DONT GO HERE!! I have only been here one time and I will not be going back. The Nurse Practitioner Sandra Perez was horrible, she lacked professionalism and bedside manner. She came into my room and didn’t introduce herself, did my procedure very roughly, glued her eyes to the computer screen, was in a rush to finish, and didn’t even talk to me about her findings, she just left. Once i checked out I saw that they wanted to charge me for an annual AND for an office visit. I asked why and the lady at the front gave me an attitude and a poor explanation. They refused to give me my lab results over the phone, said i had to come in 3 weeks with an appointment to go over them and they won’t release results until then (they just want to charge you for an office visit). I went there in person again (they never picked up the phone) so I can get a copy of the Nurse Practitioner’s notes and the staff was rude to me until i asked to speak to a supervisor about poor patient care. In the Nurse Practitioner’s notes I found information that was not true and information they never told me about. Do yourself a favor and find a different clinic and don’t waste your time here because they will definitely waste your time and your money.

They always seem to take so long. My son had an appointment at 430 and its already 650 and were still waiting. Besides that they took 2 months for a well check appointment. I hardly ever come because if this reason. Im only here to go over some blood work. I might have to start looking for another pediatrician.

The staff offered horrible service, no explanation other than google. Would not recommend if you are in need of adequate health care service.

Doctor harrassed a parent, yelled and threw a chair.Refused to let parents leave until they signed papers for a medical procedure that the parents didnt agree with.

They tell you to call for to check if need different med .I call they take long to answer then when they answer that the nurse was not there but they were going to tell her tocall me back but never called back I call & they never did answer

The wait is usually 45 minutes to an hour; however, today I waited over two hours for my appointment.

Bad service...Needed the resultsAnd they couldnt tell me after I make in appointment one month from now and for what for me to wait another 3 to 4 hours in waiting area. I rather go to San Antonio ....😠😠😠😠

My son was super sick & they couldnt give me a appointment, & they never answer or they put u on hold & take forever.
