Been going to this gym since it opened, only cancelling when I have to work out of state. I have to say it’s the cleanest and most well kept gym I’ve ever gone too, and the staff and managers are alwaysVery cool and friendly which is refreshing. Thank you to the managers and staff for all your hard work especially during these times.

Since moving back to Las Cruces in 2009, I have been a member of Planet Fitness, Fitness One, and Crunch Gym (currently). Out of all three, I personally feel that Crunch is the best. The staff is amazing, friendly, and supportive! A lot of great Trainers and classes! Definitely check it out!

If you’re into another Planet Fitness with less donuts, less pizza and more children running around this is your gym! The equipment is sub par at BEST, it’s ripped, or gets stuck, and there are children everywhere. It is the most unprofessional, gross gym I’ve ever been in. Just pay the extra money to have a membership at a gym you’ll use. You’ll be waiting around at Crunch for at least 15 minutes to use a machine or free weights. They charge a small amount in hopes that you’ll forget you’re paying and then not provide an adequate facility to actually lift. Also, I’m not a judgement free zone so I feel absolutely comfortable in saying the people trying to “get healthy” are sitting on the equipment on their phones like no one is waiting, but Crunch only cares about being a money machine. Thank GOD they built a legitimate gym not too far away.

These guys are great. My membership is from out of state, I’m just in LC for work for a few weeks, and the front desk folks were super helpful getting squared away to workout here while I am in town. The facility is great, but that’s standard. What set this place apart was how friendly and accommodating Cami and Kelly were. I recommend this gym whole heartedly.

Went with my son, had a really great time too! Great facility, I nearly got lost in the restroom its huge which is awesome. Super helpful staff, everyone was on a first name basis with my son. Definitely gonna come again when I come visit Zane again🙏❤️

Joined crunch a little over a month ago. I wanted a gym with daycare (it is currently closed due to COVID-19), classes, and the ability to have access to locations throughout the country. Staff is friendly and engaging. Kelly, at the front desk is always helpful and polite. Gym is very clean , never seems overcrowded, equipment is up-to-date and well maintained. I hired a personal trainer for the first month and he is helpful, answers all my questions and is easy to communicate with to set appts. I would recommend this gym if you want a lively, friendly place to work out.Update - went in to update my bank info 3 times was told it was fixed. They still left the incorrect banking info and charged me an additional fee. Would not recommend

Amazing services and helpful staff very spacious

Everyone is very nice until they get your money, after that they could not care less. Might as well have no customer service since they cant help you with any ijust like the staff at the actual gyms. Once they have your card prepare for their charges even after time youve given consent.

Lets start with the front desk. Everyone is always helpful ,greet all members,also say goodbye when you walk out. Its in the small details, they feel like friends now. All the machines are top quality, ALOT of free weights and love the turf area!! The place is always clean and they have staff cleaning consistently all machines and bathrooms. The GM Niko Pacheco, is the man and is doing good work running the facility. Finally, I receive text messages from the gym asking feedback on my experience, if I need anything, and just checking in to see how I am. Nowhere have I ever experienced this. This place is like my second home and I feel welcome always. Honest review.

I wish that they werent money grabby and greedy, when i tried to cancel the guy at the front tried hard to get me to not cancel, and then charged me for another month and cancelled my membership, i appreciate the speedy service but taking my money isnt very nice or honest

Like the gym, however I get the vibes that the trainers are a little bit pompous. They really hardly ever welcome you in or ask how things are, when leaving you never get a simple Goodbye, have a great day!. I just never really feel any since of real gratitude and thanks for supporting. Not knocking the place, just being honest with the criticism. I will be a member and really do enjoy the space considering that most gyms in town are very tight cramped or just too dang expensive. The equipment is also grade A+, nobody judges, hella clean, and very affordable considering the type of weights/equipment/training/group fitness that is offered. I really do enjoy all the sweat and tears this place pushes me to move out me body. The locker rooms and showers= 👎. Water fountain stations are the best. Restrooms/toilets are horribly positioned but only spend about 1.3% of my time in there.

The guy at the front desk was not only hospitable but also funny. The gym itself is big, clean and they play their music at a Reasonable Level! All in all a win.

