Venus was such a great hair stylist. She was able to do everything I wanted and it turned out great! My hair is so light and bouncy. Venus was so kind and I definitely recommend her

The masseuse was great! Nail technician was ok, pedicure turned out ok but I think it wasnt good quality nail polish or was over applied, because several nails easily smeared a few hours later. I probably wouldnt go back for a pedicure.

Laura is my favorite. First time with her today and right off the bat she was just very friendly. My hair has never felt better and I have gotten so many compliments. She really listens and makes it perfect. We gotta talk about her blow drying skills because she made my hair look beautiful. Recommended products for my hair which I WILL be buying. Very nice to meet someone and talk to each other like we’ve known each other. 100% recommended her!!!

I have been going to Elements Salon and Wellness Spa for various spa treatments for a few years. Every experience has always been pleasant, and I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. The salon environment is always clean and welcoming. Laura has been doing my hair for a while now, and she is marvelous! My hair is thick and coarse, and going light is a job with my dark hair. In the past, I have had stylists who left my hair brassy and damaged. Lauras technique and product recommendations deliver me the look I love while keeping my hair looking healthy. She is a gem and exceptionally gracious!

Rachel cut and did foils on my hair and she did an awesome job. Love my hair! Priscilla did brow shading on my eyebrows and she did an excellent job. Totally painless and my brows look perfect. I love them!

I have been going to this salon for over a year now and wanted to try a few services before I left a review.First, I absolutely love my hairstylist!!! Please ask for Venus! I keep my hair short with a half shave and I am always trying new colors. Venus always takes the time to make sure she understands what it is I am wanting. Because I get a design on my shave, she is always doing research and watching videos to educate herself in being able to provide the best for me. She is always so friendly and happy to see me, always makes me feel like a celebrity walking into the salon and especially leaving the salon. I love you Venus!Next, I get my facials here as well. Please go see Natalia! She is always very thorough, making sure she is getting everything on your face! I dont know about you but this is so satisfying to me :). Natalia is always making sure that I am educated when it comes to my skin, she has helped me to get rid of my dry flaky skin and I am so grateful for that after suffering from it for years. She makes sure I am comfortable and relaxed.Now, I have had my nails done once here. I cant think of here name. She was very nice but I feel that the quality of work that was done was not equivalent to the amount I paid. I feel like maybe she was brand new. Unfortunately after that experience I found a new nail technician and dont get my nails done here.Skyler! I absolutely love the Salons receptionist. She got to know me very quick :). Beautiful Skyler will always great you with a smile and sometimes you dont even have to say a word when you walk in. She will address you by name and inform you she notified your technician that you have arrived. Not only will she always make you feel welcomed but she will always make sure to give you a confirmation call the day before your appointment. I most definitely need that reminder sometimes :)One last thing. Prices are on the higher end but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! You want high class professional treatment? This is your place. I highly recommend becoming a VIP member. Its a yearly fee and it discounts a variety of services. I finally decided it was time to get my weekly massages again. Sabrina was happy to see me again and I definitely missed them. It was such a nice hour of calm and relaxation. Much different than my house of chaos with 5 little kids.I was nervous about how well businesses were following restrictions, but was pleasantly surprised how great they did. Everyone was in compliance and it made me feel so much more comfortable.

My first time going to get a facial and Rae did not disappoint me she was amazing. She was pleasant, caring and very professional. She took her time giving me a deep cleaning facial and was very thorough. I was in complete bliss for a hour.The best part was I stopped at the store on my way home and the grocery checker complimented me on my skin. She said I glowed and wanted Raes name to make a appointment as well. Also I want to give a shout out to the receptionist she was very nice. I also will definitely be going back.

I loved loved loved my massage. I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had. My massage therapist was Sabrina and she definitely knew what she was doing and did an amazing job. I became a member and cant wait to go back!

I came in for a drastically different look. From medium long hair to a pixi cut! I was treated wonderfully. Very friendly staff. The stylist who gave me my cut listened to what I wanted and did a fabulous job! Love this place!

