I love this group. They are friendly, courteous and Dr. Uzmann is thorough, and so helpful. I feel well cared for after each appointment.

I went in for an ingrown toenail and other foot issues, and I got to say, these people are very very nice, courteous, and kind. I felt very comfortable, calm, and safe coming here, they are just the best. Everyone from the receptionist, the assistants, and the podiatrist are so courteous and professional and made me feel welcomed, relaxed, and well intended. They just treated me so well and nicely that I found it funny how nice and well they were treating me! I rarely do reviews for places Ive been to for health and medical stuff, but I really have to start doing so because basically everywhere Ive been, the healthcare professionals have been very cool and nice. They do great work here in Southern Nevada, not everyone or place is completely deserving of a 1 star like a lot of people think.

I had a family emergency and they told me I would have to see a different doctor in the same office. Which I didn’t like but I complied. Then when I’m on my way to my fathers funeral across the country I call them to say that I could not make it to see the new doctor. That’s when I’m informed I’m dropped from the practice well actually I had been dropped since the first rescheduled appointment. I had received no letter or notice I even was able to make an appointment. What was so sad about this is I’m on the way to a funeral and the lady on the phone was so cold and acted as if all of this was no big deal. Utter lack of compassion. 👎🏽

I will recommend docs to everybody. Doctors are here well educated , I am thyroid patient Dr Michael Uzmann is my doctor he listened me very carefully and answered all my questions at every appointment. I been coming here from past 2 years . Staff ,Front desk are helpful and friendly. Office is super clean and you don’t have to wait in line. Thank you for taking care for me .

As soon as you get to the front desk to check-in, the girls are always warm and friendly...Dr Martin is a fabulous doctor to have. I have been seeing her for years now........by far the best of any of the doctors I have.... Dr Martin seems to genuinely care about her patients.....she takes the time to go over test results very thoroughly., making sure you understand everything.....Dr Martin also takes the time to listen to all your questions or concerns .... she would never try to rush you through the process., or act like like she’s already heard it all..... you never, ever feel like “just another number”......I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Martin for endocrinology and/or diabetes care !

Best place to accomplish lab work. no appt necessary, and they get you right in. Also linked to LabCorp Beacon, so I got my results within 48 hours!

My visit with Dr. Mary Martin was excellent. I did not have to wait a long time to do the usual blood pressure, height, weight, etc., nor did I wait very long to see the doctor. Dr. Martin is a wonderful person who really cares, and explains things nicely. She tends to take a step-wise, holistic view towards treatment, which I think is great. I look forward to seeing her again.

The office waiting area was clean. The receptionist was so nice and patient. And the doctor was very nice and didnt rush, he was very informative showing us the results. And he also connected with my daughter about her education. And also gave her some pointers. Overall I really like the Docs. Would definitely refer someone to the Docs.

On Aug 31st I saw Dr Mary Martin she decided to have me do lab work sent me to front desk I was called back as I was leaving I as what all was checked he replied thyroid, liver & sugar, I said Dr Martin never ask me did I eat, NO ONE called me so on Sept 14th I was thinking I never got any results on my lab so I called & young lady said someone on Dr Martin team would be calling me, I replied its already been TWO weeks & NO ONE HAS CALLED.THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL,WILL NOT GO BACK😠

I received an invoice in the mail from this office. There was no information on the invoice so I was unable to verify treatment rendered from this office. I tried calling multiple days, waited on hold and no one ever answered. I left a few messages and never received a call back. Per the invoice, I tried texting the office, no response. Also, per the invoice, I tried to access my account online and pay the invoice, which is not an option on their website as they stated. Not sure how a patient is supposed to reach this provider.

The Dr is great but we have been going to this office for about a year now and it is literally the worst. We have scheduled appointments and still with there for over an hour every time. Don’t get me wrong we understand falling behind but this is absolutely ridiculous. They office is almost near impossible to actually get ahold of someone to talk with as well. The one star rating is for the office as a whole not the actual dr.

Never have to wait long - Dr Reyes always goes over everything with you and the front desk help is always there to help you out no matter what. Great place

I don’t write too many reviews but after seeing Dr. Uzzman has been the worst experience. I have a thyroid antibody. He prescribed the lowest dose of Levothyroxine 25 mg per day. I never felt better. I made another appointment because I still feel terrible fatigue, dry skin and my hair falls like I’m going bald. He only goes by the numbers and he doesn’t care how you feel. Going only by numbers and not caring that a dose needs to be increased is not a good doctor. Look elsewhere.

I havent been to the new office yet, but Ive been to the old one five times and its always been clean and the staff has always been helpful and I never had a way for more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I wish them success in the new building.

