I absolutely LOVE Paula and her staff!!! the best customer service Ive ever received at a beauty salon - top notch vibes here, Im have been a regular for months and always leave tipping 30% and buying retail bc they are not only great at what they do, theyre also so darn friendly. Super unique interior design, if youre looking for a cool and unique experience thats completely different from any other nail spa-- definitely check out Harmony! (PRO TIP - be sure to check out a second saturday of the month even they do, it books up fast so book in advance but they have food and music every second saturday to enjoy while you are getting your beauty services done.)

My experience: The location is sorta a ruff neighborhood and its tucked away in a large parking lot... also its across the parking lot from the green door🟩 and crystal banquet hall adjacent to it. Its very much a older commercial area of Vegas. If your not from here I could see you getting confused on where it is. When I first walked in the door my first impression is theres stuff everywhere, product they sell and signs to read everywhere.. it gets you confused on what to focus on. I was greeted by very nice staff and explained to fill out forms since it was my first time. What I found inviting was complementary tea, coffee, water, there were donuts. I was then led back into the room which was very decorated ( it reminded me of a fairy, hobbit forest, trees, leaves hanging from the ceiling, candles that flickr a fake flame) music was 80s jazz playing in the background. The room was definitely full of character. Everyone was very nice and very attentive. My technician (Reefah) was very welcoming and engaging. She gave me a great spa pedicure and manicure 💅. She made sure I was comfortable and asking me if I wanted water, tea, a pillow around my neck ( hot or cold) all of which was complementary. She was awesome 👌. I also liked that fact that she also did my manicure I didnt have to switch technicians. Also while I was waiting for my hands to dry a associate came around and asked if I wanted a complementary 10 min. chair massage, and gave out tea and complementary peanut butter chocolate snacks. All in all this is a great place. They took there time I wasnt rushed out the door they made sure I was happy. Its hard to find nail shops that really care. My spa pedi and my regular mani came to 108$.00 thats tip included. Ill be back. 🧚‍♀️🌳🌛

What a gem this place is. I came by the plaza to grab some dinner and noticed this beauty of a store. I went inside and bought a couple cards and gifts. There are so many things to choose from. I came back again for more cards and gifts. My friends are loving what I got them. I cant wait to bring my Fiancee here, so she can get her hair and nails done. They offer a lot of services. Both times I spoke with the staff and had nice conversations. What a great place to get cards and gifts, and looks like they mean serious business when it comes to their spa, hair and nail stations. My dad purchased a “Day at the Spa” package for my mom and I as a gift for her birthday and we spent most of our day here. Walking up, we saw a cute little outside seating area surrounded by a little picket fence. The salon inside was quite unique and different in a great way! We were offered a variety of snacks and drinks while we completed the forms for our massages. I decided to try the citrus mint water which was delicious and refreshing! The massage and facial were amazing and Manny and Rosa were fantastic!! Following with a great manicure and pedicure then makeup! They truly offered everything here. Lastly, we were given a nice gift bag that contained items they offer for purchase at the salon (candles, soaps, incense, etc.). It was a wonderful experience and I plan on returning to check it out when they finish their expansion! The only thing that could’ve made it better is if they offered mimosas!! 🥂

Best pedicure Ive ever had! Ive been to quite a few places in Vegas and this is by far my favorite. They are so accomodating and knowledgeable. Mornings and early afternoons arent super busy so you can be completely relaxed. Magdalena was so kind and thoughtful and made my experience just what I wanted. Above and beyond.

So disclaimer Ive never gotten any of the spa stuff done. Ive only ever dealt with the hair stylist so my review is about that. I have a nail artist Im loyal to. Well anyways lets get they this. I only ever use Groupons and Ive always had a different stylist. That is because every time I go there a different person for textured hair. There was even a period they they didnt have one. So being said I always use the same one. It comes with wash cut style. They would wash dry and straighten. However this last time I messed up. I needed my color fixed. I really didnt need anything fancy or complex. I ended up getting the high lights Groupons and decided to work it out at salon. I have many options at to what Im willing to do. I was was also informed today Id have to pay extra for flat iron. I was under the impression it was considered a style. She said it was fine print but I didnt see it I screenshot it so she cant change it later. They only decided to do something after I brought up Google reviews. Im not gonna change my review if you screw up Imma call you out on it. I appreciate yall reading this Im nearly done. Somehow we came to decide to dye my hair pink which is what I technically wanted. Well we ran out of tubrs. By this time Im just like what ever. Just do something. Evidently I should have been more specific. Im not saying its that bad but hes not worth the exorbitant price she quoted me for next time. I used a Groupon so it was practically free. I cant complain to much but I have to walk around like this lol. Oh the best part she refused to flat iron. She told me Id to pay another $45 I think. So I left with puffy semi wet hair. Ive also included photos of my hair and what the cost would be for this. Hard pass next time. Though its not THAT bad but this is not $250 plus worth.

