Very professional and helpful. Explained each step of the exam. Answered each question and offered advice when warranted. I look forward to my future appointments.

Pearla is absolutely amazing! She took such amazing care and amazing time with my grandmother. She was kind, gentle, patient, and used such high vibrational words such as “clarity” throughout my grandmother’s exam. To say the least, Pearla was an EXPERIENCE and I swear she’s God’s gift to our elders! Her energy literally lit up our exam room!!!

Dr. Singh takes the time to talk yo you and explain everything he is going to do to fix your problem. He is willing to answer your questions until you feel comfortable with the procedure.

As always, excellent service quick and friendly. Trustworthiness and reliability are my major consideration when choosing any product or service. Just keep doing what you are doing it is working well.

Dr. Zamora was very kind and knowledgeable, the staff were courteous and helpful. I would recommend his practice to anyone who is having eye issues.

For 10 minutes of MD time you are herded around for 2-3 hours for the benefit of their income and at the expense of concern for your time or health or for their own employees. My MD did very well with the short times he interacted with me for 2 separate cataract surgeries. Not concerned with patient comfort in their offices. Lots of out of pockets for Humana Patients before you get service completed. My MD was not forthcoming with information and is abrupt when you have questions of him, he was quite handsome, though.

I was not this review but enough is enough. I was there last year and the nurse or Dr asst was not professional.she called me a liar several times because of another Nevada eye office and now on Facebook asking me to join a liars club. I have never experienced anything as rude as this.The help need to be retrained on why they are there

Great Office staff is friendly and helpful. The physicians M.As are amazing and well knowledgeable. I just moved here but I would recommend this place. Appointment means appointment and you will be seen at your scheduled time.

After waiting in the corridor for 25 minutes for their lunch to be over like the sign said on the door, my husband and I entered the office at 12 pm like the sign said. Then after 5 minutes the receptionist was rude saying you could have left the door open since you walked in I reminded her I didnt work here and I was patient until noon like the sign said. I tell you if Dr stràrtling wasnt so good Id take my husband elsewhere.

Initially my daughter was referred here because unfortunately it was the only place where she could get an eye exam done for being a special needs child. I recently had a baby she is a month old and I have NO ONE to watch over my girls for me to be able to leave my one month old. I was told to reschedule because they cant allow my 1 month old in, because they too afraid of the risk of the spread of virus. She is a one month old for Gods sake!!! where am I supposed to leave my 1 month old baby girl for my other daughter to get her eye exam done? Very disappointed they couldnt use their COMMON SENSE, She is a one month old in her stroller covered up. I know so many people with special needs children, i will definitely tell them to NOT COME HERE AT ALL.

Every physician in this group have practiced their Professionalism and Expertise when I have seen them for my eye problems and annual eye appointments. All the technicians are professional, caring and know exactly what they are supposed to do. The office is clean, and I appreciate the staff for performing safety COVID-19 safety checks.

Office rules are clear and carefully enforced. Eye docs are well trained. I received an excellent exam and am happy to be able get out for an afternoon.

Ive had 4 appointments here for surgical procedures and follow ups. For 3 appointments I had to wait for a minimum of 1 hour past my appointment time before I was even seen by an assistant, even longer for the Dr. By the way, my wife has had this same experience 5 times.Today for my 4th appointment I waited 55 minutes past my scheduled time, was taken into a room with just a computer and an assistant that said I needed to answer a few questions, and that there was the possibility of another 30 -45 minute wait. I told him that my time, as well as the Drs, was also valuable. I told him that I wasnt going to wait any longer and I left without seeing the Dr. I doubt that Ill use this establishment again

Not care giver friendly. Using covid as an excuse I was not allowed in to ensure the questions we had about vessels in my older disabled adult sons eyes were answered.

Dr Singh is a great doctor and takes whatever time is necessary every time I come into the office. The only problem I have ever had was the room freshener that was being used that s time was so strong with a flowery perfume that I had to wait in the hallway to be seen as I have severe allergies and it felt like my throat was closing. I told Dr Singh and said he would personally check into at lunchtime when there were no patients there. I appreciated his concern for my well being.

Dr.Straddling is great very thorough and informative a total professional . Also a great staff always a pleasure.

I found exactly the right doctor in Dr. Singh. He does hundreds of cataract surgeries a year for very happy patients. Importantly, he treats me as a partner in my medical care, always glad to take time for as many questions as I may have. So glad I found him.

I had a great visit with Dr. Zamora. Staff members were friendly and efficient. Appointment started on time and went smoothly with Dr. Zamora explaining what he was checking throughout the exam. He has a great personality and it was a pleasure talking with him. I was scared as hell to have a doctor cutting on my cataracts! Those are my eyes, but after meeting Dr. Singh, I knew that it would all be okay! He and his team were very professional. Dr.Singh has the most efficient staff working with him. I could ask as many questions as I needed and was given quality time with the doctor. I was afraid that my insurance would send me to some halfway decent place but got surprised to find a 5-star establishment. Dr. Singh gave me back my world of color and clarity. My daughter had her appointment here with Dr Naomie Warner, she is great and caring from our experienced on that day. The staff are friendly and professional as well.

Surjeet Singh, MD is the only ophthalmologist that I will allow to touch my eyes. He is an excellent surgeon that calmly and professionally explains every step. He performed cataract surgery on both eyes over a two week period in 2016. I opted for the premium lenses, which was well worth the investment in my vision. I now see 20/20, and in my case I never have to wear glasses again. I had him perform the YAG posterior capsulotomy procedure, which took less than 15 seconds to clean up the lenses in 2020. I traveled from Florida for my annual check-up because he is the best! Steve Millwee

When I called I asked for an appointment with an Opthalmologist, but when I got there I was only seen by an Optometrist . Dr Gassen , I had a severe allergy and my eyes was tearing and swollen, so he prescribe Prednisolone eye drops for 7 days but my problem did not go away completely and 3 days later its bad again. I called and left a message if I can continue using the Prednisone ( Steroid) but he and his office never returned my call.. Very unprofessional.

I want to thank Dr.Singh at the Las Vegas Office for giving me my life back prior to my Laser surgery to remove cataracts and astigmatism from my eyes. Before my surgery I could barely see and couldnt drive at night, But now my eyes are better than they ever were, and I owe it all to Dr Singh....

Dr. Havins is by the far the best doctor I have had. He made me feel very comfortable. He took the time to explain and answer all my question. I have never had such a great experience.Britney also has always been amazing. I have had many appointments at Neveda Eye Physicians and from my very first appointment Britney has always been wonderful. I first saw Dr. Neibaur whom is wonderful. He then had me see Dr. Myint. Dr. Myint always spent the time to go over everything with me. I love Dr. Myint.I have had to reschedule appointments and the staff at Nevada Physicians has always been understanding and accommodating. I have always been seen at my actual appointment time. If there is a wait its between 10-15 minutes. Im always greeted as soon as I walk into the office. The office is always clean and they have a little play area for children.I would most defiently recommend this office.
