The level of professionalism and the superior customer service have convinced me to maintain our patient-doctor relationship for long time. I needed urgent care and I called, and there were no appointments available. But I was offered to leave my phone number in case somebody cancel, and they called me and took care of my need. I have been a patient of Dr. Tran for over 20 years. The care he provides is exceptional. He takes his time in answering all my questions and concerns. The staff is excellent in accommodating me and at the same time making arrangements so I can also bring my mother along to her appointment. Mom feels more at ease if I’m present during her examinations and the staff are kind enough to make sure she feels at ease. One word to describe their service-exceptional.

We have gone to another Dr for years but it was so hard to get a appointment, so decided to go here since this is where we have been purchasing glasses. I was a little scared because my son is young and very active but Dr. Kassandra N. Peña was awesome she took her time and was so kind very helpful. Were a family of 6 all of us use glasses, we will definitely be switching to this office.

EXCELLENT!I should mention first, I’m always wary of going to a doctor, especially a new one. I recently moved to Laredo and as a caregiver for my grandfather have experienced some below average doctor visits that suffer from a lack of basic customer service, among other things. That is not the case at Tran Vision Center. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience; the staff was thorough and friendly, the exam was thorough and informative, I left more than satisfied with my overall visit. I never once felt rushed or like I was delaying the doctor from another appointment or other task, the environment was comfortable, and I felt genuinely appreciated as a patient-a skill lost to many doctors’ offices. I rarely, if ever, leave a review, much less a positive one; I’m just THAT impressed by the level of service and professionalism at Tran Vision Center, and if you knew me personally, you’d know I don’t impress easily, especially in Laredo. Based on my experience, if you go anywhere else, you are doing yourself and more importantly, your eyes, a disservice.

The service was fast and everyone was really patient and helpful. The docotr was patient and was willing to answer every question I had. The front staff was warm and welcoming as well! Not to mention they have amazing eye glass frames! I have totally recommended to family and friends for their eye needs.

My three children and I just visited with Dr. Pena, and it was the best overall experience. She was amazing at keeping my children aged 8-11 completely engaged and at ease.

Excellent office visit. Wait time was a little long however Dr Pena answered all of my daughters questions and mine as well. Very professional Dr that explained in detail the process to my daughter and made her feel at ease. Highly recommend this office.

Didnt even know how I got scheduled for an eye examination I needed so urgently for my job and I shown up 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment.And yes, the hospital is located at the heart of the city of Laredo with free and conducive parking lot. As for the waiting room is fully air-conditioned, very spacious with interesting TV shows/news for all ages. Simply put, it feels like home away from home.The receptionists and/or nurses are very nice and accommodating. The best part of it all, was the female Dr. Oops, Ive forgotten her name but boy oh boy, shes the most cordial and professional medical personnel Ive ever met in my life. She made my eye exams worthwhile and Im grateful for such treasured memories.Would 100% recommend Tran Vision Center to families and friends to check them out for quality eye care and exceptional customer care for all ages.Congrats and keep the good work going.

I have been seeing Dr. Tran yearly for my eye examinations. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and professional. His new partner, Dr. Cruz is an outstanding eye doctor too and very polite as well as knowledgeable. She answers and describes her eye exams to the fullest; the office staff as well as the optical staff are very helpful.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for years. Never had problems with staff or with my prescription. Best place to get a consultation/eye exam.

First time visit since I’m in Laredo temporarily. From the start it was obvious the staff had my file established and I didn’t have to fill out paperwork. That in and of itself, would’ve been enough for me to be impressed. The technical staff was prompt and efficient (also warranted a high rating). The icing on the cake was Dr. Peña! Although young, she epitomizes what, in my opinion, a true professional is. In an era of “assembly line” work policies, she was very thorough taking time to verify I understood what was happening during the process.With every critique, there are pluses and deltas. In this case, when I picked my new glasses, the technician who delivered my glasses didn’t inquire if they fit ok (they did), or offer something to read (progressive lenses), so I had to ask.I believe a five star rating is fair since that may be a local practice. The same thing happened to my mom (at another establishment) when she picked up new glasses recently.

I loved the staffing, they were super nice. They squeezed me in the list to check up on my daughter eventhou she didnt had an appointment. Dr. Peña was so patient with her, and explained every detail to me. She answered my questions. The optical ladies also an amazing job with big smiles on their faces. I will totally recommend Tran Vision Center to friends and family.

Very disappointed in this Lady named Imelda first I went for a contact lens prescription they had me trying out some samples to see which one was appropriate for me I finally got the one that I was able to see good I call the lady and ask to order me the one she had barely given me cause I could see good with them well come my order she ordered me the wrong prescription for the left eye so I call her and tell her and she saids I’ll order them for you these was in 4/8/21 it usually takes a week or two to come in I was waiting for them to call me and they never did so I called them and ask if they had received them and the lady tells me yes we have them here I was so mad because they took like a whole month for her to order my contacts and didn’t have the time to call or message me about them arriving today 5/24/21 more than a month

The team at Dr. Tran’s office are great as usual. I really appreciate that they’ve adopted an online method to appointments and forms. This was my first time seen by someone other than Dr. Tran, but the experience was just as great. Dr. Pena has the same upbeat and positive attitude and explains your results as simple as possible. The team over at the eyewear section were great as well. Showed me options I could also order and helped me in getting the necessary paperwork for rebates offered via my insurance provider. Great overall experience and would highly recommend to everyone.

Dr. Tran is very professional, so great with kids, and takes the time to explain everything so thoroughly. He even addressed my 7 yr old if she had any questions which I always think is of great importance even if they are just kids. I visited Dr Trans office last week to get a 2nd opinion on my vision issues. Dr Pena explained what was causing the problems i was having was not a severe as I thought. I called Dr Trans on my drive from Dallas and spoke with Sandra to try to get an appointment. I gave her all my insurance info and everything was taken care of by the time I arrived. I was very impressed with all their services and will certainly recommend them to my relatives in Laredo.

I took my boys for eye exams to another place & we walked out as soon as I saw how packed it was, no social distancing, it was just a scary mess! I felt comfortable having my kids in this office.