Thanks for your reply. Our 1st visit was a 45 minute wait, but the service was ok. This last visit was not enjoyable at all. We were told repeatedly that we canceled the appt. which we did not. If we canceled, why would we show up? I felt as if because of that we were being squeezed in. We were there 2.5 hours. My treatment of my hands Paula was rough. I tried making conversation but received a few word replies. I didnt receive much personal attention. My friends cuticle was nicked to the skin. I received the gift certificate but it will not open. I will not be coming back .

Best pedicure experience in years! I am visiting my BFF for a girls weekend and we happened upon this little, almost hidden, gem. Staff were friendly upon arrival and we were escorted to the enchanted forest for an incredible experience! The atmosphere is carefully designed and very well executed. Gaby & Alyssa (uh-leesa) were skilled and fun to chat with throughout our time. We were offered drinks as well as hot or cold neck pillows and seated in royal purple cushioned vibrating chairs. An added bonus were the hot stones used to enhance the pedicure. Very few places have the small stones to place between your toes so I was VERY excited this was an option! Alyssa was also knowledgeable in foot reflexology which was a welcome surprise. Found out the spa also offers reiki, card reading, massages, and facials - we are already planning out next visit to take advantage of their entire package! It truly was an experience and this out of town girl will be coming back...worth the 4 hour drive!

I visited A Harmony Nail Salon for the first time for single color, haircut, and blowout. Kelli did my hair and she was incredible! She was friendly, experienced, and professional. I’m happy with my haircut! They charged me only $10 extra for long hair despite my hair being long and thick.

Great atmosphere and service! I had been here a couple years ago on a Groupon, so felt comfortable coming back as it is hard to find in an old commercial center. Salon is warm and relaxing and Alyssa(Alisa) went above and beyond for my express mani pedi! She made me feel like we have been friends forever and took her time with my poor beat up nails. Alyssa found some tension points and offered suggestion/products for relieving my plantarfaciitis and back pain! She went above and beyond and I will be back for other services they offer. Very reasonably priced and a short distance from strip when I am in town on business!

I broke a nail during my stay in Vegas and found this place and OH MY GOODNESS THEY ARE AMAZING. Paula the owner, fixed the one nail and fixed all my other nails that were not done so well by the previous nail shop I went to. She fixed my nails to PERFECTION. My nails were great for New Years and my birthday. I wish they were in my state. They really take care of you here. Dont go anywhere else!!!!!Best nail shop I have been to all my life!!!!!

The ambiance is amazing - the whole place is like walking into a wooded Wonderland! The owner Pamela did an incredible job with her team of decorators. All of the estheticians are very friendly, conversational and pay attention to you instead of each other. It is a bit more expensive than other salons and it takes a bit longer but I am very happy to have this unique salon in my neighborhood and definitely recommend paying a visit for bachelorette parties, bridal showers, girl dates (all genders are welcome of course) and other special occasions.

Fantastic pedicure! Came here based on reviews and was not disappointed! Had fabulous service and the staff was nice. 10/10 will go here again. It’s about a mile and a half from the north end of the strip. If you decide to go from the strip, make sure you drive or Uber because you walk through a rough neighborhood. Cozy little spot! And a great find!

My hairdresser, Gabriella, was professional and nice. The salon uses all organic and natural products that do not damage your hair. I left with shinier and healthier hair.I highly recommend it.

Visiting from San Diego, I was looking for a nail salon near by and found A harmony nail spa. When I pulled up the location on google maps, a groupon deal also pulled up under its location. I called to book an appointment, and the first question they asked was, oh how did u hear about us? I said oh I I saw your place on groupon. He replied oh well we are pretty busy this week but when are you looking to come in? I said tuesday around 2pm for 3 people or whenever you have available... he responds, well we are fully committed right now but Ill take down your name and number and call you if something opens up. I had a feeling he didnt want to take us because of the groupon. An hour later I had my boyfriend call and not mention anything about the groupon. We got an appointment right away. Its really frustrating when businesses are screening your calls cause they want clients who are going to pay more. Dont put yourself on groupon if you dont want people to use it! Also we did come to the appointment at 1pm that Tuesday and they had us waiting for over an hour cause they were behind. A phone call adjusting our appointment time would have been nice. Overall, a bad experience.