I was not going to write a review but considering I’ve experienced the same issue multiple times and I’ve been coming here for years, I’m writing one. I came to this location twice in August 2021. The second visit ended up requiring me to have a phone visit which was scheduled for 8/31 to go over results. I never received a call. I had to call and was told they did not see an appointment for me, but they were sending an email to have someone call back that day. No one ever called! When I visited, Dr. Uzmann’s assistant scheduled the appointment prior to me leaving the room. I was told to check out in the front which I did. The woman at the front desk asked if they had scheduled my appt and I confirmed. It’s now 9/3 and no one has called. I had to go and create a profile for the place I was referred to, to see my results. I had to compare it with the results from last year to make sure I was ok. This is unacceptable. The same thing happened in 2019. I did not get my results from 2019 until I went to my annual visit in 2020. There seems to be a lack of organization when it comes to appointments and follow ups. However, there were no issues when it came to collecting a payment from me or billing my Insurance. Another issue I had during my visit was that the payment machine was disgusting. I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk and her response was, “ no one else complained”. Covid is still real and a machine should never be that filthy. The proper thing to do would’ve been to clean it.

If there was a minus 0 I would give it. Terrible customer service in this office. We had a 10:00 am appointment and my husband and my daughter were left in the room for almost 2 hours We were asked to pay $50 for a call of not coming in on the same day. However, I tried calling all day the day before. They never answer the phones or reply to emails. But they are always happy to take your copay. I never met the Doctor in person not once. Hes always on a tv screen. I would have to nag them for a prescription refill. So I pulled my daughter out of there. The aggregation of this office is not worth it.

My experience at The Docs have always been pleasant. Dr. Uzmann is great! He and his staff are always pleasant and polite. I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time. They are awesome!

Doctor Michael Uzmann have been my endocrinologist since last year and he has been so accommodating, professional, and courteous. He explains well how the treatment is and what other options there is for my condition. Thank you again for all your help and honesty.

I’m so happy to be a patient at The Docs. Dr. Uzmann is the best, most thorough & attentive endocrinologist I’ve ever had. He listens to my concerns, is fast to get to prior authorizations and genuinely cares about your health. I always look forward to my appointments and that’s never happened to me with any endocrinologists I’ve had prior. Highly recommend The Docs & Dr. Uzmann if you’re seeking amazing diabetic care!

The office was able to see us right away. Dr. Uzman is very nice. He was able to start the process of getting her prescription filled. They have an app called Twisle to reach them directly. He even gave me his email address and guaranteed someone would always follow up. It seemed like this was going to be a wonderful fit. It wasnt. They dont answer their phone. They dont respond to the emails. The do not return voice mails. They dont respond on the app (see attached). They dont care. The office is poorly managed.We are waiting on a prescription from 2/16/21. It is incredibly frustrating to watch my disabled adult child suffer at the hands of negligence.

Dr. Dewan is fabulous. However trying to make an appointment is so painful. In this modern day it shouldnt be. Try calling. No answer. On hold for over 15 minutes then told to leave a message that is never returned. Sent emails that are never answered. Tried using the online tool. Get through the whole experience then the submit button is grayed out. It has always been like this. No bueno!!!!!!!

The best experience with specialist that care about patients. My daughters have been going there for two years and Knowing the care they receive l give 5 stars for exceptional care.

If you are looking for a doctor that will weaponize your prescription you found the right place. Canceled my prescription because I had to take my wife for a biopsy that day. But Dr. God didnt think he should come second and canceled my prescription.If you want a doctor that will put zero effort into solving your medical issues you found the right place.If you prefer a doctor that will lie to you this is the place for.i

Dr Uzmann is rude and nasty. I asked him to check my hormones because I have no energy and cant lose weight. He told me Im old it doesnt matter and I should go see my GP and walked out of the room. I ran out of Thyroid meds and no one there would give refill to Walgreens. I had to go else where for a refill. I would not go to Dr. Uzmann again

Dr. uzemann is the king of endos. this is why i stay and why the docs get five stars. the reception area is terrible. i told her my name and she had the wrong account and charged me incorrectly. call back service is the worst ever. even with online scheduling and such. if you need a fantastic endo i highly recommend uzemann, just keep mind of the serious issues with everything else.

Easy check in and never much of a wait to see the Dr. I appreciate the fact this Drs office is aware of how important everybodys time is!!! And Dr Uzmann rocks - he is one of my favorite physicians ever....he takes the time to know why hes seeing me, explains my labs to me, and works on goals with me!

Dr. Dewan and his staff are great! He takes time with my kiddo to personally know her, understand her and work with her to start a healthier regime. He is great with kids.

