This place is absolutely awesome!! I had a manicure and pedicure done here today. Mary and Hannah took very good care of me!! They were all so very kind and did exactly what I wanted them to do!! I highly recommend them and I will most definitely be back when I need my nails and toes done again!! Thank you for everything ladies!!

I dont remember the name of the person who did my pedicure but she cut two of my toes so bad that I couldnt enjoy the rest of my time because every time she touched my toes it was extremely painful. She tried to ignore it and when I told her it was bleeding and hurting she shrugged and said sorry and went on. Now I am having to put first aid cream and a band-aid instead of showing off my toes that I paid $35 for. Its ridiculous. I told the manager and she said she would take $5 off 😐 Then they had nothing modern or special to offer for my nails, anything I suggested they just kept saying they couldnt so it. I will never go back here!!

I have been coming here every 3 weeks for a couple years now. They are great! If you want to sit and have a conversation with them they will or you can just chill and people watch. I use to come in and just take whoever was available at the time, but the service does vary from person to person. I now always call in and make an appointment. Ive had different people do my eyebrows but Michelle is the best, doesnt hurt at all! If you get a pedicure, definitely get #2 the $25 one. You get additional scrubs and the hot stone massage is amazing. Ive almost fallen asleep a couple of times. And throughout my time coming here, Ive seen many improvements. Also if you get your nails done and they chip within 2 weeks they will repair it for free.

Today, I decided to come back to this salon after several years. The way I was treated was outrageous. I dont know the name of this woman who did my nails and then eyebrows. She was rude and mean and she destroyed my eyebrows. She wasnt communicating at all. I told her that I wanted my eyebrows tinted, but she put so much of the coloring paste that it was burning and she kept in on for 15 mins. Next, I told her that I like my eyebrows long and want only waxed underneath. However, she did something that in my 45 years of life nobody ever did before. She waxed off my eyebrows off one by one in the middle. I cried today several times already. Instead of making me lookin better , she made me look bad. The way she was moving my face back and forth was rough like I was a piece of meat. Waxing was awful. After she waxed my lip instead of putting some gel on, she just left. I worry now if my eyebrows will grow back. For sure, I wont leave it like that if they dont grow back. Horrible service. Looks like their services are based on good location and NOT quality service. Very upsetting!!!!EDIT: look below at the two pics. First, how my eyebrows look like when done well. How long they. And, the disfigurement of my face they did to me. I can’t stop crying. I should seek legal help with that.

So yesterday was my second time visiting this place at first I thought I would be able to come there always however yesterday I got a week old set taking off and I requested a foot massage no pedi. It took them a while to give me an answer on the price for just the massage, however the lady said ask the other lady how long I said “30 mins” she said “$30, 30 mins” it was fair I accept it because another shop did it for the same price. In the mean time the lady was still finishing up with my nails. She had finish set me up in the pedi chair I had requested to go ahead and pay I gave her my card and her words were “100” how can my service be 100 and my nails were only 60 and the massage 30! I’ll never support this place again! I heard what she said loud and clear..

This isnt my regular nail salon, but I run in if I need a quick repair. The last time I was here I received a nail repair that ended up looking like a first grader did it. I decided to try again on my busy Saturday since its so close to home. I walked in at 1015am, 3 nail techs standing at register.. I asked if they had a particular dip powder in the color of my other nails.. they say No OPI dip, only gel ok, no problem, can you see if you have the color in gel then? Its called, Its a girlthey all shook their heads..ok, I asked if they had anything close, I just needed a nail repair.. the tech seated says No. I reply...you cant even look?..then decided to just walk out.. they obviously didnt want to do it and made it known. I went across the street to Jadore nail bar. instant service, polite, they didnt know if they had the color but said they would find the best match!. A clean, professional place with sodas for guests and they had me wash my hands before the service started which I really like!!Goodbye TNL nails.

Amazing results. Went in after work with aches and pains in my feet from all the extra skin and came out refreshed and smooth as a babys toe.

Hannah is amazing!! Knew exactly what I was asking for and my nails look perfect! Staff there is kind and I have gotten a pedicure from another lady and it was also great!! Overall great job by all...thank you!!

Came in on New Years Day when theyre supposed to be closed. Theyre slammed and very nice, fast and efficient. Clean place and they were good with my 4 year old! Definitely recommend.

So I just came to this place today for the first time the staff would just stare at you and would not do your nails. I’ve been waiting in the waiting area for about 20 minutes and then the lady sat us down at the nail station and made us wait longer for a 20 MINUTES EXTRA. I just got up and left never coming here again and the social distance is horrible.

Overcrowded on a friday at noon even... Service was mediocre and my gel polish began chipping two days later....I used to go here about 15 years ago and it has declined tremendously.

