I have been going to Gentle Dental for over 20yrs. They have the best friendly staff. A very clean and sanitary office. They try to explain every step taken so that I know what to expect. They also prorate your copay before any work is done. Although I get a little crazy talk going on with the staff, the staff are constantly and ALWAYS professional and kind to everyone. Ill be back for my cleaning soon.

Alicia has been great helping me with billing questions when I had no insurance. John the hygienist has helped me drastically improve my gum health. I transferred to this Gentle Dental from the one in Orange, CA because I had good experiences there. At this Vegas location, from the dentist, orthodontist to supporting staff all are wonderful, knowledgeable and hard working people. They have state of the art technology from cleaning tarter with a water based drill thing and did invisiline 3D imaging. Today, there was a miscommunication in my orthodontist file and the staff got to bottom of it which really helped me out.

Amazing team!! Everyone was so helpful and gentle and I’m glad I got to work with Dr. Cressman! He was recommended to me by a longtime client of his and he didn’t disappoint! I got lot more dental work to do and for sure I’m going back to Gentle Dental!Thank you all!

My visit to Gentle Dental was better than I expected. I got the first half of my deep cleaning done, and from what I’ve heard from other people, I was expecting some pain and discomfort afterwards, but I had no pain and no soreness. Also, they used a gel to numb my gums, so I didn’t need to get those injections pretty much everyone hates. I’d recommend them to anyone who’s looking for quality dental care.

Root canal! Oh my! I was petrified! Dr. Cressman assured me all would be fine-- as did Veronica, dental assistant. WELL IT WAS A BREEZE! Did not feel anything-- in fact I FELL ASLEEP! They were wonderful, compassionate, and explained everything they were going to do! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My tooth chipped last week and haven’t been able to get in anywhere. My husband was able to get me scheduled in last minute to Gentle Dental today. The staff was very friendly from beginning to end. For being a first time patient, I didn’t feel like I waited that long before the doctor saw me. His assistant Rosie was awesome and very attentive. Dr. Cressman was amazing! Supremely grateful for the accessibility of this location and the extraction of my tooth on such short notice. It was a little bit of a bizarre experience. Trying too hard to be hip and cool was a little weird and borderline inappropriate. The least favorite part of the experience was the refusal of the doctor to prescribe antibiotics. While I loathe and abhor the pharmaceutical industry, I am well aware that when a serious infection is going on in my body its something that is needed. In my adult life Ive taken antibiotics once. Im 50 years old. When it was requested of the doctor to prescribe the antibiotics for the obvious infection in my gums, it was dismissed and refused. Feeling like thats a little bit negligent. Again, supremely grateful for being able to call, book an appointment, have the tooth extraction all within a three-hour period. That was awesome. Rock on!!!✌💜

Christine, the assistant, was great too and worked quickly and made me feel welcomed. The whole atmosphere is great and modern. I will definitely bring my family here.

This place is awesome. I was in really bad pain and they got me in at two in the afternoon the same day. They were all really friendly the lady that booked my appointment to the dental assistant even dentist himself was really awesome and all of them joke around make you feel comfortable. Dr. Cressman and his entire team are excellent. From the receptionists, to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Cressman himself, everyone is professional and truly cares about their patients. Even when my new insurance company tried to deny a claim, their office manager took it upon herself to call the insurance company and get to the bottom of it. She never told my husband that he or I had to call, instead she took the ownership and got to the bottom of the issue on poor behalf. Ive been going to Gentle Dental Spanish Trail for the past 5 years or so as and it is the best dental team in the entire valley!!

It’s always a fun experience as well as good dental service

AMAZING!! Had severe pain and called for an ER appt at 4:30, and they were able to get me in at 5pm the same day. They were very nice, made me feel comfortable. Took xrays, Dr went over my options and we decided to pull the tooth over a root canal. Gave me the medicine and had the tooth pulled and instant relief within minutes!! I was home by 6:30. From setting the appt, procedure, and home all within 2 hours...cant beat that. Amazing service from beginning to end. Never going to another dentist.

Well, I am here just making Awesome happen, now I can do that with my new crowns. OMG, I went to Pecos Family Dental and they did a root canal on the wrong tooth, Gentle Dental and Dr. Todd Cressman saved me! Im super stoked to feel comfortable at a dentist office, we all know dental work is the worst and well, I am really thrilled with the services, and staff at Gentle Dental. Absolutely love this office, has been a patient for about 4 years and now I am taking my son there.

They have now cancelled 2 new patient appointments of mine. Not a great first impression.

I was looking for a new dentist that was near my home and this office wasnt a good fit. The x-ray tech was anything but gentle. I gagged and drooled on each set of teeth. Only one dentist who was kind but really didnt give me any hope for my condition and wanted to start pulling teeth instead of trying to save them. The hygienist made double sure to try and sell me an Oral B toothbrush increasing the upsells of the office. So after a day off wasted the receptionist explained the first availability they had was more than a month and a half away for a procedure that my insurance normally covers. Sigh just another number. Completely comical and typical that they only respond to positive comments..

I have been coming here for years. Trust me, it is a great practice and Dr. Crestman is the consummate professional.
