Where to start?Nurses and servers are UNDERSTAFFED and UNDERPAID!Kitchen staff is UNDERSTAFFED AND UNDER PAIDMatt the kitchen pizza guy… sorry meant “chef” won’t take the time from his week/weekend to come in to help either. Matt makes the prep cook and regular cooks do ALL the kitchen work. Dishes and all.Those wonderful workers give years of their lives to the good men group and gets NO Recognitions.Oh and don’t expect victor to do anything about nothing either. He over seas all the mess and let’s it go on.Don’t give them the time of day with your elders or work field!

Cypress Palms staff TRULY care about my mom and the residents they take care of on a DAILY basis We couldnt have made a better choice than Cypress Palms!!

My aunt was a resident at Cypress Palms for 7 years until her passing in January at the age of 96. I cant say enough good things about the facility. She was always treated with respect and her every need was taken care of. Great communication between staff and family. Highly recommended.

They have been open to questions and concerns my family has had, and have worked to accommodate my mothers special requests. Highly recommend.

Think twice to get your love one in this place, food is terrible, not enough servers, not enough cooks thats what it seems, tuna sandwich, horrible frozen hamburguers, not enough employees to take care residents in time, not a safe place.