Dr. Daniel Lee is the most gracious doctor I have ever met. He is compassionate, informative, addressed all my concerns and kept in contact with me during my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Lee!

I had a great visit to the DOCS, It was very professional and very friendly. From the front desk staff, to the nurses and the Doc, I would recommend anyone to their facility.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Uzmann for over a year now and have no complains. I love that he gets straight to the point, was never rude, and when you have questions he listens. With the pandemic, I love that he offered the flexibility of telephone visits instead of having to go to the office. Which, by the way the office is always clean.

Horrible patient care! Its been two weeks since and I keep asking them to send the lab request and it has not been completed. Also, since we are unable to complete the lab work, I keep calling to refill the meds and stay on hold for over 30 minutes and no one answers..... not sure if this is a doctors office or a sweat shop... good luck!! extremely disappointing!

Our daughter used to see Dr. Dewan. He is only one of three pediatric endocrinologists in the valley, so you dont have a lot of choices. But he has been awesome, and his staff is top notch especially as compared to other doctor offices (low bar I know, but they are very good). The only reason for the four stars and not five is that Dr. Dewan is always at least an hour late. Always. You can have the first appointment of the day, and he is late. He is also on the rotation for medical residents, so you end up telling a future doctor everything, then Dr. Dewan comes in and you end up repeating everything you said to the other doctor. He also has a nutritionist that will come in and tell you everything you already know. Is there ANYONE out there that doesnt know that cheese is bad and veggies are good? But you must sit through the lecture every time you go in. Makes it hard to schedule when school is in session because your kid will miss four periods while you sit in the room with the parade of people coming in to see you, followed finally by the doctor. But Dr. Dewan is top notch, knows his specialty and is a very, very nice person. If I could do 4.5 stars I would. We are moving our daughter to a doctor in Henderson only because she is more comfortable with a female doctor as she has gotten older. Will be happy when she is 18 and can see an adult endocrinologist.

For several years I did not know what was wrong with my daughter. She was experiencing hair loss, her eyes started to bulge, and she always complained that her chest was always hurting. People assumed she was lazy and that she just didnt want to exercise, but exercising caused her heart to beat faster and faster. She is only 12 and she has a lot to learn about life, but we will be forever grateful for her doctor Dr. Dewan. He was able to give me a proper diagnosis and I finally learned that my daughter has an auto-immune disease.I know she will not be cured overnight, but with medication and regular doctor visits, she will be able to function and live a daily life without trembles, discomfort, and weakened immune system. As a parent I can only advise that we learn to listen, and engage more with our children. Sometimes we believe that our children complain because they dont want to be more active, or have no motivation, but if a child continues to say the same thing, then it is time for an evaluation to not only be at ease, but to get answers and find out what may lye beneath the surface. WHY DOESNT ANYONE PICK UP THE PHONE? HAD AN EMERGENCY....CALLING ALL MORNING AND AFTERNOON TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT. REALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!

Ive seen my endocrinologist here for a few years now. She is the most knowledgeable thyroid doctor Ive come across, she really knows her stuff! The office is beautiful, and the waiting room space is huge, so theres never a lack of seating. Usually, there arent more than 2 or 3 others waiting while Im there. It takes very little time to get in to see the doctor after check in. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ive never had a bad visit, not even remotely. I would recommend anyone who is in need of a great endocrinologist to come here first. You WONT be disappointed!

Dr. Dewan is the best! He is always nice, gets to the point, and offers my son the bed car for his type 1. His staff is always friendly as well.

This place is terrible I set an appointment for my little sister and I was sure of the time the appointment was the front desk told me I was late and they couldn’t see me I traveled over 50 minutes to see them! I am in the medical field so I understand timing and that you have to be on time, but that was ridiculous obviously the person who set my appointment time either put the wrong information down or told me incorrect information.

My son and I are both patients at The Docs. I appreciate how Dr. Dewan explains things in a way my son can understand. He emphasized how his health choices now can affect him long term and how fictions of the body work with pictures or drawings. I’ve had thyroid issues since I was 19, and in almost 20 years, I have learned more about hypothyroidism at my sons visits than countless doctors I’ve seen.

DO NOT GO HERE. Front desk never answers the phone. Dr. Dewan is extremely unprofessional. He refused to provide me the proper information for my son to take a blood test.

