Awesome place , they are pretty busy so you need to book your apps way in advance but, it was worth it. The hygienist, and Dentist, Christina Myrin, were both professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend! Thank you!

I have been going here for a couple of years with my kids and while the people who work on your teeth are great the people up at the front can never schedule u right. This is the third time. They have told me my appointment was a certain day and then I go in there and its another day. Im very disappointed with this office. I will not be coming back here again.

I had an emergency and was suppose to have a emergency referral sent to my insurance and specialist. It never went through, I called the office only to be told that it wasn’t an emergency it was sent in the mail. I explained I was told different and it was to be sent out as urgent that I could not wait a month for my referral to go through. My daughter was in pain and a piece of her tooth broke off while we were waiting for this referral to go through. I kept calling back and trying to get the referral sent over for a week and it was only suppose to take maybe 2 days. I could tell they were irritated with me because I kept calling but wouldn’t you do the same if it were your child and they were in pain. I ended having to take her to another dentist and they got her referral done and to go through that same day and an appointment that same day with her specialist. Moral to the story don’t go here if you are in pain and require a referral it will never happen. Customer Service is awful!!!

Ive been coming this place over 5 years. Staffs are friendly and the dentist and dental hygienist are amazing. They care about people. Great service.

The dentist there Christina Myrin absolutely wonderful and professional and friendly atmosphere. Wonderful service and affordable I was there 4/4/19 for about 3 hours however it was well spent . Got a lot done 👍 Ive been to the smoke ranch location originally horrible service nothing explained here at the tropical location wow wow wow wow wow everything explained everything broke down Christina was excellent I will be go back several times cant wait !

The staff doesn’t seem to pay attention to detail when it came to paper work called me with wrong times for three appointments. Then after rescheduling twice I show up to get my teeth cleaned and they tell me they aren’t excepting my insurance any more.

Horriable customer service. They do not get back to you at all for appointments and scheduling and their call service has no idea what they do nor can they answer any questions at all when it comes the dental and orthodontics center. They told me a day prior that they do walk-ins from 7-8am and as I arrived and took off work for it. They were not even open and their call agents say that they do not even open until 9am. How can you have a call service for after hours or when lines are busy if they cant even answer simple questions.

Bad customer service, I scheduled an appointment for EXAM AND CLEANING, I had to wait over a month to get this appointment. I took my day off from work and when I arrived to my appointment they told me that is only for exam and they wanted me to wait another month for the cleaning. They have no customer service, she did not even apologize for the miscommunication, if she was friendly I would have totally understand but she wasn’t nice at all. Also they do not call to confirm appointments a day before.

Ive recently moved to Courtesy Dental, I have had some filings as well as periodontal maintenance (deep cleaning) i am so happy with the front desk staff, my Hygenist Janet and Dr Myrin. Janet was very gentle despite the aggressive care I needed. The office staff is very kind and always explains costs fully and offers multiple follow up appointment options and calls to remind me of appts

I love my dentist Christina Myrin and orthodontist Jason VanLue, they are both experts. I have never had a bad or painful experience. Everything is done to conserve my teeth.

I went to the Courtesy Dental & Orthodontics on 7310 Smoke Ranch Rd. The first time I went, the staff was nice and the dentist, Saman Hashtroudi was very nice and explained my x-rays to me. The second time I went for a deep cleaning, I had some lady who didnt even bother to introduce herself and as soon as she pulled up my x-rays, she tells me that I have advanced stages of gum disease and that Ive had it for a very long time. I told her that the dentist didnt tell me that the week prior and in fact, told me my bones looked good and that i only had some plaque buildup. Every time I questioned her, she got more and more upset. Then tells me to make another appointment for cleaning because she wasted 30 minutes explaining all of this to me. I was only back there for 15 minutes. She was very rude and mean. Because of her, I am not going back there again.

Ive been coming to this location for the passed couple of years, and their great. I dont wait when I have an appointment, and the staff is friendly as well.
