Monica Lau is awesome. However, the woman at the front desk I think her name is Amanda, she’s extremely rude and has a bad attitude. I work in healthcare, and it’s sad to see someone treat patients that way. If I didn’t like the other staff and my doctor as much I would probably leave due to poor customer service at the front desk.

The billing staff dont care about people. All they want is money. They checked my insurance they could see that they are not in network facility for my insurance. So first they charged me $25 for the office visit, and when I asked if I need to pay for wellbeing check up too, I was told they will void it. So the lady told me come to her after the doctor sees you and that she will take care of it. When I came out she left for lunch and didnt even bother to tell anyone about it. After long explanation to the other front office staff I was told it will be voided. The bill went through my bank account. I went there to ask why and now I was told that my insurance most likely will not cover the doctors visit bc they out of network facility and I will need to pay more. Why wouldnt you tell me it in the beginning? Non competence or non humanism? I dont have luxury to pay for insurance and on top of that for doctors visit. One more thing. Front office staff need to go through customer service training to learn how not to look at people with attitude and be a little bit more polite. Will never recommend this facility to anyone!!!

I have been attended by Nurse Practicioner Monica Lau and shes amazing! She really listens and goes the extra mile to help. She always has a smile in her face, I know she does because I can see it in her eyes. Even though I miss Dr. Guerrero, Im so glad that Monica Lau, FNP, DNP, now attending me...

Very clean friendly and efficient. Dr. Aaron Pfau is great. Smart, easy going and pays attention. The staff is super together and do their best to get you in and out in the nicest possible way. They make going to the doctor as easy as it gets. Highly recommended.

First time meeting with my husbands primary doctor. Dr. Aaron Pfau was very nice and was very helpful i asked to go over all of my husbands medications so he gave me all the time I needed to discuss and understand what all of them were for. I was very pleased with the service both from Dr. Pfau and the office staff.

The facility was nice. Walls are very thin though and you can hear EVERYTHING. To say they are competent is being nice. Front desk seems to talk too much about their personal matters. Since when does it take two people to draw your blood? Sure, competent is being nice.

Competent. Mediocre. Bland. Dr. Pfau is the only one that stands out here. I would love if he would start his own clinic without all the other staff. Yes, lets give them competent. That is a nice way of putting it.

Monica Lau is the absolute best! My son and I had appointments as new patients. She took the time to really get to know us and our health concerns. She suggested referrals for myself to get to the problem of my pain. She is a genuine, caring provider. Highly recommend for adults and children.

I visited Monica Lau July 10, 2019 as a new patient. I found the reception staff to be very welcoming. Cesar did the preliminary questions and vitals and he made me feel comfortable. I then met with Monica, who I felt was competent and made me feel like a partner in my healthcare.

Dr. Monica Lau is very attentive and patient as well as caring. The staff followed through on all aspects care including call backs. I moved from the other large care facility here and the difference is day and night.

My two-year-old daughter had a high fever, and I meant to take her to the adjacent urgent care. Embarrassingly (considering the large Family Care label above the entrance), I took her through the wrong door. Instead of sending us over to urgent care, they worked my daughter into the schedule. The staff were kind and accommodating despite my mistake, saw my daughter immediately, and checked on us frequently while running several tests.

Dr. Pfau and his staff are amazing it is a great experience being able to walk through doors and immediately feel the care the employees have for their patients.

What a great place! The staff is professional, the office is clean, but most important they are on time. And If you need a great doctor try Dr. Cuevas.

Worst doctor visit experience in my 40 years, visiting many states and multiple countries. Dr. Pfau said he couldnt really do anything and didnt know how to help. He wouldnt even refill my CURRENT prescriptions and said that probably wouldnt help. WHAT?!?!? I felt he didnt care whatsoever. Every other dr Ive ever gone to made effort to figure out the problem and would at least give me something to try according to the best of their ability. He basically just shrugged me off. I left the office angry and stunned.

The staff members are GREAT! My car broke down in their parking lot. And, as I looked up, I seen all of the staff members coming out of their office to come help me PUSH my car out of the driveway!...had NOTHING to do with anything MEDICAL.Dr. Lau, and the staff at MOUNTAIN VIEW FAMILY CARE at NORTHRISE are the bomb! ...you guys ROCK!!

Dr.Aaron Pfau has always been very good,caring and nice to me . My parents ( julian and gloria cardoza)started going with him and they liked him very much so they told me about him and i changed dr.My experience with his office people has been very good and his nurse is always have been very good to us to.Very happy that i changed DR.i appreciate eveyone there thank you guys😀

The care one receives begins in the Front Office and this office is efficient and caring. They take the time to get it right, whether handling records, referrals or scheduling appointments.

We are new to this clinic but staff are very helpful and Dr. Cuevas is very thorough.

So the staff was ok, but then I was handed a card to leave a review. The last thing I want at a doctors visit is to be hounded by people asking me to leave a survey type of thing. This comes off as if they are really struggling to get people to notice them.

Dr. Pfau was very kind an attentive.

Since when is a clinic a place for religion? Overheard the staff talking about Jesus and other religious mumblings. Not okay. Especially when its not their place to preach. Wont be returning!

Front desk staff, one word: unprofessional.