Dr. Michael Uzmann himself did a great job with my original appointment and his diagnosis of my disease. - His team, as kind and polite as they are are extremely lacking in their communication skills and their efficiencies with follow ups and proper wait times for phone calls. - Its not uncommon to wait on hold for upwards of an hour for a team member when calling. - The team does not do well with out bound calls for follow ups on blood work and future meetings with the Dr. - Overall, I feel like The Docs is a facility that is understaffed and is not in a position to take on more patients before they fix their staffing needs.I am extremely disappointed over all with the post prescription engagement with the doctor. - End of the day, Dr. Uzmann is a brilliant young man, but he has a lot to learn when it comes to engaging with his customers and meeting their medical needs. - I would not recommend The Docs at this point.

Apparently, within the past 4 years I have had 3 scheduling mishaps and one of those was during Covid times. I recently walked in for my rescheduled appointment just to find out that Dr.Uzmann “dismissed” me as his patient due to scheduling issues on my end. Not only did they fail to tell me about their policy with scheduling, but they let me drive all the way to the office thinking I actually had an appointment. I was told I am no longer a patient in the lobby by the receptionist with everyone around to hear. At least give your patients a warning or notice about your scheduling policies. Even due to Covid they should have sent me a message informing me to not come in the office because of my “dismissal.”As a person, I feel like this office and Dr. has failed at human respect and kindness. Especially during these times. Being a diabetic is already hard enough.As a patient you share your personal information to your provider and create a medical relationship. It’s not right when you go in for your appointment ready to tackle new information and better yourself just to be turned away by the receptionist and told that he will no longer see you anymore.

The doctor is great but the Billing department is horrible and always seem to find more ways we owe money. Yet no one provides a summary of charges and they will refuse you service if you don’t blindly pay!! Horrible. Especially when it’s a young child. The front office is unorganised and the office managers rules are not conducive to good business practices especially when dealing with customers... not just patients ... we can go elsewhere!

The doctors there are THE BEST DOCTORS I HAD they made me have a smile on my face while i was in pain

Terrible!. This place is Ridonkulous. They need to close down Podiatry. They literally do not want your business. Its like custom orthodic inserts are forbidden for some reason. 3 months with 2 appointments canceled. The 1st canceled without notice. The 2nd attempt canceled a few hours before on the day of. The phone staff doesnt answer calls much. The phone reps will pause for up to 5 to 10 minutes! inbetween sentences. This place is garbage. Dont waste 1 second of your time.

The Docs gets five stars from me. The office is in a great location. Upon arrival you are greated by two receptionist which makes check in a breeze. The waiting room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I never had to wait more than five minutes before I was taken back by the nurse. The nurse was friendly and always took my vitals and asked me how I was. Once the nurse was done. I never waited more than five minutes for Dr. Uzmann.Dr. Uzmann is very thorough and actually listens to you. He was honest, said he did not like the medication I was taking for my thyroid but as long as I felt good he was ok with it. He listened to me but spoke up when needed to. Upon my pleading not to increase my dose he told me about the detrimental effects of low level of thyroid hormone. He convinced me to try and he was right.Great place, excellent service and a awesome doctor!Doc let me know when you take Aetna insurance. I will run back.Thank youTracy

Dr. Dewan has been seeing my son for 2 years now, and is the best and DESERVES 5 stars!! We love Dr. Dewan, BUT do not ever try to call the office you will never get through to a human. Even if you finally speak to someone or leave a message, they NEVER follow-up or return calls. Last visit prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. Now I have to drive 10 miles completely across the city to get the script because NO PERSON WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!! AGAIN I SAY DR. DEWAN IS THE BEST and I wouldnt have anyone else treat my son, but come on man get staff to answer phones!! Patient health and well-being should be #1 priority!! I think that if staff cant perform their duties then I should be able to collect a copay of $60 for HAVING to drive across the city to pick up a paper script just to get it filled due to fact staff cant do their jobs properly. WHAT SAY YOU? FAIR OR UNFAIR?

Everyone is really nice, they’re just not up to par. I’ve been requesting prescriptions for over a week with no response from anyone. Their system is convoluted as you need to request them online. But no one ever gets back to you or acknowledges the fact that you’re needing meds.

Dr Martin is a great doctor and is very helpful to help me understand the ease and complexity of my diabetes!

The only good thing about this office is that they offer the ultrasound and blood work in house. The customer service of the office staff over the phone from who answered the phone today...terrible. Rude, impatient and uninformed. Dr Uzmann is good, but might not be worth going with how terrible the customer service/staff is.Update to your response: Thank you for your quick and timely response. Love Dr. Uzmann, but have no problem going elsewhere. Its seems you guys are quicker to cancel an appointment, than the time it takes for the phone to be answered to schedule one. I really appreciate and like The Docs - good appt scheduling - good exams, Dr Uzmann is great and listens and answers all my questions, and is treating me... great with giving me med samples and blood meters that will work properly for me and helping me along with my medical treatments. Have been coming here for some time. However, it’s been a nightmare getting a hold of anyone over the phone recently. I’ve called 5 times and have waited over 20 minutes on hold. I finally got through to talk to an employee who felt customer service doesn’t matter. I then left a message for office manager Carlos to give me a call back. Unfortunately, it’s been a couple days with no call back. When a business doesn’t make an effort to answer their phones for existing customers or an office manager doesn’t call back, this shows how much they care for customer service.