This was a really nice experience. I say experience as you need to give yourself a chance to relax here for a few hours (depending on what services you select). It’s a very calm place from the minute you walk in. That’s important at a spa as you don’t want any distractions from your “me time”. You go to the inner room after checking in where the lights are all dimmed and you smell a beautiful but faint natural kind of smell aiding you in relaxation. Beautiful international instrumental music plays. They then have all the personal rooms where the services are done. They have different women that specialize in different massage so you are getting the best treatment possible. The facial microdermabrasion with Natalia was awesome. Her hands were so soft and gentle leaving your face feeling really fresh and moist. Then my sister and I also had the head, shoulders and foot massage with Kerry. Wow! That was so good, I fell asleep. I was a little self conscientious as I’m a big girl and the robe didn’t fit me. Natalia came to the rescue and offered me a sheet which made all the difference in the world. Very clean place. We scheduled to return in 2 weeks. This is a real treat coming here!

A 1st grader would be an artist compared to the WORST ever manicure & pedicure here. They not only thick slop polish, they ruff cut nails and are a hazard to the cuticle area. The brow wax was OK, but areas were missed, with no wonder considering the poor bad vibe lighting. All in all I wished Id stayed home the whole time I removed the polish mess, filed my nails and doctored my toe cuticle area, before a brow tweeze. BIG MISTAKE... regrets...

A family member recommended this place. Im picky about who cuts my hair and prefer salons. I called for an appointment and able to be seen that day. Ruby did a really great job. She was friendly and listened to what I wanted.Definitely found my new place.For anyone who is wondering, the place did a great job with the precautions they had. Appointment only, masks worn all the time, plenty of sanitizer, and the employees were always wiping things down.

With all the kids at home and being a pandemic, my hair looked like my three year old gave me an ombre. I was able to book an appointment online and was notified of all the precautions they were taking. I was greeted with masks and a temperature check (plus some friendly receptionists). They offered me sanitizer and made sure to disinfect everything. I saw Angelo who was hilarious, sweet, and gave me the prettiest purple hair. The cut felt nice and fresh. I left feeling better than I had in months. Ive since been back to get a new color and the dark red looks even better than the purple (didnt think that was possible). They have a customer for life.

Ive been coming here for a while, but havent been in for the last 5 months because Im pregnant and felt terrible. I went in today and needed a change. Im feeling a bit blah with all the hormones. I saw Brittany, who is one of my favorite people here, and she did not disappoint! She dyed my hair a beautiful chocolate color, with a hint of red, and then added layers. She finished it off with a nice curl and gave me a small tutorial on how to curl my own hair with a flat iron (thank you!). I left feeling so much better and will be back a lot sooner this time.If youre looking for a great Salon with an awesome stylist then Brittany is your girl. Shes friendly, funny, fast (thank god. I have 3 small kids at home with dad), and just does an excellent job.

I used to go to this spa for hair. I loved the stylists. They all did a beautiful job and I loved the products. Then I found out that every time I left a tip for the stylists on my credit card (which was every time I went) the tips were never given to the stylists. And this was after I specifically clarified every single time that the stylist would receive the tip. I was always assured they would. My tips were $35 to $50 each time.The stylists NEVER RECEIVED THEM. For years.The owners are theives and crooks, pay the stylists poorly; and in fact actually steal from them. Do not go to this spa.

I gave two stars, instead of one because the stylist was nice.I got a Brazilian blowout maybe a week and a half ago... cant remember exact date.Completely unsatisfied with the results, especially when youre paying over $300.This is the second Brazilian blowout I have ever received, so Im comparing my results to the last one that I received from a different salon in VegasYour hair is supposed to feel silky and smoothe. Its supposed to have less frizz and dry beautifully. Mine does not dry straight like the last one I received, it is definitely shinier but does not feel as soft as it should, its still frizzy as well. I do not feel like the stylist did every individual strand like is supposed to be done. It seemed like since my appointment was close to closing time, she was doing chunks of hair when applying the treatment. With the blowout, you are supposed to apply the formula to each and every strand, upon leaving the salon , my hair didnt feel as soft as I remember from the first time I got this treatment, but I decided to give it some time.I would never get this treatment from this salon again. I have washed my hair a few times since as I feel like my hair is already going back to normal.

Ive been going to Elements probably since it first opened. I have to say Ive always had a great experience. The services change all the time and I love trying out all the new scents. My favorite by far is the Pumpkin Spice massage.

I went in with my girlfriend to get a massage and facial, this was my first time getting a facial. We enjoyed the services so much that we booked a second appointment and singed up for their membership which automatically saves us money by our next visit. The place was very relaxing and clean. I had Jaime for my massage and Deanna for my facial and I highly recommend them.

Its tough to find a great place for a mens cut and elements did not let down. Brittany did an excellent job giving me the fade cut I wanted! She also suggested great products to keep it styled the way I like. Also, the rest of the staff is super friendly and made check in to check out easy!