Great facility, but again like others, shady business practices. A year ago I mentioned the annual fee 3 months apart, shady. Now its the Covid gouging. Extra fee and no guests, as is allowed in my contract. I dont know if our governor initiated the shakedown or ownership, but you really need to watch your wallet here. Buyer beware kind if place.

Clean, lots of equipment, lots of space for CrossFit training techniques. Friendly crowd and respect your space. Great day care. Parking is great , although wish more light at night. Wish it was 24 /7.Overall worth every penny to join.

Never a dull moment, love the atmosphere

Planet fitness staffing has deteriorated to very poor customer service to the point of rudeness with the current new staff. Thought today it was time for a change after more than 2 years. I heard a lot about Crunch fitness and sure enough the setting is great ! Great staff and you can feel the energy in thr air! The staff that walked me around was super professional and made me feel at ease and this disabled Vet appreciated his patience. Come next week Im definitely making Crunch Fitness my place to be!

So Church is now charging 10 dollars extra a month to go to the gym for them to stay open. If you signed a contract your fee goes up without notification (10 because they need to state that you have a personal trainer for you to attend even when this is false) and now you cant take a guest even when your contract states it. So with Covid instead of helping the community because many have lost their jobs or they are on hold now they take advantage of their customers ? I am a big fan of supporting local businesses but this is outrageous.Contracts are there for a reason. Follow them. If covid restrictions cant be followed thats one thing but dont take advantage of the community.

Absolutely, the best gym Ive ever been to in 48 years, the employees are the most polite, courteous, and helpful staff, Ive ever experienced, And the facility is huge, and has every piece of equipment you would ever need.I am totally pleased, taking my neighborr along as my gust, next week.

Amazing Free weight and pin weight machines (esp for back!!) Turf that’s worth the distance with sleds and ropes. Spacious. Multiple dumbbell sets. Clean. Excellent prices. A+++

The gym itself is great! Lots of equipment to use. But 90% of the personal trainers are not friendly at all. Feels like walking into a high school the way the look and act. Shocks me because are they not there as employees or entrepreneurs? Id love to knock one off their high horse one day.

Keith and company do a great job of keeping this place on point, motivating members and making sure everyone feels welcome. I havent come across a better place... Anywhere.

Amazing place is always clean and its such a big place so no matter what your doing you have your own space. The vibe is amazing just as the staff in there they help you so much and are so kind they never make you feel uncomfortable and give you tips on anything i have been to different gyms and never will you find one like this. I have been going to gyms my whole life, but never went to a crunch fitness. And I have to say I love it. The opposite of weak concepts like planet fitness, this place, while also being judgment free, does not judge those who take their workouts seriously. Amazing functional strength implements like kettlebells, battle ropes , push sleds, heavy bags. I will go out if my way to go to a crunch .

PROS- The gym equipment is awesome and has the machines and free weights I look for in a gym. The gym is big and has a lot of space, so it never feels packed or cramped. The staff is friendly and always available to help. The cleaniness is surprisingly remarkable, I always see someone cleaning each visit. Also the parking is great and can handle the gym rush.CONS- Not much i can think of con wise, besides the weekend hours are strictly tight, and not open as late as I hope.

Crunch Fitness is an awesome place with great trainers and small group classes.

I had trouble logging in to my account. Plus I wanted to see about getting some help in getting started. Fabian was very helpful with both situations. I have an appointment to do a fitness assessment today.He was extremely helpful and very friendly which made me feel comfortable.

With the annual fee, its basically $20 / mo base plan. This gym needs more spray bottles for cleaning equipment and needs better AC because it gets pretty warm.Also, when I signed up, the manager didnt seem very friendly, she seemed to only want to make a sale. It wasnt untill after I signed up that she told me there was a coupon.

Kinda really disappointed in this gyms hours on the daycare. Like I tired to go work out on Friday and like 4 and I had nobody to watch my son and they close at 12 on Friday... really disappointing

The Crunch Gym in Las Cruces is the epitome of what a gym should be. My recent experience with the gym and faculty was second to none. I went to visit for my first time and asked if I could workout for a day. The GM, Keith, took the time to show me around, was very professional, and they are 100% military/police/firefighter friendly, meaning they gave us who serve discounts. But wait, theres more! I told him that my wife would be interested as well and he gave her a month membership free of charge! I was just at an awe from the customer service I recieved. Plus the staff was very friendly as well and the machines are top of the line. I highly reccomend this gym to anyone who wants to workout in a welcoming environment and wants to change their lives. Kudos to Crunch!

