Really amazing Dental practice. The staff is really friendly especially the manager Gloria. They will try to work with you if any issues arise and let you know things before hand. I feel really comfortable coming here for my braces treatment cause its a really welcoming environment and the staff remembers who you are even though they see many many different walks of life everyday. I highly recommend coming to this location. If I could give more stars Id give 10/10.

Dr St Laurent is the best dentist Ive ever taken my children to. He truly cares and is patient. He and his staff, especially dental tech/assistant Jenny made sure my son and I were taken care of. My son was having a lot of work done, multiple teeth, and no matter how long it took they never ran out of patient. They made sure at all times he wasnt in pain and that he and even I were comfortable. BEST DENTIST EVER!

Absolutely one the BEST Dentist and staff I have encountered. Fun, laid back, and very detailed about the work done. I love it here and the dental assistants are super cool especially Jenny. She had me almost sleep x-raying my mouth. Never has that ever happened to me at the Dentist. Recommendations a MUST!

I love this location of boca dental. I have always been treated nice and the staff is very friendly. Today I went to get my braces and Ms. Stella was AMAZING she always made sure I was okay or if I had questions. Outstanding service from her. The dentist Mr. Harris was very friendly, funny and explained to detail my treatment. I am happy to have a fun spirited dentist who will be treating me. I definitely recommend this place 👍

The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is because the front desk women are the worst. Horrible customer service. Gloria is so rude as well. Every thing else about this place is great. I love all the dental assistants and the orthodontist.

This office is great! I came in for a cleaning and ortho consult and everyone is so nice and friendly. The girls in the front are amazing and the Drs here are the best. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The girls at the front are terrible when it comes to customer service. Me and my mother (who has been in pain since Saturday when she got her tooth pulled) sat waiting for over an hour and a half to be seen. No one checked on us at all. When we finally got called to see the doctor we had to wait again to be seen (about 30ish mins). The total amount of time we were there was a little over 3 hours (way too long in my opinion). The only good thing about our visit was once Dr. St. Laurent came by and checked on my mom, it was a swift and informative visit. He even prescribed her something else to help with her pain. Overall, Dr. St. Laurent was amazing but the girls in the front either need training or need to be better at communicating.

Great office, Awesome Dr.s and a place you can really enjoy getting your dental work done. Me and my wife were just seen and had a great assistant Courtney. She explained everything and with my fear of the dental office it didnt even bother me. When you find a dental office with people who truly care it makes a difference. I will be referring my friends and family.

I was seen today because i have been wanting braces to correct my smile for a long time. The Dr. told me after my cavities were filled i would be good to go, cavities were done today within an hour, and i now have a consult for ortho. Courtney was great she calmed me down because i hate going to the dentist and she was just amazing. I am so excited to get my braces and cant wait tell my next appointment. Charleston and lamb. Bad service does not solve the clients problem, less than a year ago I made a bridge and it did not work I fell, now I am trying to get help and they do not want to help me they want to charge me full price for a new job, work that they did wrong. they also have a bad service because many people came complaining of similar situations where they did not do their job well. I do not recommend any clinic of these are not professional and deceive people.

Super quick my visit was in and out. The back staff have such a great attitude.

One can never be sure that you have found a good place for dental care, especially if it is your first visit. Im pleased to say that I have found one at the E. Charleston location. The deep cleaning of my teeth was well performed and basically painless.

Very poor time management. Had us come in 2 hrs before our original appointment time because “they had open availability”. And they still made us wait an hour and a half and to top it off Gloria with her stank face was rude when I asked how much longer like they weren’t the ones who told me to come in early. Also Gloria had the audacity to be rude to her coworker and put her on the spot in front of everyone very disrespectful and inappropriate.

Absolutely amazing! I will exclusively be going to this dentist for all of my work solely based on amount of financing options available. Best and quickest service Id ever experienced. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone from start to end was absolutely amazing! I cant stress enough.Now for the only bad thing I can say about Boca dental. I went to a sahara branch and had an awful time. They tried to give me treatment I didnt need, didnt want to take care of my issue and offered NO FINANCING OPTIONS. Terrible horrible location BUT LUCKILY this location is 10x better. They quoted me HALF of what the other location wouldve AND fixed my primary issue the same day for a modest fee.Absolutely amazing!

Hello guys!I’m leaving this review for all the people who are in the look out for a new dentist location! Boca dental braces was an amazing dental experience for treatment & care for me. I’m currently a new patient to this location. I’m coming from Absolute dental and let me tell you this is way better than the treatment and time of services than my last dental office. I was greeted and treated well as soon as I came in for my appointment. Shout out to Emily, Mariah, Valerie, and Dr. Hernandez for giving me the best attention and care. Furthermore, I would highly recommend this place to people to come for dental care! The only thing I would recommend for this location is to have back office a bit more presentable when it comes to greetings and communication. I feel introductions to be very important as you feel noticed and welcomed to the facility which lessens the anxiety haha. Moreover, the the other two things I noticed was my exam room (specifically the bed) weren’t as sanitize/cleaned before laying down. Another thing I would mention would be the shield glasses that were provided to me for the procedure. They were not properly cleaned. I brought it to the attention of Dr. Hernandez were he agreed and apologized for the inconvenience and personally cleaned them for me which I highly appreciated. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and will definitely be coming back to this new location for my new dental care in the future. Thank you guys! Keep up the the good work!

The front of house ladies are amazing, Gloria and Ashley really work with you on what needs to get done and how payments will get handled. All the doctors are very considerate and put your comfort before the procedures. Which as a nervous patient is a huge deal for me. Theres a closer Boca near me but the drive is worth it to have this amazing staff!
