Dr George is an amazing doctor. He is well worth any wait in the waiting room, my elderly father, who is not always with it, is a patient of Dr. George. Dr George’s bedside manner with my father is nothing less than amazing. It almost brings me to tears how amazing he is with my father. My husband and I also see Dr.George, and he diagnosis problems instantaneously, again he is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend dr.George, if you can get in as one of his patients!

When you call their office on their office hours no one answers the phone. When you leave a message, good luck if you get a callback within 72 hours. Follow up with patients very bad as well. At first, I was nice enough to think that it is pandemic and theyre busy. For you to call back several times about a prescription medicine and advised you that someone will call back and still nothing that already pulled my patience. I’ve still decided to ignore it and forget about it so I have been taking OTC meds. On July 8th, I received a phone call about scheduled lab. I was told that they will have to move my appointment to their Rainbow office. That same day, they sent out an email, what a very unprofessional email. All I got was the copy of the lab order, thats it. No message at all. Last Friday, I took a day off to have my lab work done. I went to the Rainbow office and was told that there is no scheduled lab for the next 3 weeks and was told that they have tried to call and left message. I told the associate I work from home. If they’ve called I would have answered the phone. I checked if there any messages, none. I called the Flamingo office to express my disappointment. Ive never experienced such a very rude service. Instead of apologizing they still insist someone called. I told them with all the contact information that they have I did not receive a single call or an email about cancelling my appointment.These people especially the management only thinks of how much money they make out of their patients. They do not care that our time is also important.

If I could give this business negative stars I would. Doctor is cold to his patient and staff. Talks badly about his patients to his staff, HEARD NUMEROUS TIMES. He doesn’t care who he mistreats wether it be a staff member or a PAYING patient. This man has the heart of a dying fish, and his hands have a similar texture. He spends less then 5 minutes with you, does not address any of your concerns and is clearly only in it for the money! I will REPORT HIM TO THE BBB.

Ive been using Dr Hailstone for a number of years. I have found him to be very knowledgeable as well as caring In my opinion you are more than a number to him. . For the most part his staff is great. There occasionally might be one who doesnt live up to the others .

I tried for over a week to make an appointment. No joke, no one answered the phone in over a week. I tried 5 different days. I honestly thought the practice was closed. Straight to voicemail every time I called. I was so baffled I repeatedly redialed them for 30 minutes. No answer.What can you expect from a medical practice when no one answers the phone to even make an appointment? I needed help and they wont even answer to make an appointment and 2 weeks later they return one of my voicemails. I can only imagine this is the kind of place that would forget to call you back with cancer results. Irresponsible and unacceptable. They clearly dont care about patients. Stay far far away.

If I could give this place -1 I would. Very rude and unprofessional. They only care about the payment. Once you pay your co payment they won’t even talk to you. For 1pm phone appointment they call me back at 5:45pm. wouldn’t recommend and I won’t go there anymore.

Literally never answer their phones. Then when they do they put you on hold for 10+ minutes. At least this office has “nicer” front staff than the staff they have at the flamingo office. And I’m using “nicer” very loosely. I really like Dr. Constantine but his staff is what keeps me away.

I arrived for my appointment 20 minutes ahead of time, sat in the waiting room until 20 minutes after my appointment time, sat in the patient room for another 30 minutes, and was then told it would be another 1-2 hours before I could be seen. The reason is simple: the clinic books more patients than they can handle to bill insurance as much as possible. While this is great for doctors who only care about making as much money as possible, it provides a terrible patient experience. I could never in good conscious recommend this doctor to anyone for any reason.

If I could give him and his staff a -1 I would. It all started when I refused to sign the form that asks to keep your personal credit card on file, which is illegal. It also violates privacy rights in so many ways. Yet this office feels its okay to ask for it. When you start to give them grief or signing all of these authorizations and waivers that waive your constitutional rights the front office gets indignant with you. So I go back into the office to be seen, and Dr. George comes in and literally grabs my arm and tells me he is escorting me out of his office for cursing WOW! that is a perfect example of how bad the medical industry has become. Doctors owe a level of professional and respect to seniors and disabled people which I am. So basically this man discriminated against me, but had a god complex that it was okay to physically grab me like he did. I went outside that day and enlisted a witness who was in the office at the time and he is willing to testify if needed that I NEVER at anytime used any cuss words, so beware of this doctor, especially dont take your children to this man. A complaint has also been lodged with the Medical Board!

