I saw Doctor Chang for my seasonal allergies and she was very kind and helpful. The front desk and waiting area was quiet and clean. I was seen with an appointment in less than half an hour. I wonder if the reviews for this place would be different if people with good experiences bothered leaving their good feedback!

As a recent patient, for anyone that reads reviews, DO NOT let those negative ones deter your from this wonderful clinic and amazing doctor. The office was clean, the staff were very nice, helpful, and professional and although I showed up early for paperwork I was seen no later than 10-15 mins after my appt. Dr. Chang is extremely knowledgeable and very in tune with her patients and ALL of their concerns. At one point I was thinking of asking a question and started to ask but cut myself off, and she responded Yes? 😊 Lol wonderful doctor and I think Ill make her my PCP! She truly does care ❤

Extremely long waiting time even with an appointment, they just let you keep waiting. It took me one and half hours to do a physical exam, the exam only took 5 minutes.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. They are absolutely unprofessional and their front office staff is not trained to do their jobs properly. They never call you back regarding any concerns/questions and have hidden fees that you will have to pay for later. I had to wait a MONTH for a refund that was later used without my permission to pay off a copay they charged me. Not to mention their wait times are ridiculous even when you have an appointment, you will wait 30+ minutes to be seen.

Well absolutely fabulous people

This clinic takes walk ins until 2PM. Staff is friendly. Dr. Chang knows what shes doing. She is very professional and wants to see you become better. My first visit here was quick, direct and to the point & she seems to genuinely care about the health of her patients. I highly recommend this place if you have had bad luck in the past with unhelpful doctors and/or are currently unhappy with your provider.

Very hard to get a hold to the call number, very long wait time even with appointment just for 5-10 minutes see with doctor. I am not posting this because of doctor is bad, I am posting this because the service that my parents got were really bad. Waiting to change to another reliable primary physician for my parents. Very frustrating with service and waiting time.

Dr. Chung is very knowledgeable and thorough but that doesnt outweigh the horrible experience outside of her presence. The office staff called three times and three days in a row to confirm we would be keeping all three different appointments and that we needed to fast at least twelve hours but we get here and they have no sense of time.It is very frustrating to be left waiting in the lobby over an hour, then taken to a room for vitals and again left waiting in that room another hour only to see the doctor for ten minutes and sent back to the lobby to wait another thirty minutes for a simple blood draw despite having an appointment and coming ten minutes before that appointment time.This is the third time Ive had this experience for initial patient intake then again for the follow up visit which includes a physical that could have been done during the first appointment. Im only leaving the review because I just heard an elderly lady say shed been waiting in the lobby an hour already for her appointment which was thirty minutes before mine and they just gave her the same excuse I hear during every visit.They keep claiming they are running behind schedule but there are only four of us patients waiting in the lobby and three of us all had the exact same appointment time to see the one doctor in this practice or her one physicians assistant.I truly believe they book 3 or 4 people at the same time, get your insurance information when you sign in so that they can bill for your visit and then hope you leave due to the extensive wait!

ZERO STARS! First my husband and I both made separate appts. They took us in together without asking if we wanted to or not. I asked her if she could tell me how much and what to do for a biopsy for my mole. She wouldn’t said that’s not her job it’s my insurances. She told me how much cash pay was and I said oh ok can we just do that to get it done. She refused saying it is insurance fraud. Um no, she is committing fraud by charging our Insurance for two appointments and only doing one. She didn’t ask either of us how we were or if our meds were ok. I brought up my anxiety on my own. She asked if I wanted to change my other script I said no because that was working and she DIDNT even acknowledge it again. I asked about my weight and she asked for my calorie intake and then if I exercised. I said yes, she said well what do you do because getting up to brush your teeth isn’t exercising. My husband needed a new medication and she didn’t even talk to him she left the room saying she would fill the old prescriptions. We looked at each other wondering if she would come back and she didn’t. Horrible experience. She is a horrible and lazy doctor. She is a reason Vegas has a bad rep for doctors.

Bad doctor no like no nice

Terrible place to go. They never solved the issues and then they recommended a skin treatment. The skin treatment was covered. Well, I never got a bill. Got a weird call from a billing number. Called them back and couldnt get through. So, I thought it was a fraud call. Later on I found my credit got hit and something went to collections. So, this appointment from a covered treatment never worked. I took a huge hit. Worst of all no remorse or care from this office. I wouldnt recommend using them for anything. Terrible service and hurt me in a lot of different ways. Stay away NOW!!! if you do use them switch.

Overpriced treatments. Bad insurance coverage. Long appointments (they take 20-30mins to process an appointment for you). Bad logistics program.The doctor is great but her workers in the office do not provide immediate answers to problems. One example, they tried to hide a file because they couldnt process my medication correct, so they claimed that my file did not exist.They need a better team and do things right. Go to another professional or do medications yourselves because some of their practices is simple, for $10.