I love and appreciate that I am listened to regarding my concerns. Very nice office staff.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Reed and he was very knowledgeable on the issues and questions I had. Staff is supper friendly and welcoming. I recommend communicating suing their email option as the phones are a bit hard to get through.

Dr Dewan is professional and took good care of my daughter but his staff is incompetent and now reading back at comments on here it doesn’t look like they care because I’ve experienced the same issues. They do not return phone calls. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get through to a person and it’s not the first time. The last doctor visit the nurse was in a rush to get home since we were the last appointment and filled out ever order the doctor requested incorrectly. I called and requested to talk to the office manager and he never called me back. I guess he never got out of that meeting he was in. I suggest going to another office to save yourself the headache.

They canceled my appointment a week before and never called my phone. I didn’t find out until I drove there on the day my appointment was scheduled. Then they blamed it on me, the front desk is very unprofessional, they could’ve just said they accidentally called the wrong number

This is literally the worst office staff. I’ve been a patient of Dr Martin for years, even prior to her moving to this location. Over the past two years I’ve experienced a steady decrease in the professionalism of the office staff and timeliness to do basic things - fill prescriptions, get someone on the phone, etc. I receive emails about an app that they have to use for scheduling but I can’t login and when I’ve asked the staff about it they tell me it doesn’t exist, but then I see a review here saying they use it. They’ve switched their system for prescription refills to go through their website or the pharmacy. March 10th Dr Martin switched my dosage and said she would send in a new prescription to reflect that. March 18th I reached out to the office through their site and tried getting on the phone too. I had to reach out on the site again the 19th and they finally called and I missed the call, they said to call them back. I never got through so I had to write in on their site again. They called and said they would contact me when they got ahold of my Dr for clarification because it’s not in my notes. It’s now the 25th and I had to reach out again yesterday (no response) and again today. Someone finally called and she has zero empathy and said they’re still waiting on the Dr to clarify. I said to her that I’m out of my medication tomorrow and I don’t understand why they can’t physically go ask her when they’re in the same office. She sat on the phone silent for awhile and said my Dr is busy with other patients. So you mean to tell me it’s safe for a patient to go out of medication because your office is unprofessional and can’t get it together? After talking with the office manager I learned that Dr Martin did not put the prescription change in my notes so they could not fill it without her sign off, but that she only works 2x a week 4 hours each day which makes it difficult for them to get ahold of her to sign off on my prescription. This literally makes no sense when shes in the same office but what is the point in being a Dr when you work 8 hours a week?

First impression of him is not a positive experience. He was rude and ARROGANT! Do not expect TLC from this Endo. He is knowledgeable BUT NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND AND ALLOW TIME FOR Q & R however trivial that may appear to him😡‼️Dr. Dewan is kinder and more personable, but only treats peds.

Dr. Dewan has been seeing my son for 4 years now, and is the best! He makes sure at each visit that we have all that we need. He is so caring and supportive, and has worked with us through everything. His office always responds to us in a timely matter as well. I highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of an awesome Endocrinologist!

Can’t ever reach the office when you call. You set up a telemedicine appointment and nobody calls you. Good luck with any kind of service here.

Great staff always a good experience

Doctor Martin is nice enough, but the staff is awful. If you can get a person on the phone, and nine times out of ten you cant, it’ll take 40+ min and they won’t even be able to answer your question. I’ve supplied them with paperwork I needed completed in March three times and it’s never been dealt with. Save yourself time and find another office.

This place is the Best!

If I could leave 0 I would. Worst experience of my life. I was here for a chemical stress test. Their room is freezing cold. Techs that couldnt take a proper IV or EKG, office manager with the bedside manner of a duck.AVOID AT ANY COST. Get a second opinion. Tell your cardiologist to Go elsewhere. As for any other doc or procedure, no comment.

Normally the wait is not bad, todays 1hr wait is a bit extreme, I dont have an hour for 1 drs. Appt! No surgery or extreme issues w my child, just a simple 3mth check-up.I live over 20mi fr this office, is the only reason I didnt leave.

