I was afraid to get Dental care away from family since I have had the luxury of having 2 Dentist in my family but I would have to drive back to California to get treatment. Well I found this jewel 😍 of a Dentist office. They are amazing, from the minute you walk in to check out. They were 100% customer service oriented. May I also add that I too have worked the Dental industry and know what to look for as far as Is cleanliness especially when it comes to deals and this place had it spot on. I was impressed with the little gift bag.....even though it included a bag of Carmel Corn which is bad for teeth in so many ways, LOL ! I appreciated the little tour and the fact that one of the assistants came in and talked to me while I was waiting. She was just sharing general chit chat after she had already heard my story of why I was there and knew how unhappy I was with my recent dentist. I had a list of questions about my options concerning my tooth and what the first dentist had told me. Cherrington came highly recommended to me and I wish I had started there. I have to return to A-List dental to get my crown they made for me and if I am still not happy and or still in pain.......I will only come to Cherrington to solve any future problem and possible root canal !! Didnt feel the other dentist was listening to me.....but left Cherrington knowing what all my options were. Thank You for some peace of mind and the best second opinion I needed!!

Just had a new patient appointment at Cherrington Dental. I was with my previous dentist in Las Vegas for 15 years, who no longer accepted my dental insurance, so needless to say was nervous about switching practices. From the moment I walked in the door, I observed that this practice had top notch patient-centered care and excellent client /customer service. Everybody from the front office staff, my hygienist and the dentist were knowledgeable, highly proficient, utilized the latest technology and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I feel like they really went the extra mile in getting to know me as a patient and establishing a great foundation for future visits.

Kind, friendly, patient staff. I have had a lot of oral surgery, and DR. Cherrington is very careful to make certain I do not experience pain during the procedures. Assistants and hygienists are also wonderful. Front desk staff are great at treatment plans and outlining what insurance will and wont cover. Estimates are usually high, so Im always pleased when my actual billed charges are lower than the estimates. Overall a really great practice.

Got my teeth cleaned by Alejandra (Ale) and she is the absolute best. Worked on my teeth for one hour. A very precious young lady who loves God and people! Very professional and gentle. I struggle with my gum health, Charrington takes the time to explain to me whats going on and options. Their service is excellent with helping navigate my insurance, and finally their dental work is excellent, as comfortable as possible, and very friendly. I had been told by another dentist I would need a root canal. They were charging me $900 when I get it done and another $900 when the crown comes in. I was trying to save up to get this done. After a year and so discouraged, I try Cherrington Dental. It was the best decision I could’ve made. $200 and all that I needed was 15 min of cleaning out and filling the cavity. They saved my tooth and the filling was smooth! Very well done and the most painless experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I really appreciate this dental practice and I feel so blessed to have ended up here. This is where I go from now on. Compassion, honesty, gentleness, efficiency, and cleanliness. Seriously...I love this place.

As a new patient I was impressed with the fact the first thing they did when they called my name to go in the back office, that the first thing they did was to give me a tour they of there office and a gift bag. And they did not give me my new patient paperwork to complete until I was in the exam room. Which made it much easier to complete. Then there was pricing...being uninsured, in my mind that I would in no way be able to afford all that needed to be done. Well I here to tell you that Through Gods answered prayer, I chose to follow the referral, and the not insuranced insurance they offer was a great help, it dropped my final cost down to a place I could get everything needed done.I along with my Son will refer Cherrington Dental to everyone that has dental issues or just doesnt have a regular Dentist. Post quarantine review: last visit June 2020I dont have dental insurance and just wanted to get a cleaning so I read all the rave reviews on Groupon and bought a cleaning. They were able to get me in right away. You need an appt and to wait outside due to the quarantine. The office was clean and professional and you can tell that they take great pride in doing good work.The hygienist was very friendly and kind. The doctor was great too. They took time to get to know me and it felt very comfortable. After my cleaning they even gave me a little gift bag of toothpastes and popcorn and a journal! Very cute and pleasant experience.

As always Dr. Charringtons staff are professional, kind and efficient. Always a nice environment, great music, and an overall pleasant experience. Although the Covid-19 pandemic is an issue that puts added steps in your office visit, the staff were on top of the screening process. It was quick and easy.