Craig Medical Center dba Sahara Family Clinic:Earlier this week the doctor and her staff told me to to come to the office at 8am on Saturday, 3/9 to have my blood drawn or get an order/slip for cholesterol levels to be checked (no copay).7:30 am The receptionist told me, I dont know why they would tell you that because theres no phlebotomist.This is a problem bcz I drove from Ann/Losee (5 miles) and charged the copay just to then be allowed to ask any doctor in charge why this happened.The receptionist then decides to tell me that I could not see the doctor about my question. Then she told me there was no doctor only a physician assistant. Then she wouldnt take my card for the $10 copay until I told her that I wanted to be seen for a headache/migraine.7:45 am - Another woman came in and told me she was also fasting to get blood work done. Wow... This meant that the receptionist lied to me or just being rude due to a previous similar incident.8:33 am - I was finally called in and the Nurse Practitioner told me So youre here for what? I explained the situation. She kept trying to patronize me by saying, Theres no phlebotomist, but theres a medical assistant here that draws blood. I told her that I never asked for a phlebotomist and that the receptionist is the one who mentioned a phlebotomist.I told the nurse practitioner that all I wanted to do was get my blood drawn as directed by my doctor. The nurse practitioner told me that they dont just draw blood there. I knew this wasnt true because I have always had my blood drawn there due to high cholesterol. I couldnt deal with the continuous games they were playing and walked out. Ive never experienced such unprofessional behavior at this level in my life!

I actually was thinking of returning here after 3 years but needee to check out the more current reviews to see if the practice has improved. I left initially (after 3 visits) because the front office was always rude and the third, they messed up my appt. And couldnt give me a walk in after THEY said I never had an appointment. I had kindly told them I made one weeks ago and someone even called to confirm and tell me not to eat for bloodwork. They were incompetent and rude and unprofessional. Too bad. I am a teacher and it takes effort to find me a sub. I took the day off for nothing. Never returned. Looking at these reviews, I have decided not to return. Thank you all. (I had thought it was just me and it isnt. The office is cold and unwelcoming..They HATE their job or are just HATEFUL people.)

Absolutely incompetent! The first appointment I made with Chang she didnt show up, instead someone else was in a hurry and carelessly observed me for one minute and was gone, then assistant took my blood, but didnt take urine . For a blood test to be effective you shouldnt eat for 8 hours. So needless to say the test was pointless, next visit Chang showed up couldnt see anything wrong!!! Im sick I dont know whats happening to me, and now I feel even worse! She has no clue, no interest , she doesnt care about patients. And their ( manager owner opened bunch of these offices) and hired this incompetent doctors and only cares about harvesting cash! Shame on you! People of Las Vegas dont go to them, dont support them or you gonna be next victim!

Went in, service was good, fairly quick to get me in with the dermatologist, was given a good routine to follow and prescription medication and my acne is almost all gone and its only been little over a month

Tried to make an appointment, I asked the girl on the phone if she could see if they accepted my insurance. She was very unhappy that I asked her to do that and then hung up the phone on me. No joke. Thanks

UPDATE as of August 29: I just called to make an appointment for the follow up that Dr Chang promised me and was going to give them another chance. The secretary informed me that the Dr would not see me at all unless I removed the negative review. You cant refuse service because of my review, that was what I experienced, I told her. Obviously no concern for whats legal at this office! And FYI, they buy their positive reviews by offering a discount and making the patient wait there while they check it. This is not a real doctors office and they should be ASHAMED of themselves for refusing service for damaged they caused.06/04/16: I have a golf ball sized dent in my ass due to the improper administration of a kenalog shot at Dr. Changs office. I used to come here for my contraceptive, skin care and general check ups. I had no issues with this office until I had an urgent visit February 3rd with a long list of symptoms. I was told I had an issue with my contraceptive as well as severe allergies. Dr. Chang asked which issue I wanted to address that day and I said Id like to deal with both. She said because I was a walk in appointment I could only address one issue and I had already taken more than two minutes of her time so I needed to hurry up. I explained that none of this was explained to me when I called to make the appointment. Feeling put on the spot as well as turned off by her poor bedside manner I opted to deal with the allergies so I could get back to work. Of the choices available I opted for the shot. I had a kenalog shot four years earlier with no problem. Upon checking out I asked the receptionist about dealing with the contraceptive issue and was told Id have to book a separate appointment for that. I expressed my irritation at not having been informed when I first called that I could only address one issue with the Doctor and had two minutes to do so. Their response was that theyre very busy and basically cant be expected to remember everything. Two months later I had been having extreme pain in my right hip and glute muscle, to the point where I could not work, drive, or sleep on my right side and at times the pain had me in tears. I finally noticed the dent and bruising that had showed up and when I realized what it was called Changs office. I was told that I would have to pay another $60 office visit fee to have it looked at. I could not believe this place! Charging me to look at the damage they caused? When Dr. Chang finally did see the damage she made no apology and offhandedly mentioned how she has seen this before but in patients who got the shot somewhere else. Well I didnt get the shot somewhere else I got it HERE, I said. I told her that I was NOT ok with this and that it was having a huge negative impact on my life and my job. Her response was that probably the only way to fix it was with fillers, but the kind that she doesnt do. She told me to come back in August so she could look at it again. I cant imagine what solution she could possibly come up with by then. I will not be back to this office, and neither will any of my friends who I referred there.

I was upset at first but they handled it a very nice manner. Dr. Chang was really good.

Worst experience ever. rude front desk rosey & manager kimberly.I had hair removal treatment, their machine is broken every single my apppointment time.without noticed to me, I should drive all the way to their office couple times.I couldnt get treatment on time every 8weeks term.they blocked customer claims by them self to DR.their employee doesnt do their jobshame on you.
