Dr. Pandora is the BEST doctor ever. She literally saved my life. Beautiful, educated, compassionate,funny and wise beyond. Shes always there for me short notice. Jason is awesome too. I love how blunt and helpful they are. When Im in a better position I will invite them personally to lunch. They made my day. Thank you Dr. Pandora.

Go anywhere else. Unless you want to wait 3 hours. The MA is rude. They are so disorganized. They are absolutely terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I asked to speak to a manager. I even waited for the manager for 30 minutes before I just left.

I had a 1115 appt.Got checked in at 1124, got called into room at 1136.One MA asked reason for visit, said another girl was coming in to take my vitals.1220, I go to restroom they are laughing, joking, talking and hanging decorations.1240, I poke my head out and told them i have been sitting and waiting for 45 min my vitals havent been taken, Im just sitting.Was told well the provider is with other patients he will see you shortly just be patient, um I have been patient from 1136-1220, 1220-1240.1 minute later, I get vitals taken and told Im the next to be seen.1255, I poke my head out again stating this is ridiculous, the NP Francisco finally said Ill be in there give me a few minutes.By this time Im irritated but calmed down because he was actually helpful and gave me the information to my questions and concerns.I think I will be looking for another provider.This is not the first time that this has occuredAs if people want to spend 2-3 or more hours just sitting and waiting for a 5-10min office visit with the provider.

Doctor Pandora, is amazing!! She truly has compassion, for the community. I would recommend my friends & family to go to her. I ALSO give her5⭐s & Jason whom I think is the office manager, Id give him 5⭐s too. Janet at the front desk is always professional. But once they call your name. And you get a room you will have a wait. You are there for quite some time!! The young lady name Josalyn who took my vitals seemed preoccupied. She took my blood pressure. She didnt communicate what my #s were. I had to ask her for them. I THEN ask her, if she was going too check my heart rate.She said, oh, yeah. Let me check to see if I have one. She had one. She checked my heart rate But I still had to asked her what my #s to my heartrate was!?! She-meaning Josalyn, didnt even know if she had the heart rate monitor dont they do an inventory on what they have in there containers before their shift start. I give her a half ⭐

There may be a lot of five stars for this place but there is also a lot of ones.I had to change primary care physician to go to this place one time. Big mistake. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to.Good luck on getting a script refilled. I called for over a week and kept getting the run around and lied to.Receptionist told me twice that it would be handled by 5 pm and never was. After hours call was never returned. There was no excuse for not refilling the script. I had been on the medication for years. Its like they wanted another pointless office visit to rack up more insurance money.They could have cared less if I stroked out. I ended up going back to my original PCP. Pick a different place because this place does not deserve your business.

This is my second appt made I’m 2 weeks. My first appt I had to leave because after waiting a hour and a half for my appointment to begin, I had to leave to another scheduled appointment. Today is a new appointment to actually see the dr since I couldn’t wait longer last week. I have been waiting for my 1:45 appointment for almost 2 hours now. The nurses here have no answers and really don’t care. It’s very frustrating when you have a appointment set for a week and you still have to wait so long. Also I have never been helped by these people, all I use them for is referrals to Drs who can actually help me. I waited over 2 hours to get a referral 😩

Husband needed to a referral to have sutures removed by plastic surgeon. I called the office since friday to get appointment as well as did a online e appointment schedule yesterday and no call back.We walk in Wednesday morning. To be seen this guys tells me they go thru an answering service and he didnt get the call message till 9pm and he was gonna start calling today. When there answering machines say they get back in 1 business hour. We get an appointment for 1130 same day and it is 147pm and we still have not seen the provider. Shame on you guys. If I wanted to spend my entire day in am dr offices I would have asked to be on the schedule at work today.

Please seek treatment elsewhere. This health care provider is negligent. The doctor just didnt understand the severity of illness we were there for. Multiple lost labs that have delayed treatment which in turn has caused illness to progress to the next stage. Calls are put on hold for over and hour, voice-mail not returned.Prescribed meds for symptoms that are not present. Other meds administered without discussing side effects. Just horrible. Ive filed a complaint with my insurance and now filing with medical board. Please, seek treatment elsewhere, its your health at stake!!