Dr. George is the most thorough and kindest doctor we have come across. He takes a lot of time with my husband and I when we see him. He takes care of setting up appointments with other doctors if need be. He explains any questions we have in detail and waits until you are finished talking. Love his staff at Hygeia as well. Hope to keep him as a doctor. I wouldnt trust anyone else.

Dr. George has been treating my family for ten years. He treats all of us so well. He really takes the time to listen and i really appreciate that. Julio and Hailstone are also very good providers as well. Thank you all of you for taking such good care of us.

Dr. George is the BEST! He goes over and beyond for his patients. He is very detail oriented, thorough and takes time with you. If you have an issue that requires a specialists, he handles it immediately, makes sure you get connected with that doc, ASAP, then follows up. That’s impressive in itself considering it seems that a lot of businesses lack follow through once you leave the office, but not Dr George! He just has a way about him that is very kind and thoughtful. I also think it’s pretty cool that he created an app that offers a vip / consierge type service and he is always easily accessible. Super convenient since one usually never needs a doc 9-5, Monday - Friday.

I love Dr. George! His practice has grown a lot over the last four years and it seems like wait times can be long; however he is well worth it. His new business partner is also a wonderful doctor and gentle as can be. Also one of the few doctors that has a lab in the office!!

Ive seen Dr Hailstone a few times this year and while I think very highly of Dr Hailstone I will be looking for another doctor/office. Im fed up with the inept office staff. They dont have electronic patient portals and so you have to call them to get your test results. They have an onsite test lab but no one ever answers the phone or bothers to call you back with your results. Ive called them numerous times and left numerous messages begging them to call me back but no one ever does. And this is for a simple pregnancy test.For this reason I cannot recommend this office. I really hope they invest in new technology so they can serve people better. If not, its a waste of your time and money. The wait time is always at least an hour too.

Having a scheduled appointment has no regard in this office. If you are prepared to wait over two hours after your scheduled appointment to then be offered to be seen by his partner because hes running really late....then you will have no complaints, otherwise you may also be infuriated as myself. Im an RN in a busy emergency department in town and our average time for turning over patients is under two hours...and we have no appointment process and any control of the inflow of patients! Hes a great practitioner but there are plenty more in town who have more respect for your time and having an appointment actually has some relevance!

I have been seeing Dr. George for over 10 years and he is absolutely the most caring physician ive ever had, he listens allow you to say your health issues and follow-up for recommendation or referral to other physicians.

The staff is friendly enough in person, but being dramatically understaffed and unable to return a phone call in a timely manner, or, in my case, at all, makes this office a waste of time. Unless you like to play phone, avoid this practice.

What is up with these reviews? I have read 3- 4 not so favorable reviews out of how many patients. This is a busy office.Dr Hailstone is the best of the best.What i have heard about DR C. Is hes just as good. I know for a fact that they are working out their newer office arrangements, and yes it can be frustrating for them as well. I also know that the DRs professionalism and attention to detail, well makes up for some organization challenges they are very well aware of and, have seriously been improving on.If anyone (patients) is gonna leave this office because they were inconvenienced a bit that day, I would think back to how your day was going in the first place.These guys are humans with a serious passion for their work. We all have off days. There is no way in this town you will find dr. better than this.beCause..They Care, about patients first.

This is an amazing office and I feel so lucky to have found it. I was seen by Dr. Parker who was very knowledgeable and advised me through my surgery and gave me more information that helped me understand and manage my health than I have received over the past few frustrating years dealing with Drs and ER staff. This office takes its time with everyone, you dont feel rushed and they make sure you leave with all your questions answered. Your not just a number! I was also seen by Dr. Constantine who set me up an appointment with a specialist and took care of these kidney stones so fast my head is still spinning, all the while calling and checking up on me. I am thoroughly impressed with this office and will trust and recommend it to my family and friends. These guys cut through the bullshit.