I miss the old office and the old staff... Ever since they came to the new spot the staff is horrible they dont return phone calls, no one ever answers the phones, Ive accumulated so much fees since this location I use to look forward to my appt now Im disgusted I only come for Dr. Dewan everyone else I can careless... I am looking for another Doc I already know I wont find one as Good as Him but, at least my heart will be happy... his staff makes it feel like your at a morgue...

I was told by a friend that this office conducts the antibody testing for Covid-19 so my wife and I made an appointment to have the tests performed. The office staff was courteous and professional and they got us right in at our appointment time. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. It was a great experience. You never hope to have to go to the doctor but if I need one in the future, I will try to use this office.

I have been seeing Dr.Ricciardi for over a year and Dr. Reed more recently for ingrown nail problems (soccer related) and they are great foot doctors! They always make it easy to accommodate my work schedule and they have a very friendly staff specially the nurse that works with Dr.Ricciardi shes very funny.

Dr. Dewan was my first doctor there. I was diagnosed with Polycystic ovarian syndrome while he was my doctor. He however didnt think that it was knowledge the patient, me, needed to know. I found out through some paper work instead of though my doctor. Dr. Dewan has also made off handed comments about my education, my wearing of lipstick, among other things. My current doctor however, Dr. Uzmann has been wonderful and communicates well. He answeres questions in the manner that a doctor should. He keeps things professional and is super friendly. Dr. Uzmann is my favorite doctor Ive ever had. If I had had him from the beginning Id definitely be giving 5 stars. Dr. Uzmann along with the ladies at the front desk and the nurses (Im not sure what the proper term for them is) are all wonderful and make every visit easy and fast.

I went there with my fiance to see her blood work results and it looks like we were charged $30 just to go there for Dr. Uzmann to tell my fiance that her blood was lost and they have ZERO clue what had happened to it. My fiance had to have her blood drawn again and few days later she called the clinic to ask Dr. Uzmann few questions but was told that she will have to make a new appointment and pay $30 again!! Simple kind of rip off. We will be most likely reporting that to Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners as we can not find out now if her Thyroid problem was a result of her miscarriage.

My brother is in a skilled nursing facility and was referred to this provider the very first interaction was extremely negative the doctor was irritated because the paperwork wasn’t filled out on the first visit he actually had words with me. We are at the mercy of the nursing facility to let us know when appointments are going to happen and it’s difficult sometimes to get off work to be present for the appointment my brother has a brain injury and he can’t take care of himself nor can he complete his own paperworkAfter two visits to the provider my brother got sick and had a missed two follow up appointments because he was in the hospital and knowing how brittle My brothers diabetes is and the fact that he’s living in a skilled nursing home should tell the provider that possibly when someone like him misses an appointment there’s a reason but instead they discharged him from the practice refuse to let him get a appointment when he got out of the hospitalRegardless of how good of a doctor there is at this office I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy just based on the horrible customer service he provides and the fact that they don’t take into consideration that a patient is hospitalized before they just discharged him from the practice in fact my brother didn’t even have a follow up call to say hey why did you miss your appointment like most offices do so I highly don’t recommend this practice ever

Best system and Doctors by my experiences.

Dr Dewan has been seeing my son for 12 years yes the best doctor around and Ive kept him as his doctor even after moving 4 hours away. But now I cant even get this office to call me back or fax the pharmacy back for a refill of needles. Ive left my number so many times, my son is down to one pack and I cant get this office to give him a refill. I hate to say this but I think Dr Dewan was a much better doctor before he moved to his new office and started all his new adventures. I hate to think money has changed him. I adored this doctor, and now it seems Im begging for a damn refill of my sons needles. One fed up single mom.

So, doc Uzmann is cool but the office is terrible. They will call you to confirm your appt but they will not call back if youve left messages for questions. I needed help with my copay and left multiple messages and no response. They NEVER answer the phone, it goes straight to a system. I now have 1 more refill left while I look for another endocrinologist. Thanks A LOT to the staff for making being diagnosed with Graves Disease a lot harder than what me and Doc Uzmann expected.