If you have health issues DO NOT go here! I was seen by Pandora Williams, a nurse. She told me she was worried that I would die and it would ruin her reputation. I agreed to help by taking care of myself. I couldnt see my cardiologist bc his office CLOSED permanently. I ran out of bp meds b4 I could get a new cardiologist. Williams refused to fill my meds she KNEW I needed or I could DIE or stroke. I have been in hypertensive crisis for a month! Worst migraine of my life for 7 DAYs now!! I got a REAL doctor today. If u really need help AVOID this place or u might DIE, for real! Find a DOCTOR that cares about their patients OVER their pride and reputation. I am DISGUSTED!

Waits are long, very typical. Was put in a room and forgot about. They were very apologetic, however, I will not be going back. One last thing, the bathroom was disgusting. The office needs to keep up on it and the patients need to learn how clean up after themselves.

Compared to the VA, this place is AWESOME. Seriously, front desk staff was pleasant and efficient, medical assistant was efficient and pleasant. I saw the doctor after about a 90 minute wait, which is AWESOME compared to the VA which takes 4-6 hours for an urgent care visit. The doctor was pleasant, looked at my ailment and prescribed a medicine that is already helping me. Overall this was a good experience.

I have been waiting for over 2 hours in the back I was here on time for my appointment they saw every patient that came after. They were cleaning the office when I popped my head out to check they did not know I was still in the room. He did not check or look at anything just agreed to write a referral to another doctor.

Called a week and a half in advanced. Told them exactly what I needed to be done. Set an appointment for 4:30 PM. Wasn’t taken to the back until 28 minutes??? Arrived 15 minutes early also. What’s the use of an appointment?? Only to then be told I can’t get my blood work done because the guy who does it , is now leaving. When I told them I needed it PRIOR to making the appointment. And also had me wait over an hour to see the doctor. So they can only talk to me for about 5 minutes. Very unprofessional. Don’t recommend.

Totally unprofessional! Front desk workers are rude and have no manners. They call and texted you to remind you of appointment but they’re over an hour late and act like you did something wrong because you say something to them about it. Won’t be coming back here ever again.

I highly recommend this Doctors office, the staff and nurses were extremely nice and helpful. I’ve been to several urgent cares/doctors in Vegas and so far this is the best one I’ve came across. One of the physicians Tiffany addressed and answered all of my health related questions & made me feel in complete good hands & care. This will be my permanent doctors office.💙🙏🏾

Very unwelcoming staff. get hung up on often when calling or placed on hold multiple times. was taken off the list to be seen, while already called back, by the girls in the office, which lead to an even longer wait time. no apology nor were they held accountable. lots of drama and unprofessionalism in the office. staff spoke about it openly, loudly, amongst each other and patients. after being seen, was told I was good to go...not one person mentioned I needed to make a follow up appointment til I finally got through to someone other then a dead dial tone or voicemail. would never recommend to anyone.

My husband and I came here a few times and was seen by Dr. Pandora Williams, but our last visit was very unpleasant with her. She was very irrate and loud and upset about us missing our appt. and she wouldnt stop mentioning that and I kept telling but were here now can you help us she got so mad and stormed out of the room almost dropping her laptop and all we wanted was our health issues addressed and our lab work results from our last visit but nooo we couldnt get that then her so-called supervisor came in and he wasnt any help either so we left with no services rendered. If I were you I would find another Dr that listens and that really cares about their patients health and not them missing an appt....

I went in for a back issue and now I have a primary that cares! These folks are wonderful, from the front desk to the back rooms! So friendly and understanding. This particular visit was a long wait time, but, hey, its cold and flu season, right?

They answered the phone and put me on hold but never came back. After 20 minutes I hung-up. They never asked if they could put me on hold, just said Can You Please Hold and put me on hold. I have called a number of these location and get similar bad treatment. They dont care anything about you/me. Understaffed or whatever.

