Ive been going to see Kathryn at Life Line now for a few months. When I first became a client, Erin at the front desk was so helpful and prompt with getting me scheduled. (They even having a texting system which makes communicating and scheduling easier for those who cant always talk on the phone during business hours.)I cant express enough gratitude since Ive started seeing Kathryn. She has been such a huge help in my life with helping me through my life goals, anxiety and improving the quality of my life. She is a great listener and gives valuable advice.

Our experience at lifeline has been amazing! Karen is the most kind and caring person not to mention insightful and has an amazing ability to understand so many different perspectives and help others arrive at amicable and actionable conclusions that dramatically improve their understanding of each other and the relationship goals they want to achieve.

Karen is caring, incredibly insightful and perceptive! She has really helped us a lot and the tools she continues to give us have been life changing. We are so grateful for her!

I am extremely disappointed my therapist that I have been seeing weekly is no longer practicing with this company. My husband, myself and my referrals will be seeking therapy following Michelle . This seems very unprofessional as we have developed a deep relationship with her and literally both saw her yesterday both separately and together and I was informed today that my appointment for this Thursday will no longer take place. Therapy has been crucial in my mental health and finding the right therapist, being Michelle, has been imperative to my mental health recovery.

I dont know where to start about how wonderful Kathryne is. She is actively engaged about everything I say and do, and pays attention to my body language in session to aid in further discussion. Shes so kind and compassionate, but always keeps things real. She takes my concerns seriously and the advice she shares with me is from a wide range of things, from information I never wouldve known about certain conditions, to advice about my own personal situations. She has been (and still is) incredibly helpful, I couldnt have asked for a better councilor.

As everyone knows it takes forever to find a counselor that is able to help you grow from all the problems built up. I was very disappointed with life line counseling when I found out that my counselor is no longer working . Michelle was great with connecting with my issues and was flexible with my schedule. Now lets start all over again. Thanks life line for wasting my time.Would not recommend to a friend.

I started therapy with Kathryn about one year ago. At first, I was doing it for my kids but quickly realized I really needed the help. Kathryn helped me sort through a lot of life changes that I was and still am going through by offering empathy and sound advice. Kathryn was very good at helping me deal with the nuances of teenage daughters as well as navigating the online dating scene. I feel so much stronger and empowered since I began therapy with Kathryn and I am forever grateful to have her supporting me as I go through this new chapter in my life.

I searched for a therapist online and found Carla...I read about her and thought she would be a great fit for me. The first time I met her she was very professional and very nice. She makes you feel very welcome and she is very easy to talk to. She helped me a lot. She came up with a plan on how to work through different issues and helped me recognize my value. I felt really hopeless when considering going back to therapy. I’ve visited 3 different therapists in the past who were nice people, but ultimately didn’t help me in managing my anxiety. A family member gave me Carla’s number, and I am so happy I decided to give her a chance. Here, I was given techniques on how to manage my anxiety when I was going through bad moments. I was taught how to lift myself up out of the cycle of negative thinking - due to past traumas. Carla helped me to let go of trauma I thought I would carry for the rest of my life, and I feel so much better now. She is like a best friend, and I’ve always felt very comfortable and willing to share my thoughts with her. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Carla was a huge blessing to me. God used her to breakthrough some deep struggles I was dealing with. I was looking for someone to help my daughter. My daughter has bipolar disease. She never wanted to talk to anybody...I had taken her to at least 10 other counslers before I found Jeanette!! I knew she would love her! and she did. My daughter told me she was the easiest person to talk to and I was so thankful for her!! Jeanette helped my daughter in so many ways!! If you are looking for counsling for a young adult I would Highly recommend Jeanette! I am thankful for her every day!!! Thank You Jeanette!!!