Ive been going here for years and just went in for a Travel Zoo deal. I did the facial and body wrap package and it was wonderful. I love getting pampered and I left feeling good. I just moved to the Vegas and needed to find a place that offers sugaring instead of waxing. I found this place through Groupon - I figured I might as well try it for a reduced rate before picking my regular spot.Danielle is the only person there who does sugaring I believe. And she was great! I appreciated that she worked in large, long strokes so she could accomplish a lot with each pull. It was less painful and went by very quickly. She was efficient, friendly and nice to chat with.

WORST spa experience ever. The third technician I got was great (I bought a package, so I was stuck going there after I realized what a nightmare this place is) but the disorganized reception staff (Constant payment / overcharging issues) and the general filth isnt worth any benefits the treatments may deliver. Much better value out there with a quick internet search.

Ive only had massages here but I love it here. Everyone is very nice and the massage prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend getting the VIP card. Its worth the discounts you receive. My massage therapist is Cabrina. She gets those knots out and is easy to talk to, very down to earth.

My mother and I had gotten a haircut and style there. We will never go back. The lady that cut my hair didn’t let me look at my hair until it was all curled. I got home and later that night washed my hair and blow dryed it and it was way shorter on the right and uneven. Not what I asked for. I liked it at first because it was all curled and I didn’t get to see it when it was cut only after it was curled. My Mother’s hair was cut and the guy that cut hers put a lot of style gel in her hair to lift it and when she washed it it was uneven. We asked the owner for a refund and she said no either they fix your hair and you don’t get a refund. We spent together 130. It’s not worth going there. I’m not going to go back to someone to messed my hair up and have them fix it. I wouldn’t recommend this salon period.

This salon experience was a nightmare. My mom paid for a 2 for 1 salon treatment for us so we could get facials and massages at the same time and have a spa day together. When we got there, they couldnt offer the facials and then took my mom in for the massage and never came back to get me. 20 minutes into my moms massage I asked how much longer I would have to wait because I wouldnt want my mom to wait for me after her massage was over. I was told it would be about 20 minutes so I decided to just wait, although already unhappy as we had wanted to get the massages done together. The receptionist knowingly lied to me because it turns out they only had one massage therapist in that day and KNEW beforehand I would have to wait until my moms massage was done to get mine. If they knew they should have notified us beforehand so I wouldnt have had to sit in the waiting room for an hour. We ended up leaving directly after without me going for a massage because of prior commitments we didnt have time for me to get one. To make matters worse they wanted to charge my mom the full amount.If you think this is a one-time occurrence I overheard the exchange between the receptionist and another customer when I came in. The lady was not told up front that the option she selected for the massage would cost extra and was blind sided with an extra $30 charge AFTER the massage was complete.This salon is a scam theyre just after your money. Theres another salon just down the street. Plenty of other salons. In fact you can get $20 massages in china town. SKIP this one.

Elements has no idea what Customer Service is. James is NOT a professional and should go back to New Mexico. He was more interested in telling you about his move and could careless about what you, the CUSTOMER, is really asking for. He just wants you to shut-up or will talk over you so he can tell you all about himself. Maybe he should focus on listening to the customer and less on himself. Hes very manic and probably got more color on the floor, my face and the cape, then what he actually got in my hair. First time any professional has ever burnt my head with a blowdryer. Didnt get what you asked for...no problem, lets have the person who screwed it up fix it....I dont think so.

Got my first pedicure here today with my best friend and I would have to say it was a very overpriced basic pedicure. I would call it decent at most. Treasure was asked to do French tips and I must say she was either blind or this just isn’t the career for her because it seems like it was the first time she’s ever given a pedicure definitely not worth 57 bucks honestly I wouldn’t have felt comfortable paying 25 for the experience I got. The seating wasn’t even comfortable.

Reception is very friendly and attentive. Megan & Tryphena for massages & facials are fabulous! Pay attention to detail and happy to make you feel welcome. Only wish they had lockers to use for your belongings and fluffier robes for sensitive skin after a massage.

I saw Treasure for a pedicure, scrub, & hot rock massage thru Groupon, last minute before a trip. She was very nice, took her time to make sure it was done right. She paid attention to details, made it where both sides were evenly done without asking. Nails turned out great & clean look. She worked past her off time to ensure I was happy. The hot rock & massage felt great!