I initially found this place through groupon and they were offering a really good deal on a haircut, style, and highlight package so I decided to go for it. When I got to their location it was much different than your run of the mill salon.. they are all about using natural products and have a cute little shop where you can buy reiki healing things and stuff like that. When they led me back to the hair salon section it felt more like home ...very comfortable and they staff is super nice! Gabby was my stylist and she was literally like a miracle worker because my hair was a mess....she took her time and was very receptive to what it is I was looking for...and I would to highly recommend her to everyone since she really made me feel like a whole new woman! Thanks again Gabby & everyone else at Harmony Nail Spa!!

I was charged $20 to change my polish & $6 for one nail replacement. ( way over priced ) .. one day after the service the nail popped off & my gel polish is peeling. Aleelah also took from 8 til 9 30 to complete the job... then paused in middle of the initial nail job to argue w a customer (who was having issues w a groupon coupon) & she spoke poorly about the customer upon her leaving. It was a waste of money and time being im at a nail shop again 2 days later. I will be seeking a refund. Great atmosphere, the technician just wasnt familiar w doing many nails I guess.. Lacks in quality of work. Being I was visiting from out of state, I was left unhappy. Nice store & complimentary drinks though. She commented below and offered me to come back in and get my nails done free of charge but as I PREVIOUSLY mentioned.. I was visiting from out of state & am currently in California now. So instead I will just be seeking the refund instead of a credit that will do me no good.. Thank you

Ive always enjoyed going here & loved the service and pampering every time but ...... I cant even use their polish , I refuse to use it cause every time me or my mom got it , it peeled of the next day , which is weird , Ive never seen nail polish just peel off , and if they had got more comfy pedi chairs that would help alot , I think especially with the remodel , I think maybe she focused more on the looks and not the comfort ..... Deffinatly not a fan of the new chairs , it hurts my back , & unfortunately the old ones are not any good either :( I really enjoy the staff & the service & atmosphere but ....... The chairs & the Polish situation has me questioning if I can continue to come 😰

Paula was so awesome. She fit me in and came in on her normal day off. I have never been disappointed. Quality work fabulous staff. My go to place when I go to Vegas. She is also a great singer if you can catch her at a weak moment.

Paula was my nail tech.I went after reading an article about the commercial center it is located at.Wonderful little place with a very boutique atmosphere and super relaxed.I got a medium lenght full set and it is beautiful. I work with my hands alot and the nails are taking all the punishment! The work is top quality.Friendly place with a great staff!

First and foremost I’ve been getting my nails done for more than 10 years so when I say I know pricing ,& how they are supposed to do everything step by step I really know now a gel fullset would be 43$ w a design 50 they charged 65$ .then for a regular pedicure 55$ then on top of that asked for 20% tip . That’s 20 dollar . Got some regular service .they place is even updated in decor ,& they staff aren’t nice either . So this place is just a waste of money and time it took 2 hours for a fullset & the nails came off the next day . My nails were thin and not worth it . This place is garbage 🗑 go to summerlin

The reason I had changed my rating from a 5 star to 1 is because I was told to give them a 5 star in a business meeting by the owner and because I cant figure out how to completely delete I changed it, I thought it was a weird request since no one Ive ever worked for has asked me to do that but I figured Id be a team player. Unfortunately I chose to leave because I felt the business owner was unethical in not only her business with me but also with my clients. All someone would have to do is read the not so nice reviews and I can tell you theyre true. As for the other staff they where just doing their jobs and I have no bad things to say about them.

Hidden LV gem! All the ladies were super sweet and personable yet discreet to allow me to relax and enjoy the soft background music during my long and great facial. Estetician Rose does wonderful facials, she does not rush, and softly explains and details the various products she is applying. Prices are way better than what you will find nearby on the actual strip, and this salon is very close to strip. Not cheap, but not overly expensive; the care you get will be worth it! Yes I would return & yes I would recommend.

Let me just say you catch more bees with honey.- The attendant requested an additional $12 for callous removal- My polish chipped within the hour- The owner showcased multiple trinkets in an attempt to make sale- The saloon is heavily burdened with stuff not a serene environment- The chairs are not comfortableFor the price I expected a more upscale environmentWont be returning even if I received a free voucher.
