I went in for lockbox training yesterday and Jessica helped me set the app on my phone and how to use lockbox and I got lost for moment here and there but she wear so patient and continue to teach me step by step with her Pretty smile 😊 and I can able to leave there with Confidence how to use lockbox..😊 and there’s lot of friendly staff to answer your questions (You’ll never get lost just go to Receptionist desk) and help you in your professional needs. Great place!👍

Do not return calls in a timely fashion. Staff is always distracted and socializing amongst themselves. They may appear to be nice initially, but I heard the receptionist talking about a member and it wasnt professional.Mocking members isnt necessarily, especially since youre just a receptionist.

Excellent business to move the south of rainbow blvd up in a scale exterminating all the existent rough deserts that we have out here. Also I have never heard of The. Hat restaurant it is not on google. What is that. ? Is that a ghost. ? They are the real Rolling Stones of all deserts of the south rainbow. These people are detonating all the deserts here and upbringing great houses such as: inn and out burger, 7eleven, wendys, rubios coastal grill, el pollo loco, dennys, freddys steakburger, ihop, just to name a few. But I pray for they to bring also the 99 cents store, burger king, arbys, chick and fillit, steak and shake, wingstop, Taco time, and also the Red Robin along with TGI fridays and the south rainbow will be complete. And I thank you all for listening.

This Group is a waste of time. Any realtor can join this company. They represent Fraudulent real estate agents. They Take No action against Fradulent realtors in their group, and say It is Not their job to do so. SO WHAT IS THIS BUISNESS GOOD FOR? NOTHING!!

The new building is really quite nice. I liked the old location better, as I think it was more central to the entire city, but this isnt too bad to get to. Plenty of parking, and it doesnt feel like the cave the old building was.The classroom space is large and versatile and the bathrooms (womens anyway) adequate. The sound system leaves a bit to be desired. In this class, it either booms or cuts out. Both mics are doing it.

Realtors of the GLVAR post incomplete and misleading/wrong information on every listing. Is there an acceptable, lesser standard for the GLVAR that doesnt apply to the entire rest of the country?Its extremely frustrating, and frankly a waste of time, to search listing in this area.A house is a site-built structure. A manufactured/mobile home is moved to the land and set up.The property details section in the listing is meant for a detailed written description of the property. Not a blank space.Sincerely,D. Lee

This location is so much better that the previous location easy access to freeways etc.

They always offer excellent training for new and experienced Realtor’s. If they updated the building a little bit, it would be five stars. It is unacceptable that the real estate professional association building is in such a bad and outdated shape.

That new place good, just signage bit confusing, hard to find your way inside and out, and lot of construction going on outside, what makes access bit hard. But as soon as you find your way, there lot of friendly staff to answer your questions and help you in your professional needs. Great place!

Ive been a member since 1981 and the organization is becoming more left wing and statist in their political positions every year. It is difficult to see such an iconic example of capitalism become this special interest advocate

I am getting text messages from people in Nevada asking questions about properties that I have for sale. But I do not have any properties for sale and no longer live in Nevada. The association had no explanation for this and offered no help or suggestions.

Always a positive and educational experience. However, with exception to the receptionists, some employees/volunteers can be off-putting in the manner to which they speak.
