I get my O2 bottles from them typically once a month, but if my O2 concentrator breaks down its a good thing I have my own concentrator because they can take a couple of days to bring me a new one. Needed a new nebulizer and I got this tiny little Pari Trek S that takes forever to do a breathing treatment as it puts out very little mist. They have no other types so I had to buy one that works.

Absolutely the worst. Wish I could give no stars. No communication with patients. When you do talk to them they have only excuses and blame any of their screwups back on the physician office. Basically lying to you. I will gladly drive to El Paso rather than deal with this office anymore.

Really bad customer service

I use a Cpap daily, after receiving my new script from my Dr for new supplies, I decided I would try Lincare rather than going online, biggest make ever.That office is the most disorganized place I’ve ever been in I submitted all paper to get my supplies a month and half ago, I have yet to receive all my suppliesI will never ever do business with such an unprofessional business as thisMy rating is a big 0

I wish I could have left zero stars for this business! Horrible customer service, dishonest and a total lack of organization. I have been dealing with this lame company since December to get a CPAP and I still dont have one. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Not friendly at all, if you wish to rent something but you own part of your own oxygen equipment then they want to you to rent that equiptment also. or they wont help. Consider the patients needs instead of lining your pockets!
