open on Saturdays.I like best that I can trust him with me and my familys health needs. I highly recommend Dr. Bikas to anyone that is having a hard time finding a doctor they can trust, and one they can feel comfortable with. Ill continue to see Dr. Bikas with or without insurance for my health needs for as long as hes in practice. Hes true to his profession and practice. Do not go to Dr. Sharma I cant stress that enough!!! I seriously dont understand how he has so many positive ratings.I went to him for a severe medical condition (bronchitis). The wait was nearly an hour long and his receptionist/help are idiots who dont know what they are doing and speak very poor English. The medication he prescribed me gave me a nasty allergic reaction on my face and body. His nurse Luis kept insisting that he sent over a new prescription to my pharmacy but over a 6 hour period my pharmacy told he he hadnt before I finally got it. I asked them to reimburse me for my medication which they refused.And the worst part I told the doctor I needed him to approve FMLA otherwise my company would discipline me (I know I worked for a terrible company), at the time Dr. Sharma said he would and thought it was a travesty my company would do that.I paid him $25 for it, despite my displeasure he didnt reimburse my mis-medication cost. But then to my surprise my company tells me he stated my condition was not serious enough. I thought it was a mistake and felt he would easily fix it...WRONG! I went to his office and Luis kept insisting he filled out my FMLA form correctly I thought he was an idiot so I asked to speak to Sharma. He made me wait over an hour. When I finally got to see Dr. Sharma he lied to me saying that he only promised to fill out the FMLA form not get it approved but I knew I asked him before to get it approved cause I know my companys strict policies. He then kept using all these manipulation tactics to try and get me to believe that I was wrong but I saw what he was doing and I wasnt buying it. I was furious and let him know about it. When all his BS wasnt working on me he just ends it like a scumbag politician telling me that I will not raise my voice to him and that he was going to report that I tried to intimidate him. Who was he reporting to btw? My guess is the Imaginary Board. As he was walking out I told him Ill be getting a lawyer, then I chased him into the hallway and told him he was a fraud and crook. He yelled at me to get out of his office. I did and right to a lawyer...I almost called the police but realized there probably wasnt much they could do.I did not pay him to give me a life threatening medication and he ripped me off for that $25 just to sign his name...once again he is a crook!!! I bet most of these positive ratings I found are his or from people he knows personally. Ill be doing my homework in the future on actual credentials and not be so trusting of reviews.