My wife went today. She has been driving me crazy with her anxiety going to a new salon after our move here. I almost started to think that only her salon in Michigan staffed by decendents of the salon Gods themselves could help her.But she went to Elements got a massage from Robbie and saw Kristin for a cut and color. She came home all smiling and glowing, so apparently the Salon Gods have blessed Elements Salon as well.Happy wife happy life:-)

I had my hair done by Naomie and it came out perfect. I did the ombre and love it.

I had went to get my hair highlighted and it ended up my worst nightmare. Stay away from this place. I went to two girls and I dont know which one was worst. I spent 160 dollars and I have to go to another salon just for them to fix my hair. I called to speak to the owners and of course I have not got a call back. Please Please stay away from this place. my hair will take along time to get back to where it was.

I had my hair done by Tevin. He did a cut and full highlight. This is seriously the very best hair cut/color I have ever had. I even had someone who styled hair in LA come up to me and say how well the color was done. I am so happy with how it turned out, I will be going back for sure. So I have been here several times, but will never go back. Ask for blonde and got an awful uneven color of brunette with a subtle hint of swimmers ugly GREEN tint for contrast. Just to be clear, I never wanted brunette or any shade of GREEN. I told James, Im growing my hair out, and his interpretation of that comment was to give me a super short bob thats over thinned. They proceeded to charge me for services that wasnt even requested or agreed. They are running a special for cut and partial highlights for $119, but proceeded to tell me I owed $210. I wouldnt trust this place with a bald persons hair , so dont trust them with yours.

Amazing looked for a great package message and facial package for the wifes bday as a gift loved there reviews and I can see y they did such an amazing job both well beter than a casino spa or any cruise liner spa we have been to and amazing advise they gave my wife the package was well worth it and I would fully approve this for anyone anytime.

Very Disappointed in this salon. Facial by Fabi had me pay 300 would not refund my money when I was no longer happy with service. She cancelled on me twice. When I cancelled she charged me 75.00. Then she cut my face with a razor when she gave me dermbrasion facial. Dont get sucked into this place or its services. Not worth it.

I gave you 1 star for this simple reason. I called and asked what your price was for a Single Process. The girl who answered had no clue what i was talking about. She said, Oh highlights Lowlights is that what youre looking for? OMGWhy are you the receptionist if you dont know the difference. Cant say enough good things about Elements Spa. I just had the cranberry massage and it was so relaxing. I usually get my hair cut but I decided to treat myself to a massage because I deserve it. Im so glad I did. Im embarrassed to say i fell asleep, but the massage therapist said that was normal. This is probably the most relaxed ive been in a long time. I will definitely be in for the next special they offer.

Nayome is a wonderful hairstylist. She got the color I wanted and fixed a bad haircut I had gotten from another hair salon.

Went to get pedicure and fill with gel polish. Girl did ok on pedi. She told me she didnt know how to do acrylic fills, which I thought was strange, (she told me later she had been doing nails for 13 years). There was only one person that did acrylic and she was off. She told me about a new gel/acrylic fill combo. I did agree due to my schedule, which I shouldnt have. She ended up with red I didnt pick for my color and topped it with a color I did choose. I wanted a design, which she said she couldnt do. She ended up doing what looks like an arrow. The process cost over $100. I wont go back.

I tried to book an appointment and ask them about prenatal massage. My husband bought me a Groupon with a Candle Melt massage and a Facial. He didnt think that it mattered that I am 26 weeks pregnant (as it shouldnt). When I called to book the appointment, I was told that I couldnt change the candle melt massage ($135 price) for the pregnancy massage ($75 value). Ok, I understand that Groupons are only redeemable for the service purchased. So I asked if it was safe for me to have the candle melt massage. The person I was speaking to said that she would call me back after she spoke with a massage therapist. I NEVER heard back from anyone. Now I have a Groupon that I cannot use since it expires in September and I am due in August. You cannot have a massage until 6 weeks after delivering a baby. In which time my Groupon will expire. Its a shame because I was looking for a nice place off the strip for regular hair, nail, and massage services. It doesnt look like this is the place for me. All I wanted was a massage for Mothers day and now the money that was budgeted for that has been wasted.

Their professionals dont listen to what the customer is requesting and will charge you for services you didnt even ask for. They threaten criminal charges if the customer doesnt pay for what the customer didnt ask for or even agree to have done. Element should be ashamed of themselves for attempting charge any money after their professional just disfiguring a customer.
