I enjoyed my experience at Skintology Spa. The spa has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff and techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. The service provided by Stacy was extremely professional, which made me feel comfortable. I will definitely continue visiting. Highly recommend this spa!

I completely agree with the others. DO NOT GET A FACIAL HERE!! Wasted $205 on a Hydro whatever facial. I don’t mind paying the prize but for that prize I expect a full service. Attention to detail, not rushed and make sure your client is relaxed. None of that happened, I was not given a robed, I was placed on the bed with my clothe on with nothing to cover me. The actual service was completely rushed my appointment was at 1:30 and supposedly had a consultation first and then the facial afterwards. With consultation and facial combined I walked out at 2:00 on a $205 facial. This was all done with a machine which she explained but regardless no massage on the arms, she rushed the extraction part. It was just a completely waste of money and time. Please save your money and don’t get facials here. I also do the laser hair removal here but that so far has gone well. But I mean how do you f up laxer hair removal 😑

Probably thee worst facial Ive ever received.. The front desk was amazing. Super friendly. The facial itself was a whole other story. The cosmetologist told me itd be 45 minutes. I got my face cleansed, steamed, extracted and then laid in some face mask for some 20 minutes. She came back to wash off the mask and apply a cream. Minus laying in the mask, it was 20 minutes tops. If that. A complete waste of $85.

Beginning to end it was an overall horrible experience. The front desk was not attentive, did not offer any complimentary beverages or water. When taken to the “tea room” beverages were still not provided, then when asked for tea the host only brought 1 and did not offer for all guests. When it came down to the facial, there wasn’t any discussion or consultation which I was very surprised. As the facial began, I realized none of the services that were listed online for the 45 minute signature facial were implemented. I mainly laid in the cream/mask for the entire 45 minutes with some steam. It felt very lazy and rushed, the cream wasn’t properly taken off at the end leaving residue on my face. There was zero communication as to any recommended products that would help benefit my problematic areas. I felt as if I could have done a better job at home. Definitely not a spa experience, highly do not recommend.

The BEST in Laredo! I tried other hyped up spas in Laredo when I first moved here and none of them even come close. The atmosphere is so relaxing and luxurious, the staff is very well mannered and respectful, the customer service is out of this world, and the actual services provided fall nothing short of amazing!

Have my regularly scheduled mani/pedi with Stacey Martinez and it is always quality service. She takes great pride in what she does and does it well. Spa itself is very clean and inviting.

Skintology Spa is absolutely AMAZING. So glad I found this little gem in town. After an overwhelming move across the United States this was exactly what I needed to decompress from all the stress.Upon arrival to inquire about the Spa and their services I was greeted immediately by the lovely ladies in the front desk. I requested to tour the facility and the Manager (Erica) so graciously volunteered to give me the tour. She walked me through the entire Spa and explained with details some of the most popular spa services they offer in addition to other services such as pilates class. She was always smiling, spoke to me so graciously, she made me feel welcomed.I was looking for three particular components that are so important to me (No. 1 Hygiene, No. 2 Inviting relaxing atmosphere, No. 3 Staff courtesy) and let me tell you, Skintology DID NOT disappoint. Before I left the facility I booked my services for the next day!The day of service the staff made me feel like royalty, I was absolutely pampered at all times and enjoyed every minute of it. I was offered champagne, mimosas, fresh fruit, and/or water. All aestheticians were attentive to my needs and they ensured I received undivided attention. I was so pleased with my Spa experience that I booked another service shortly after leaving.If you are looking for a place that will take you away from your daily to-do stressful list, this is where you want to go!

Great customer service from the front desk. My facial consisted of hot steam and two applications of creams. While they “set” the esthetician was cleaning her supplies in the sink and texting. The 45 min was mainly me soaking in the lotion. I did not receive a neck or shoulder massage. Just a wand over my face. Very disappointed not relaxing. The esthetician was not rude but more worried about cleaning and texting.I was only here visiting family and will not return. Again the front desk was amazing.

Amazing service great atmosphere!!! I purchased a CBD Cream recommended by the staff for pain. I have rods, screws, lumbar, thoracic, and cervical damage!! This cream is a prayer answered I have dropped my medicine use by half!!! Thank you for letting me get my life back!!!!💯

Definitely is the best Spa in Laredo. They have a very relaxing ambiance, exceptional service and endless state of the art services. They even have reformer Pilates, total barre, and yoga.

This spa has BEST facials in Laredo not to forget the best employees. Michelle did my 2nd hydrafacial and im in love with my skin. She also recommended microneedling however i got really sick and couldnt make my appointment she called me and did the service in the comfort of my home i had same experience from the spa! Extremely Happy!