Asked 3 times for round tips and got stiletto pointed tips. Asked how much for a full set and was told $25 yet paid $40. I will not be back. Im going to spend more money getting them fixed

Honestly they always do good on my nails but me and my friends got our nails did Saturday and they were ok mines was boxy and theres were dull and not polished well

Only went one time for a nail color change, ended up having my acrylics removed. I ended up going to the NAIL SALON I should have gone to, to have them fixed free of charge. I will never go back ever!!!!! I now go to Admired Nails, across the street, and while they’re a bit more expensive, I have never had a bad nail experience.

Theres only one reason I go to this place because my nail lady is phenomenal!! Her name is Thalyna. She is THE BEST!! Her nails come out perfectly even all shaped the same. Never crooked and if you like all the designer shaped nails like coffin shape or stiletto shaped any shape shes the one you want!!! Trust me you will not regret it..

I have been going here for years. I never have to wait, they have many, many great colors in both polish and gel, and they sanitize everything properly. They keep the front doors open, so it doesnt smell as strong as most nail salons do. I appreciate that! Mary does the best gel nails and Tommy and King do the best pedicures. Over the years I have had a couple of young girls that just didnt seem to want to be there, but the vast majority of all the employees are highly skilled, professional and friendly.

I went in for a full set 2 days ago. The guy they stuck me with had no clue what he was doing. After 4 attempts to get the shape right, he just sort of shrugged his shoulders. They were closing and I was the last customer as they swept and mopped the floors around me. I just agreed to come back to get them fixed. Bad idea!!! I went back today and I showed them the horrid shape of my nails, 1 was lifting and they were lumpy (not a smooth coat of polish). After explaining my story to 3 nail techs (I even whispered and told them I didnt want to make a scene in front of their current customers) and asking for a supervisor they began to just ignore me and help the new customers coming in. Finally I said, Hello? Is someone going to addres this?! One of the nail techs said, Just have a seat and well be right with you. After a short wait, a tech called me to her station. She asked to explain what happened and what I wanted. She made a call and then told me to come back tomorrow to have a supervisor help me. I refused and told her I spent $100 ($90 + $10 tip - receipt attached) and I wanted them corrected now. She seemed amazed that I spent that much, but then proceeded to repair the shape of my nails. She only glued down the lifting nail, not a full repair and she attempted to repair the polish on 1 of my nails, but its still lumpy (along with the others). I tried to give her a tip for the repair work that she did, but she refused it...🙄 Long story short.....I WONT BE BACK!!!!

My mom and I went for permanent makeup. My mom has brown hair and they used red on my moms eyebrows....I got under eye liner and it came off Im less than a week...I go in to get my money back and they told me its just a base line....I need to come back to have it done agin....Im never going back....they do horrible work....I recommend none go there .

I’ve been here a total of 3 times. I keep giving them a chance.No more. The girl I had yesterday was just terrible. I got a pedi and a mani. She rushed through both. It’s supposed to be relaxing but was anything but. My cuticles are ragged today. I’m just so upset.I even left a $5 tip and she didn’t even acknowledge it.I won’t be going back.

I have been going to this nail spa for over 6 years. The quality of service is amazing! Johnny is my nail tech and Sally does my eyebrows. They do any amazing job and Johnny never turns down a new design idea. Even if they are not there, I would go to any other tech and be just as satisfied. My wife has been coming here a while now and I decided to join her and my daughter got an outing. First off, Johnny is wicked hilarious and u appreciate his humor. He made my daughters visit super enjoyable. Then theresCindy. She hooked my feet up. Yes, Im a manly guy and its been many years since Ive had a pedicure and manicure. Cindy will officially be my boo. The wife will have to just understand that I need her in my life🤣😂🤣😂🤣. Overall the salon is comfortable, clean, live atmosphere, and social. Loved the job they did on my nails, however, the communication was terrible they dont really speak a lot of English in this place its Easy to get overcharge and when you ask questions or try to remedy situation they quick to tell you management or owner is on vacation and Dismiss you. Never went back to the shop.

I went to this place last time to get a shellac manicure. I clean for a living so I expect them to wear quicker than normal. 4 days after, the gel polish started peeling and chipping. Ive NEVER had it chip/peel that quick. I can always count on at least a week and a half. I went to another nail salon (Venus Nails in St. Pete-which did an AMAZING job!). I didnt want to drive back down there to get my fill this time. So I decided to try this place again. I asked the lady if they had the exact fill stuff so my nails would look very similar to what I had. She said yes, that she had to mix some acrylic. The glitter in the acrylic has a green tinted to it, total opposite of what I had before. They never asked me until after the acrylic was applied if I wanted them cut back. My new nails have a U shape square to them. They are sharp on the edges (which is totally not what I had). Also, the line on the square tips are uneven. Im very dissatisfied with this experience. I thought I would give them a 2nd shot and they did a worse job this time than the last experience. Even though this place is very close to my house, I will definitely drive an extra half hour for my fill next time! This place will not get my business again.