This doctor that took over this practice is terrible he is lazy and doesn’t do anything my grandma had a medical appt and for not doing there jobs in this office they denied seeing her even tho she had an appt and everything they needed for not doing there job and not seeing her when they had the appt they told her to come back the next day and by then she wasn’t waking up from her sleep and she ended up I. The hospital because they couldn’t do there jobs and see her so thank you idiots.

ProCare Medical Center Nellis location is great!! They got me in right away the same morning I called. The staff was very helpful and professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes with my medication on my way home. Thank you ProCare Medical team for being so awesome! 🙏🙏🙏

The nurse practitioner, Williams was fantastic . Despite this I am truly ready to leave this clinic. The phone system is either not working or constantly hangs up on you. They hired a new girl at the front desk who is probably the only person besides a few medical professionals that truly care about the patients. Anytime I come with an appointment or not I have to wait an extremely long time. I would not recommend this clinic

I had a VERY BAD experience in ProCare Medical Center.I called to make an appointment with a doctor that was recommended by my insurance. When I arrived to my appointment, I was told that certain doctor was no loner in that clinic, and I was recommended to anther doctor, which was not a member in my insurance.I spend two hours, with the help of the of the receptionist to get my insurance to approve the doctor recommended by the the clinic.Finally, the receptionist decided to send me to see the doctor while she tries to solve the insurance problem.I sat in the do today office for almost an hour , waiting and starring at the wall, hoping to see a doctor. MFinally, I decided to open the door and ask. To my surprise, I was told that the doctor is busy, and it is going to take a while before she, or he could see me. I was SO upset that I had to walk out of the clinic without seeing a doctor.My question is, if the staff knew that the doctor would be late for OVER AN HOUR, why did the put me in the room for about an hour?And if the doctor I originally had an appointment with, why I was NOT TOLD that he was NOLONGER warming in that clinic?It was A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE , and a very bad reputation for the place.

It used to take 1 hour or 1 1/2 until you see the Doctor, now Ive been waiting 3 hours plus until I see the doctor. Waiting in the lobby isnt as long as waiting in the room I fell asleep many times. Supposedly making an appointment is faster, but not much.

This place is the diaster. They never picked up the phone for making appointment. And somebody whose title Nurse Practitioner was super super super rude. My aunt just wanted a referral, and Nurse Practitioner just told me to bring her back to previous doctor, because she did not want to conflict the other doctors decision (even though her necks goister is so big (as a apple) to push her trachea aside). She did not even look at my aunts result, even it was almost double the normal range. She made us felt bad for being sick. I dont even understand why my aunt had to wait 40 mins more after her appointment time just to see a rude person. I am sorry to say that but whoever calls herself NURSE PRACTITIONER should be back school to study how to treat people properly, rather than just focus on treating people disease. You cannot only treat people physically without focus on their mental health.

I like this office, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. And i love that its close to my home. And the other wonderful part of this office is the fact that you can go to the pharmacy right there to fill prescriptions and the men who work in the pharmacy are also very friendly and helpful. And they fill all my medications very fast and while i wait.

The doctors there are so kind and caring. They care about a person and not just what is wrong with them. My doctor is the best she talks to you to get to know you so she can give you the best care possible. I would not change my doctor or the place I go. The staff in front reception is awesome also they too listen to what you need the explain to you every thing you need to know.

Got in exam room quickly but unfortunately sat in that room for 3 plus hours waiting for doctor. Doctor was excellent and got prescriptions quickly after doctor visit. This was on a holiday and I expected the office to be closed but they were open. Doctor apologized for the wait because she had appointments and I walked in without an appointment.

A doctor named Tiffany walker helped me with my visit needs. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable.. no matter my situation or question . I choose this location because they are 10 stars ! I have only been coming to this place since the first visit. They are happy and kind when you talk to them and can work with whatever financial plan you are working with :)

Front of the house staff is amazing, but once you get in them doors its so unprofessional. Urgent Care facility without the sense of urgency. Im in and out of ER quicker!