The manager Keith is really awesome until you sign a contract. When you try to cancel it or have any issues he won’t even bother to return emails or phone calls and when you have to deal with corporate they are no better. Horrible customer service.

Very nice facility. Good prices. Only complaints is, like others, is the dishonest business practices. I was charged the annual fee 9 months prior to what my contract stated. Had to go in to fix it. Was given excuses why I couldnt get the email promotional tshirt. Not bad enough for me to leave (yet), but definitely a buyer beware kinda business.

This gym is awesome very bignand tons of machines or spots to work out. The staff are friendly and helpful. If anything i just wish they had a sauna.

Joined for the fitness classes, but stopped going after 3 weeks. I would like to see more classes offered all throughout the day, not just mornings and the after-5:00 crowds. Also, the acoustics are absolutely horrible and the music is way too loud. It just bounces off the walls and drowns out the instructors. I had to wear noise-cancelling headphones a few times to protect my ear drums. Please add fabric or foam to the ceilings and lower the volume!

You withdrew 130 without my consent 8 days ago. This is the second time. Beware of fraudulent activities. Horrible business. You say it’s not how it goes there but it is. CROOKS. UNTRUSTWORTHY. BEWARE..

I’d give this place a 5 but I paid for a year up front and am now moving after being here for a couple months. They will only allow a membership transfer and no partial refunds. Other than that, Crunch is nice. Great group classes and nice equipment. Almost a little something for everyone if you’re into weight training, cardio, CrossFit type, HIIT, cycling, etc. The staff are always courteous and friendly. Just beware if you pay for the full year, you’re not getting money back if you have to cancel.

When I signed up for crunch fitness I paid a fee that was supposed to be for my first month but then after the first week when they open they tried to charge me an extra $150 so I wasn’t able to go anymore because of that but they do have really good equipment and workout areas

The gym is great! Awesome personnel! Equipment is awesome as well, BUT the hours are not that great/flexible. Theres a gym up 70 thats 24/7 365, convenient with a scan card to enter when there is no personnel available. Also PF has just gone 24/7!!! It would be nice if crunch could join the club. 😁😁😁😁😁 AND this is why they should have scan cards or reliable staff!!! 523 and gym is closed!! Not good, unreliable!! Smh.

Crunch fitness here in Las cruces has been amazing! Keith and his crew are great. They are welcoming and always try to make sure you have a good workout experience. They have free weights and multiple squat racks. Plenty of cardio options and machines as well. The atmosphere they have created is inviting and not intimidating. Their facility is very clean and the music is usually pretty good if you forget to bring your own headphones or dont like using them while you workout. There is plenty of CrossFit style equipment. The only recommendation I would make would be for them to get a few more squat racks. Sometimes it can take some time to get one. Their daycare is also great. Its only $20 a month for up to two hours a day per kid. My wife loves it because when she need a break from our little guy during the day she just hits the gym and lets our him play with the friends he has made there. We have been their for about 7 months now and have enjoyed our experience.

The best all around gym in town just wish they would get a couple of power racks than it would be totally awesome

Daycare needs a lot of work. They don’t even have enough staff to actually take care of the children. They shouldn’t allow babies if there not willing to pay attention to them and play with them. They let them sit and cry it off when they might be hungry or want just some attention. There many ways to give every single one individual time but it seems that the staff is just damn lazy to do so since it’s not there child. Sorry but this place needs more assistance.

I am only giving 4 stars because of two reasons. 1. I’m not sure if it is just brand new equipment but when you are finished with your workout your hands are black and the heavy rubber weights area is so dirty with dirt and particulates, it is slick. 2. For being a brand new gym, the cardio equipment is subpar. Buttons are already broke off and cracks in of some machines and none of the machines connect to the TVs through the radio frequency,it’s all static no matter what channel.However, the staff is very exemplary and friendly. The gym is big, open, and plenty of space to get the job done.
