I love Cindy she is probably the most intelligent person there. What a wonderful human being the rest of the staff is equally pleasant and kind. Miss Gail is a rare person in the world of drug rehab she actually cares about you and what happens to you. Most clinics just want your money. I am so grateful to have been guided to her clinic.I have nothing but love for every one there.

You have to pay now, even with HPN. Why pay $120 a month if you are covered. They said it would go back to normal with HPN but it never did, 7 months I ended up paying for

Been going here since 2015 and never had any issue with the staff, nor any issue with any other patient -excepg one who tried to sell me her doses in the parking, and when I told her no, she tried to run me over...this was right in front of the owner, Gail). They give you take homes when you start and stay clean, or take them away if you fail a drug test (which happened to me after I got out of CCDC, it was only then that I was made aware that if you tell CCDC that youre a patient of theirs, youll be able to temporarily dose in jail). Cindy is awesome, and funny as hell when shes not reprimanding someone for not wearing their facemasks inside (which is understandable). Gail is awesome, a couple months ago, she stated to have Quest diagnostics come in to give patients free Covid testing. Only issue is that I wish they would open one closer to where I live up in Summerlin (would hate to know how long the drive is from Durango and 215).

You can tell right off the bat that this place is about saving and changing lives!! Staff is patient but know what they are doing. So if you got a question ask because the most likely know they answer or where to get it!!

This clinic is awesome. Just moved into a very nice new building. Staff is so nice. There’s 4 dosing windows. Moves quickly. I like it much better than CBH. I would definitely recommend this place to you...

Wont give me my takehomes no matter how long I pee clean. Front Staff tends to develop toxic relationships with clients. Switched clinics a year ago and now Ive got a week. Wish I wouldnt have wasted 2 years here.

Linda Webster.The minute you know you are going to ANY of the jails, tell them where you go and you will be dosed..And they try to keep you comfortable until youre meds come thru(2-3 days)

I wanted to know if a person is incarcerated at the Clark county jail or Henderson jail if they bring your dose to you in the jail? Or if your supposed to cold Turkey and risk an overdose when released...Thank you

Im rarely late, Im been coming here for 2 years already. Had problems with my first counselor Emily, glad shes gone. Every time I tried to to dose down she would advise me otherwise. Now I absolutely love my new counselor kevin. I love the nurses never had a problem with them. On the other had Im not sure why Tyler has a problem with everyone. His always in a bad mood. Back then I was able to give 50$ for My dose a week and everything was good. But once I brought it 10$ he would always complain about how he had to change it in the system. When I wanted to pay for two week and handed them 100$ bill they refused totake it because THEY had taken fake money and were no longer taking 100$ bills. So now everyone has to pay with change only. And every time I hand Tyler anything more then the exact change he has the most annoyed look on his face along with a smart remark.,for example this Tuesday 01/22/2019 when I handed him a 20$ he looked at me and said now what . He honestly made me feel bad for not having enough money to pay for the whole week. When Ive been going to this clinic every single day until recently,For personal problems. For a place someone is supposed to feel unjudge and safe ,theres alot of judging coming from the front desk people, SPECIALLY TYLER. With the move I thought major changes were going to happen, although there hasnt been. (love the new place) And Im glad Cindys back she seems to be the only reasonable one working the from desk in the dosing area.

Unfortunately this option is not given to people enough, it gives a person a chance to get off of the constant treadmill of using meds with a very short halflife and destructive tolerance issues and on a road that is managable and life saving with methadone! This office has a very intelligent and compassionate MD and an entire staff that wants nothing more then to help you become a happy well adjusted member of society and you can see their kindness in the way they treat you every day! Thank you new beggins you are truely heros in my book!!