The DOCS is amazing! I really appreciate the hard work they do. Not only do they have endocrinology, but they have non- narcotic pain management as well! the Doctors are always friendly and they also have different options to choose from as far as treatment. very open to new things and great customer service! Carlos has been with this office for many years and he is always very understanding. :) :) :)

Blown away! New to this area, was in search of an Endocrinologist and was lucky to be referred to Dr. Uzmann. On my first appointment after a quick check-in, I was promptly ushered in without a long wait. After the weigh-in and vitals check, was sent to see the doctor who arrived without a long wait as well. This is one office that really values your your time.Dr. Uzmann is a great listener. As a new client, I had a lot of history to go over but he was very patient with me. After scanning through my previous records he actually asked my opinion as to what I thought the problem was...no doctor has ever done that! Thankfully I had all the issues written down and he made sure he went over each and every one of them. He ordered the relevant tests and even added some new ones I was concerned about. He never made judgments about my chosen diet and kept asking relevant questions. I came with the impression that he was being absolutely thorough and left no stone un-turned to pin down the problem. My symptoms required some monitoring and he offered immediate help to assist my evaluation. The office staff was polite and the ambiance with self watering plants give you the impression that they really care about the indoor air quality and the environment.My second visit was a breeze like the first. I was thrilled to receive the good news about my symptoms from Dr. Uzmann. His in depth evaluation really helped eliminate many of the issues I was concerned about. For others he pointed me in the direction of other specialists. Bottomline: he really listens and cares!Doctors and specialists like him are busy people...you have a short 10 to 15 minute window to make the best use of this special training and they are in the best position to help you with their knowledge. However, I feel what helped me most was that I had all my questions written down and he actually read each one and addressed everything possible in that short amount of time without being annoyed or impatient. Please prepare, do some research, read some books, do everything possible to enable the doctor help you. What a delightful experience.This doctor is sharp as a tack and on top of everything. Dr.Mary Martin is an awesome doctor! She is very personable, and will listen to you with empathy. She really cares about her patients, and is easily accessible, at anytime you need her. Not only she is caring, but her whole staff is friendly and shows the utmost concern for your welfare and making sure you feel comfortable.

Staff is very friendly and helpful and the nurses are respectful. Dr. Uzmann is a very good doctor and I so appreciate seeing him.The downside about The Docs is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. I’ve been coming to this facility for about a year now and it’s so annoying waiting in queue for 30 minutes and then I don’t even get a call back when I get kicked out of queue. I’m not sure if they are too understaffed to be making calls or if it’s their system. It’s ridiculous having to call them 3 times at different hours and still not being able to reach anyone.

My mom came in for a procedure as Dr.Guptas patient on 1-9-2020 to help restore blood flow in her legs. She has been suffering in pain for years and no other Vascular Doctor would even Touch her or try to operate. Dr. Gupta is a very Aggressive Doctor and an overall Problem Solver since Day 1! Even if the surgeries were unsuccessful Im just extremely grateful that he has restored hope in my moms heart. The procedure went well to say the least and his Staff was Amazing!. Nicole, Lilly and Fabi went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable, they stayed at her bedside applying pressure for hours making sure her bleeding would stop. Luis the Ultrasound tech was phenomenal too, very kind, caring individual. Derrick worked closely with the Dr. Making sure the procedure ran smoothly. I was extremely impressed by the Staffs overall Dedication and Outstanding Patient Care. I cant thank Each and Everyone of you enough. ❤

My daughter has Graves’ disease and the staff here are very bad at giving call backs and just trying to get through to her doctor. She has been waiting since 10/19 to have a procedure done that they said was very important and needed. She hasn’t been on her medication since September. We have been scheduled 3 times for the procedure and they have been canceled every time. Mind you we’ve been going thru this since 10/19 so it was way befour covid 19. I’ve called my wife has called numerous of times and the doctor had never called us back with a update. The last time her procedure was canceled I. March we were told her dr would get back with us, never happened. I’ve asked them if my daughter isn’t gonna have the surgery can she get back on her meds to have some kind of relief no response. My daughter had had many crisis due to her not being cared for and that very sad. She is in the hospital at this moment we’re the doctors there couldn’t believe the poor treatment she has been given. Blood pressure high, heart rate at dangerous rate, fever, throwing up , can’t hold any good down and Dr. Asheesh Dewan hasn’t called us back once to let us know anything. I will say when Dr Asheesh Dewan was at the PEDS it seemed as he cared cause we would always see him and have a one on one with him. Since he moved locations we never saw him again guess that’s what happens when you change. I am done with this place and I will find my daughter someone who cares for her well being and will care for her so she can live and be healthy and not in pain. I know at the end of the day they don’t care what happens to my baby but this is my babygirl and she deserves to be taken care of just like they would there children.

I came online just to see if this office actually exists or if I was given bad information. Today was my 7th day in a row just trying to reach someone in their office. I’ve left multiple voice mails, waited in the queue until I was kicked out every morning, and now I’m trying the online route. If anyone can refer me to another pediatric endocrinologist in this town I’d be happy to take the information.

