This has been a nice, affordable, unique place to call home until recently. It seems rare that anyone in this community is able to own their home. Instead, real estate investors have purchased whole buildings and rent them out piece-wise. In some buildings, long-term poor maintenance has caused a buildup of problems. Sometimes you get what you pay for. The location is great for walkability and driving access- close to UNLV, bus stops, businesses, shopping, etc. The Homeowners Association fee covers water, sewer, trash bills. There is 1 small pool, which is OK when maintained and not crowded. The regular mail carrier is super nice and helpful. Most of the neighbors are pretty cool and some operate unique services in the area. Parking is somewhat limited and can cause some upsets among neighbors. Security presence is hit-or-miss. I have lived in this complex for over four years and have had very few issues. UNTIL RECENTLY... The HOA is slowly dissolving and handing over everything to a company called Level Community Management. Ive seen more trash and syringes floating around than usual in recent months. One neighbors truck was set on fire. They have recently (last 3 weeks) been allowing a company, TITAN towing, to spot and patrol the gated community and tow vehicles WITHOUT NOTICE (cmon, a sticker and 48 hrs please??). This company charges exorbitant fees for release of vehicles and will tow for little to no reason (IE parking in spaces on the dirt/rocks= Parking on landscaping.) If you catch them mid-tow they will not release the vehicle (this is generally considered unlawful). Unfortunately, there is no HOA manager in the onsite to work this (or anything) out with since the onset of the pandemic.

Nice little community gated and the house is look pretty big I heard they have a bulletin inside the office of houses for rent there if there are any available! Im going to check tomorrow! Wish me luck

I like it here mainly cause im never home..dont like the area to many police and wrong type of environment for anyone to live in..but this been my home for 3years now never had no one break into my home although i do live with 3 men so thats probably why..alot of abandos people break in..all of these homes are privately owned so thats a plus...

The HOA lets tow companies come in the night and unlawfully tow your vehicle across town, there are needles everywhere, other people come in the night and set your truck on fire. dont live here

These arent the best of apartments. But none of the apartments in this area are particularly top notch. I used to live here when I was in elementary school and its gotten better. I live here as a my first apartment, from what I know each 4 plex building is owned by someone different so your service is based on who your Landlord is. They do try to keep everything relatively clean, I always see maintenance guys picking up around the landscaping. With all the kids running around littering and stuff they really do, do their best. The few time I did need help, the office has always been friendly and helped the best they could. I certainly have no complaints. Its a good starting place and most of the places for rent are really reasonable. The security is on point in my opinion, I mean some a pretty mean but you come across some cool ones.

Left our door open open, not unlocked, straight up opened for 2 day. So we went out of town to California for a few days and i recall never locking the front door, this was about the time i laid down to sleep after our arrival. Long story short came home, found the door wide open... And nothing was moved or taken. Dont let looks desieve you.

I HAVE NEVER APPLIED FOR APT HERE...NEVER WANT TO...I HAVE NOT VISITED THIS COMPLEX. .THE BUS STOP IS NEAR THIS APT COMPKEX IN LAS VEGAS NEVADA

It very reasonable to live if you get the right landlord.

I am a landlord here for 5 years and every year there are massive improvements in community amenity and security. Where else in Vegas can you get Gated Security and patrolled grounds, a garage and community amenities so close to the Strip, the airport, UNLV, shopping and transport at these sorts of rents.

Terrible looking townhome community, cant believe owners have to pay for home owners association fee especially when trash is randomly everywhere, there cant be a maintenance crew that works for the association when it just looks to down

I listen rap music and my favorite music in my house and I got out of bed early or late I went to bed early or late Ive slept at 11PM and I woke up at 5AM every Monday to Friday 6 hours away I always rest in the house

This place is grimey as hell! Its run down and dirty...I wont go there again

Business hour is short, until 2 pm only, very hard to find assists, their gate has been broken for month, leaving the community open to the public, anyone can come in at anytime.

Very rundown, dirty, gate security sits and sleeps. Purchased a few cars in this complex. It smells and needs some serious changes

Parking lots are to small and narrow and they need to put dumpsters at the end of the streets not the start of it.
