Dr Klein is a great doctor, his staff is very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend him!

Dr. Klein has been my parents cardiologist for years now and hes been absolutely amazing! Hes always gone above and beyond with them, has answered any questions Ive had kindly and eased my mind. I cant say enough about how grateful I am to Dr. Klein and his staff.

I cant say enough about Dr. Klein. My father is 80 years old and called me to say the heart doctor he had been seeing wanted to do surgery on him. At my Dads age, I was a bit concerned so I convinced him to get a 2nd opinion with Dr. Klein. Dr. Klein was very courteous and had reviewed all of my Dads charts that we had sent to his office before the appointment. He explained to both me and my father in detail what was happening with his heart and that he wouldnt recommend surgery. He said he felt he could help my Dad with medication and gave him a prescription. My Dad went back a week later and they did another EKG and the medication worked and he has shown great improvement. Dr. Klein is now his regular doctor.

This doctor and his staff with a couple of doctors working on their felllowship “SAVED MY LIFE” literally! I still go to Dr Klien and love him!!

My fiancé recently had an icd implanted after finding out unexpectedly that he was born with a previously undetected heart condition. Being a person of otherwise great health and early 20s this has been a complicated journey although doctors have told him that he can now continue life as he had before. Tonight while playing basketball he received 4 shocks/kicks for the first time since the procedure. After regaining his composure and overcoming the fear of what happened, we called the number on the back of his icd ID card for the physician listed. The call back he received was from Dr. Klein, whose reviews I’ve read and I’ve seen pretty good feedback. However tonight must have been a bad night for him, he showed no empathy nor did he understand that we simply followed the instructions based off of the card. It seemed as though he only cared about whether or not he would have to take the call. He seemed annoyed that my fiancé did not know who he was supposed to call. I am disappointed that after dealing with this scare, and this being the first time this happened, that my fiancé was greeted by Dr. Klein this way. I hope this review helps him understand that after going through a tough situation like this, the last thing you need is a rude doctor on the other end of the supposed “help line”. The doctors and the call back doctor Amanda, at Bay Area clinic were much more understanding, reassuring, informative, and empathetic. Which was greatly appreciated.