If I could give this place a lower score I would. This place is busy, the phone never stops ringing, people enter the waiting room but never leave.There is only 2 doctors which would be fine but for this size place is crazy. I overheard someone say the wait is 3 hours. 3 hours?! Dude come on, it took me two weeks to make this appointment because they never answer the phones.The nurses at the front are too busy paling around and eating.Their is more nurses than doctors, 3 or so sit at the front counter. 5 are in the back and there is 2 doctors

ProCare Medical Center always gives me a great experience other then the reason why Im there, they take good care of me and make sure theyre very thorough and informative giving me the best service available. Their pharmacy is quick they have you in and out without any issues.

I would rate Pro Care Medical a zero but the only plus to the visit was my time with the physician. She was wonderfully patient and knowledgeable even though she was slammed because she was forced to take multiple walk ins in between appointments which caused me to have a two hour wait time. This place has gotten gradually worse and I will be looking for a new primary care physician. It starts with the staff up front . It took me over 30 minutes just to get an appointment .i had to use both of my phone lines to get in and I was hung up on multiple times. I finally got through on my second line while my other phone was still on hold for 30 minutes, the second line was answered and when I asked why she took that call instead of helping the number on hold the receptionist yelled at me telling me she was the only one there. I politely told her I understood that she was busy but I asked why there was not a system in place which made sure to put the people who are waiting first? She made more excuses and did not apologize. This particular receptionist is always rude in person as well as in general phone. When I arrived none of the receptionists even bother to look up to greet anyone and let you know that you are signed in. It’s all up to the patient to go and ask. Then when you do ask they are rude. When I was finally called in the person calling me in was also not polite. She wasn’t rude but she looked like she just wanted to get her day over with and didn’t really care about the patients. I feel like because this location is on the East side patients are treated without any dignity. This would not be put up with inSummerlin. All of the people working up front need to be sent to customer service training immediately.

Left me in a room for over a hour and when i explained to them I had to leave soon to get my son from school, the nurse said the Dr. Would be finishing up a another room and be to me next. I continued to wait for another half hour before I had to confront the staff, thats when a nurse said the doctors had a appointment she had to take before me. I left without being seen and didnt get any medication. HORRIBLE experience and customer/patient service.

I had a horrible experience. I was coughing up mucus uncontrollably. I went in to be seen by a physician. I was told it would be a 3 hour wait to be seen. I watched the waiting room fill up twice and empty out twice. In the meantime, Im coughing all over children & elders in the waiting room. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told They just stepped out. After speaking without the head receptionist I was told there were only two physicians working and all appointments are first. I couldnt understand why its was called an urgent care if I wasnt seen in an urgent manor. I wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy. Horrible customers service and no compassion for anyones medical needs.

This medical group is terrible. I I asked them to refill my prescription, left a message with the doctor. Too him nearly 2 weeks to approve the refill. Later, I called several times to reschedule an appointment, but they never ever answer the phone. I left a message to request the change, which the automated answering service states that theyll call back within an hour. 3 days later they finally call me back. I confirm the appointment at their rainbow location. I get there the day of the appointment early, to update my information, and they tell me my appointment isnt even for that location. Ive only ever gone to their rainbow location. I will no longer be going to this place.

I love Dr. Pandora and her assistant. But the phones and the front desk are horrible...let me explain. They finally fixed the phones they were having issues with Cox. , now that they are fixed they dont answer them properly. They just answer and put you on hold for over half an hour, or they answer and hang it up. Im on a list to where I cannot make an appointment, because i missed too many appointments, I wouldnt have missed appointments I wouldve cancelled in time if they would just not hang up on, or put me on hold for up to 2 hours. No, Im not kidding, i was on hold for 2 hours once. I finally just went in without an appointment and waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. Please call me back on this. Nancy Shaw 10/10. At first I was hesitant to go back to this place but the doctor I seen Dr. MaryAnn. She was AMAZING. She helped me with my issues and we did a physical. She explained things without giving me a rush feeling. Very attentive.The waiting time is ridiculous even with appointments. To see the physician you have to accommodate a minimum of 3 hours to ensure you wont be late anywhere else. When I needed blood drown, I had to return the following day. I waited 3 almost 4 hours with supposedly only one person ahead of me.With those issues I would have rated a 4 out of 5 ⭐.My reasons of why it went to down to a 3 ⭐ is due to the up keeping of the entire office. Very disgusting walls and doors with gunk. I did take a few photos as proof but there is no way to post them on this review. It really grossed me out to the point I did not want to touch anything. The chairs in the rooms are falling apart with chunks missing. In my personal opinion i do believe that other the physicians or owners need to TAKE PRIDE in their business and clean and get rid of items that are broken.