I have not seen Dr. George personally. I have a sick relative who is a patient of his, and from where I stand, he seems like Michael Jacksons doctor. Pay a little extra and he will give you whatever you want, with no regard for the patients personal well-being, and no shits given about concerned family members.

9-17-2018 I think its time for me to find a new medical provider. I continue to think Julio is great but I cant deal with the incompetency of the office staff. Why have a voice mail or provide an email if you clearly are not going to listen to it or return messages. I blame the doctors of this facility for not fixing the issue. All you have to do is pull up reviews and the negatives are always the support staff. I would not recommend this office based on that alone.6-20-16 This downgrade to a 1 star is strictly for the office staff and is no reflection on the PA-C, Julio, or Dr. Constantine, as Ive never actually seen him. I had an office visit in May of this year. At that time I was told I owed my copay from a visit from July of 2015. That didnt sound right to me since copays are generally collected up front and even on this visit she was informing me of this as she was collecting my current copayment. So I said I would check my records, which I did, and it showed payment had been made. I emailed Jessica the check number and date it cleared and she sent an email stating she would update my records to reflect that. So imagine my surprise when I get an invoice from their office with a collection stamp on it. I thought, wow, they are too cheap to use an actual collection agency. That fact aside, I have sent another email asking them to fix this situation because I figured calling is pointless and I would rather have a paper trail of their incompetency.1-29-16 I am updating this review to be fair. My previous review was about two weeks before this update. So Im taking it from 1 star to 3.I finally emailed the office and did receive a quick response by email and my billing issue seems to be resolved. Still waiting on an update from the insurance company to verify that though. I also stopped by the office for a copy of some blood work today and the office staff was friendly and helpful. I really like Julio so I will probably continue to see him for the issue I am already a patient for but as far as trying to get in quickly for an appointment I have found another office that answers the phone and gets me in promptly.I have never seen Dr. George. I have only had appointments with the PA, Julio, who I really liked. Its unfortunate that the office staff is so incompetent. I have been trying to call for the last two weeks and not once has anyone answered the phone. Also left messages and still waiting for a return call. I dont have children but if I did I would not use this office. God, forbid you have an emergency and need to be seen in an expedited manner.

I was a patient of Dr. George and Dr. Parker for over 2 years until today. My past appointment which it was a month ago I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby and 1 hour and 35 minutes inside the room where you wait to be seeing with my little 3 children, and today I had to wait one hour which I was told I had two more patients ahead of me after waiting for a full hour, I was very frustrated because I have a 2 year old that is very hyperactive, and one of the girls got upset at me because I got up and asked them what was going on very unprofessional staff. Never had a problem there before until this past two appointments and not just me but some other patients were very upset as well waiting longer than an hour as well one person that was filling paperwork to become a new patient got up and left. It really sucked to leave that practice because they had been my family doctors for so long... :( not coming back very unpleasant experience today I was not expecting this!!!

Dr. Constantine George is extreamly educated, compasionate, and exceeds all of my expectations when it comes to medical care. While there might sometimes be a decent wait time before being seen, this is acceptable because Dr Georege takes his time with each patient to listen and assess all of their concerns - a rare quality in todays quick paced society.I highly recommend Dr George for anyone who is looking for a primary care physician.

Awesome office. Staff is always helpful and they do a great job and Dr George and Julio have been great to work with as well.

Oh!! my god finaly a doctor that knows my health issues. I have been having issues with my health since i was 18 i whent to driffrent doctors but none of them could tell me what was wrong i whent thru alot of pain in my joints thinking it was some sort of arthiris problem. My 1st visit to doctor Constantine and he already knew what was wrong with me but did some test to make sure he was correct. Sure enough he was right. I feel so blessed to have found him because he is so knowledgeble and alwayz makes sure i understood what he said to me. i would recomend him to everyone in a heart beat. He really is the BEST!

Short wait times. Clean and friendly atmosphere.

Sent a bill 18 months after the bill. Threatened to send me to collections. Need new technology and office staff