I went to see Dr. Uzmann for a thyroid problem. I expected to get answers to a new health problem, my questions were barely answered, and others just ignored. All I got was him reading some notes about my blood work results on a small piece of paper.The second time he was pretty rude because I was late 5 minutes even though I called the front office to tell them I was almost there. He just read again the little paper with my results. He did not comment anything, but a I will see you at the next a appointmentAppointments were no more than 10 minutes long.To serious and moody for a young doctor.Why Doctors make me wait at times 2 hours but is not ok 5 mins late.

Staff - organized, kind and respectful.Dr. Martin - to the point and thoughtful.On site lab makes it easy to perform bloodwork.Bottom line: great patient experience.

I am currently 15 and a little bit better then when I was around 13 when I saw this doctor. The Doctor seems quick and unnerving; when reviewing results, also quick and seems in a rush to help other patients. He follows his schedule in a way that doesn’t seem to look at all patients concerns... Angry that a accident that caused huge delays in which I had no control in Lead me to be late for a dire/ critical appointment in which should have been understood but instead I was told that the doctor couldn’t fit me in, making me pay a fine that was completely uncalled for and was told that my reschedule was months away. My health greatly deteriorated and was forced to seek help elsewhere. Do not recommend-

Im stunned how these Professionals are not concerned about a 17 year old patient of theres that is in highschool with a thyroid thats at 1100 and they give her the wrong medication and now they wont even call her or keep her updated all we get is there answering machine Im appalled she has her whole life ahead of her and they should be urgently updating her and are not. Terrible to do to an innocent young lady if anybody knows what I can do about this plz reply her life depends on it.

My child is currently under transgender care. Dr Uzzman is competent and very honest. I don’t like doctors that skirt the truth. Give me honest open and accurate info. The doc checks his bloodwork at every visit to make sure everything is good. Very mindful of everything that his process entails. I’d recommend Dr Uzzman for any one seeking transformation

Terrible, takes forever to set an appointment, cant refill prescriptions after expiration date without having to spend more money for an appointment knowing he has T1D its the same medication. Staff/doctor Dewan always say to stay in contact with us if you have any questions but never respond through their communication app. Ive had more help online communicating my concerns with people and private groups on facebook then I do with Staff. Currently looking for a new endocrinologist for my child.

Dr. Mary Ann Martin is the best endocrinologist in Vegas. My aging mother refuses to see anyone else. We endured a swamp of others before we found her. Now we drive an hour across town and consider ourselves lucky.

Incredible staff, and very kind doctor. He was very knowledgeable to my health and understood instantly what I was explaining. He was attentive to my needs and made sure the proper course of action is being taken. I can’t wait to go to my next visit and that’s odd for me cuz I’m not a fan of doctors usually.

I had been looking for a doctor to help with my issues for a while and finally founds Doctor Uzmann. Love the fact that he does not act like he is in a rush and takes time to listen. Explained my thyroid issue thoroughly and cleared up a lot of confusion about Hashimotos. Looking forward to working with him and The Docs to feel better.

Dr. Dewan is amazing. Not only did he help my husband and I learn more about our son, but he also gave us need ways to teach him things! The waiting area is very nice, almost rustic-modern style. My son enjoyed looking at all of the figures on the walls. The front desk girl was professional and friendly also!

I went in there with my child for the first time and it was better than what I expected. The staff, the doctors, even the building itself was nice. Gianni from prescription was awesome! Totally exceeded my expectations. Got my son his insulin, when he needed it the most!

Amazing endocrinology office! The rooms are not your average doctors office. Thank you Ruby for making my first time there great!! I felt very comfortable with the atmosphere.

In our current political climate it is more important than ever to provide a safe space for the patients in which you serve. I do not feel as if your facility is accurately servicing the community in which I am apart of; one that relies on endocrinology.I am female-to-male transgender and was referred to your practice through my primary care provider. I will no longer be a patient for the following reasons.-There is no clear or concise process in how my hormones were to be monitored, reviewed, or when my blood work was to be done (i.e. prior to visit versus during my visit).-A plan/blueprint of treatment was not provided by my physician, Dr. Uzmann, like I have received from my previous two physicians.-Your receptionists and aids are tragically unaware of the importance of gender pronouns or preferred names.Our world is changing; there are various programs and sensitivity training that can provide information for creating a trans-friendly environment.One initiative that you can take immediately is adding preferred names or pronoun to patient intake forms. Another initiative would be providing a checklist for requirements of service/visits for doctors, receptionists, and patients.I shouldn’t have to receive 4 calls in a week from a receptionist asking if I have completed lab work when I wasn’t informed during the scheduling of my appointment. As you may be aware of, blood work requires preparation such as fasting. I also shouldn’t have to remind your team to use the preferred name and correct pronouns -- their are other facilities that I haven’t had these same issues with.