Its best to have an appointment your in and out maybe within an hour. If you dont have an appointment be prepared to wait a couple of hours anywhere from 2 to 3 hours. When this place first opened it was really quick now they have to many patients and probably few doctors the wait time is unbelievable long. Update 01/27/20 even with an appointment its over 2 1/2 hours not good

I will never schedule an appointment or walk into this clinic again, I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. Came out of the room to ask how much longer, the doctor said I am looking at your chart now, I walked back to the room said this is bulls---- and she said she wouldnt see me because I cursed. She let me leave with a UTI, they better not dont try to bill my insurance when they did NOTHING! The doctors are clueless at this clinic, dont go there! You ALWAYS wait 2 hours with or without an appointment!!!! The only good thing about this clinic in the pharmacy located inside the office.

Im completely disappointed with the quality of carr at this facility. Nurse practitioner comes into to exam with what was an obvious attitude. She does not introduce herself. After hearing what were classic signs of a symptom that needed to be seen by a urologist, she storms out and rejects even to see me. With absolutely no report with me so I didnt even get around to tell her my other physical concerns. She seemed to have no desire to make a report with me. We havent even talked about the 1 hour wait time on a day seemingly not busy. Thumbs down to this location!

Wow, how do they stay in business. Im looking to find an new primary care physician. I called to an automated system, was placed on hold and then disconnected after about a minute on hold twice. I realized that I called during the lunch hours so I thought Id give it another chance later. Sure enough a human being. I explained what I needed to do and she put me on hold. That was fourteen minutes ago. That is just the time I spent looking up and reading the reviews on this medical center and composing my own review. It is now 14:18 minutes on hold. Hanging up and looking elsewhere. No bueno.

I dont know what is happening to this office. I looked passed the filthy wall in the lobby and the rooms, no one has cleaned them in who knows how long. The glass jars filled with tongue suppressors and cotton balls are dirty. I was not going to complain about that, but since Ive been driven to complain I figure I should add that.I would call them right now, but for the last week they have been unreachable via telephone. Yesterday, I came into the office because I am supposed to get blood work every four months. The doctor regularly see has moved to a different practice and now they send someone that goes by Pat in the room. Pat showed to be extremely knowledgeable and uncomfortable to where he wouldnt even look at the the whole time he was in the room with me. It was obvious that he was avoiding eye contact and he must not have been listening to me because my answers were not really answered. I felt like crying knowing that my health is supposed to be in his care. I looked at my referral today for the endocrinologist and saw that he put the reason being is unspecified asthma......I cant do this. At first, he wasnt going to order my blood work, until I help him realize that he needed to. I cant keep a doctor that cant look at me and has no idea what he is doing.

When I first started coming here it was always a good experience, however the last few times make me never want to return again. We always called 40 minutes past our appointment time and then sit in a room an hour before anyone comes. Which is just ridiculous!! There is way too much playing with the office staff and not enough work!

This place is the absolute worst place to go. I had a noon appointment and didn’t get called to the back till 2 hours later only to wait to be seen for another hour. The appt. was for myself and my one year old son who by this time was sick and very irritated and it was his nap time. We got out of there at 3:30 only to have to come back twice that day because their pharmacy didn’t know what they were doing at all. I don’t recommend anyone come here EVER. I only gave it one star because it made me it deserves -5

Everyone from the front office employees to the MAs and Providers in the back are absolutely amazing.With multiple locations throughout the valley. Procare Medical Group makes it extremely convenient to receive the BEST care in the valley.

Was hesitant going to a urgent care type medical center, but they totally wowed me, from the receptionists to the nurse and doctors everything was amazing(except the reason I had to go of course) would recommend this place to anyone.

