Good doctor, excellent surgeon .. office staff is awful. Nothing is ever done without extra follow up. They forget to process Rx after you visit doctor , then you call, then they lose it again. Appointments are messy - administrative mess - need a test, call 3 times. They don’t answer phones , goes to voicemail. Not returned. No print out of drugs as promised after appointment. The list goes on. So hope they will fix - my dad likes the doctor- he left healthcare partners, started own office... maybe it will improve but it’s been a year+

Dr. Narula just did a heart ablation on my mom yesterday. It was successful. I cant thank Dr. Narula enough for taking good care of my mom.
