I highly recommend this place. I bring my preteen daughter here which is important because shes so young. She gets waxed. Ive been waxed and threaded here both eyebrows and sideburns. What I will say is that I think it depends on who works on you. The gentleman who has done my daughters face a couple of times does an amazing job. He takes a long time and thats a good thing. Ive been worked on by several different employees and I didnt find anything special about either technician to be honest. They were very fast and the second person didnt even put oil on my face after. The business is really careful about checking temperatures and not letting anyone wait inside the establishment....however, on our most recent visit, my technician made my daughter wait outside (which is completely acceptable and required for everyones safety) even though we were both customers that day but then a group of her friends waltzed in to give her a Pandora charm and their temperatures were not checked.

Theyve kinda lost their touch. Im not really sure why they didnt define my eyebrows but they didnt explain if they were leaving them like that to grow in or what. The first girl was new and she barely did anything (waxing) and left a bunch of hairs behind. I went back later (the manager said they could touch it up with threading) and the guy did ok I guess. But kind of had an attitude and didnt really do much either.

Only two ladies working at the time. The lady left the residue of the wax once done. She said I was good to go. Apparently not. My hairs are ingrown now thanks. But will be coming back soon! My friend needs to get her eyebrows done and I recommend it here despite all this mess. Thanks brow threading studio!