We have been coming here for for awhile we initially set up care as our primary with PA Son she was wonderful and while the wait times were totally horrific I tolerated them for the treatment we received. She is gone now and our treatment has also declined. We are looking for a new dr. Never in my life have I had to wait 3 hours to be seen! And that is with an appointment!!!

The Dr. Wrote my perscribtions wrong, now Id have to pay out of pocket another $75 to see her to correct it. Highly dissatisfied.The staff is Great though.

The ProCare on Nellis, is by far the worst one out of the Valley. This review does not reflect the service provided by the doctors, but about the front desk employees. Every time I try an call to make an appointment the receptionists leaves you on hold for more than 10 min. at a time or more. While getting to the facility, the employee that checks patients into their system takes their lovely time. So, by the time you get called back to a room you’ve probably sat there for about 30mins to an hour past your appointment time. The only reason I continued to go to a place with such lousy customer service in regards to the front desk was because of Dr. Sanders. Also, when they speak to you about billing information or a balanced owed that you don’t understand why you are being charged and ask them to explain, they talk to you with a condescending attitude. I will be going finding another doctors office to go to.

I had an appointment and that made it easier for me. I returned 3 days later for my TB check and it was speedy. I would use ProCare Medical Center again.

The staff at this location are amazing and upfront with the patients and the nurses and doctors are great and myself and the whole family have doctors here.. The places is always clean and smells good.......... Thank You Procare Medical for your amazing service

Worst place to go to. My 2 year old is sick and we sat there for 3 1/2 hours and still did not see a doctor so I left. Will not go back to this place at all. Would have been better off going to er them this place.

Worst service . Frist walking in another patient was screaming at the doctor and walked out . I should of left too. Dont recemed going there down the street they created me better was in and out and I was checked out felt better. Than wating for 3 hours and dont even checked just asked questions what kind of doctor did she think she is.

Do not come to this Place they have you waiting for over 3 hrs and the staff is not helpful at all they just give you dirty stares when you’re trying to ask and find out what’s taking so long this is the first and last time I come here y chinguen a su madre

This is the best urgent care in the east side. Clean lobby and rooms...Doctors are awesome! Never felt more comfortable at a urgent care. I bring my kids here.short wait times for walk ins. MY EXPERIENCE THERE WAS EXCEPTIONAL! THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSONAL! THE STAFF AND DOCTORS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARING, AND HELPFUL!! DR. WALKER IS A GREAT DOCTOR! SHE SEEMED TO GENUINELY CARE ABOUT MY WELL-BEING AND GIVING ME A CORRECT AND ACCURATEL DIAGNOSIS OF ME AND MY HEALTH CONDITION. SHE TOOK TIME OUT TO MAKE SURE I FULLY UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING GOING ON WITH ME. SHE MADE ME FEEL AS THO WE WERE FAMILY! SHE WAS THE FIRST DOCTOR TO TAKE TIME OUT TO MAKE ME FEEL THAT WAY, AND BELIEVE ME I HAVE BEEN TO MY SHARE OF DOCTORS IN LAS VEGAS--(as I HAVE QUITE A FEW HEALTH ISSUES)!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND PRO-CARE MEDICAL CENTER TO ANYONE WHO TAKES THEIR HEALTH EXTREMELY SERIOUS AND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A DOCTOR TO TAKE TIME OUT N MAKE U FEEL LIKE FAMILY AS SHE GIVES YOU TOP NOTCH HEALTH TREATMENT!! Dont come here unless you plan on sitting here for hours on end! My daughter and I are here now. Yes we were a walk in and didnt wait too long to be called back, but we have been sitting on a room in the back for almost AN HOUR waiting for the doctor!!! We should not have to wait this long for a doctor!

Loved my doctor visit everyone was nice. My visit didnt take long and i will be going back soon

My experience has been very positive doctor I have is awesome miss Pandora Williams she has made every single visit be very comfortable and informative and the rest of the staff as well theyre very patient and understanding I would recommend anybody to go there