If I could give a negative star I would. My daughter and I both got pedicures and manicures with gel polish. I also paid extra for the callous removal. We both left with skin still lifted on our heels. The gel polish started lifting like a piece of tape after just a couple of days. A week later I went to Queen Nails on Belcher at Ulmerton. I am on week 3 and my nails still look AMAZING...THE BEST PART IS THAT YHEY WERE EVEN CHEAPER!!!! If you want beautiful and amazing lasting nails, DO NOT GO HERE!!! WASTE OF MONEY

The girl who did my nails filed furiously fast and kept filing my skin. I told her repeatedly to slow down. Then she burned my finger with her drill and later accidentally burned the top of my hand with her drill.If you happen to have an established person, fine. This is like a factory where they get you in and out to get the next customer in the chair.Not even low-priced for this bargain basement service. Just hoping not to get a fungus.

Ive been a regular since moving here 6 months ago. They offer several different levels if service, and I have tried many of them. I always leave feeling younger and fresher.

My guy and come every three weeks for mani/pedi with Sally who is phenomenal. The salon is clean, stylish, lively and everyone is friendly. They also do brows, hair removal, etc. Great experience.

Today was my first visit. I had 2 children with me, therefore I didnt complain nor cause a scene. The nail tec who serviced me was very rude and rushed so quickly, she cut me in several spots. She didnt fill my whole nail with acrylic on 3 fingers. The lengths of my nails are noticeably different and the paint was very sloppy. I feel like these nails are very poorly done and overpriced. I knew walking through that door was a bad idea. Lesson learned. Never again!

Last Sunday went gotten gal done paid 35 bucks. Today is Tuesday and 8 of them are off. Went n and the ladies didnt want to do anything about it. Never again. KC nails 25 bucks gal so much better n nicer. Bad busniess tnl

I went to this salon to receive an acrylic fill. While the staff were quite polite and kind, the actual fill was somewhat of a nightmare. My technician happened to use equipment she said she had not used before when attending to my nails, and actually drew blood from my cuticles from rubbing so harshly! Once we both realized I was bleeding, I assumed she would be more gentle or use a different tool. She did not. Four of my fingers bled before she finally changed the tools she was using! Though she was kind and my nails looked nice afterwards, I would be wary when getting your nails done at this salon.

Thats one busy nail salon, good for when youre in a hurry and dont have time to make an appointment to have your nails done. What your experience will be, mostly depends on who will be taking care of you. Mine wasnt very pleasant, unfortunately. Before visiting here, I had no idea that manipedi could involve bleeding.

First time and I will never go back! I have had my nails less than two weeks and two have popped off.. worst service Ive ever experienced and to be honest Id like my money back! They were rude and rolled their eyes at me multiple times for no reason. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

First visit. My fill-in and nail design were done very nicely, but the star of my visit was my pedicure. I paid $5 extra for the orange and sea salt massage. It was well worth it!! The girl spent a lot of time with my nails and did not hurry through my massage. After sitting for so long in the massaging chair, I was completely relaxed when I left. I wish I had gotten their names, but I know what they look like and will request the same girls next time.

Normally I go to a different nail salon I decided to give this place a shot and boy was I disappointed. First off I have at least three out of the five nails on each hand that don’t match in thickness and in size. It has only been a week since I’ve gotten my nails done and two have already come off. Ladies and gentlemen don’t stray from what you know, I should’ve stuck with my nail guy and not given this place a shot I guess that’s what I get for trying to try something different. Very bad quality!!! I was going to leave as I was looking through their polishes but decided to give them a chance..Always!!! Trust your instincts..Well Ive had my French manicure for 2 days and all of the Polish has chipped off it started the first day...25$ down the drain & I chose french because all the Polish looked acitoned down and old..I always check the constistancy of polish and pretty well aware of the quality just from looking at it..So They say trust your instincts for a reason..Some businesses would rather over charge and take your money rather than giving you quality service and my money will never be spent in that REDICULOUS place ever again..Im far too embarrassed to share a picture but my own year old does a better job doing my jails so if anyone needs a good manicure she is available :)

This was the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. No real customer service. It was like they forgot that there was a person on the other end of the nails. The person doing my pedicure was very rough. She cleaned my toe nails and put the dirt/dead skin that she got out from under my toe nails on top of my foot. The scrub brush was hard on the tops of my feet, then she put hot stones on my raw skin, I almost kicked her. She did not know what a shamrock was and when I showed her a picture, she told me she couldnt do it, then proceded to make a mess of the nail art that she did do.The person who did my nails was just as rough. He hit me with the straight file and burned me with the drill file. I asked for nail art and he told me that it would look better without. I left pissed and my nails smudged. He didnt even clean the nail polish from around my cuticles. This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Dismissive, rough, and rude. I will definitely not be going back and I would certainly not recommend.

Very unsanitary. I went two weeks ago for a bridal party and now have fungus on three of my nails. I called to tell them and they said they couldnt do anything and pinned blame on me. I will never go back to this overpriced and unsanitary place again.
