I love this place! I mostly go to Justin Mette for chiropractic work and hes great. Each appointment is very tailored to what is actually going on that day (Ive been places where they do the same thing every time). Many of them are also able to do dry needling and cupping which I find super helpful and makes the price really reasonable.Ive also been there for massage and physical therapy and both experiences were really helpful.

As always Spine & Injury Clinic was professional and I am SUPER grateful they got me in right away. The next day I felt 100 times better! Everyone that works here is AMAZING! Thank you!

The Spine and Injury Clinic is the best place in Laramie for safe and effective chiropractic adjustments. Their staff is friendly and professional, their cleanliness and safety standards are terrific, and the all of the providers have good hands. I would know, Im a massage therapist and understand the difference between a chiropractor that just makes your back crack, and one that really feels for whats going on in your body. I refer my clients to them whether its for adjustments or physical therapy because I trust they will be taken care of.

Justin is fantastic, I had had a terrible experience at a different Chiropractor in town several years ago, so was hesitant to try someone else. I have suffered with chronic neck pain/headaches for the past 3 years and was at my wits end. I had exhausted all treatments at home, so I reluctantly scheduled an appointment at Spine and Injury based on a recommendation from a friend. When I saw their reviews I figured it was worth a try. I have been twice (2 consecutive weeks) and am so impressed....and headache/neck pain free. I had to take my 3 year old to my last appointment, and Justin was great with her, engaging her and was so kind. My daughter normally wont talk to strangers, but he even had her singing the Paw Patrol theme song. I am so thankful for Spine and Injury, and especially Justin. Our insurance does not cover chiropractic so we have to pay out of pocket, but we do get a military discount. it is very reasonably priced. I cannot speak of the other Chiropractors, but I 100% recommend Justin to anybody!

Jalyn is simply the best. Came to the clinic as a result of a nagging glute injury. As an athlete, I was eager to get back to training and leave this injury in the rearview. Jalyn, an athlete herself, understood my eagerness. She helped me towards recovery as efficiently as possible through daily stretching/mobility exercises combined with dry needling, cupping, and ultrasound to the affected areas. I hobbled into this clinic barely able to sit for more than an hour, a month later Im running 24 miles through the Tetons. Performance-wise, they got me back in fighting shape - forever grateful.

I went to CJ Cole for some calf/tibialis anterior issues from running high mileage. While I am not 100% recovered yet I am much further along after visit to Spine&Injury Clinic and learned quite a bit on preventative measures going forward.

Dr. Mette is incredibly good at what he does. He even gives you take home stretches and advice on how to prevent the problem you came in for on the first place. They are very dialed and seem to care about you returning to form. Highly recommend.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to the Spine and Injury Clinic of Laramie and especially my physical therapist! I have been going there for the last 16 months, for my hip and knee injury/surgery recovery. They have been there with me through the misdiagnosis, the surgery, the pain, tears, smiles and laughter. My physical therapist this whole time has been Dr. Morgan Pearson. Morgan has gone above and beyond to help get me back into “dance” shape, she has even watched/attended classes with me to put together the best exercises to help me get back to the shape I am in today. I never did the same workout twice, I loved how she changed it up every time I went. The entire chiropractic team is also excellent and they work together with the physical therapists to help you heal even faster. The clinic has done an amazing job during all the COVID-19 pandemic issues and have kept the environment clean and safe. Their entire staff is friendly, supportive and encouraging, they have created an amazing environment to help you recover from any injury! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Also, the priciest care weve ever received but I guess thats expected with the best care. Would definitely recommend these guys and this facility.

I cannot rave about this place enough. Ive had to see a chiropractor my entire life and have seen Dr. David since moving to Laramie in August 2017. Since then I have had a change in insurance that greatly affected my coverage. The clinic worked with me on this and it was incredible. My experiences with Dr. David and the staff have always been wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. David Milam is the best chiropractor I have ever had. Not only is he personable, his skill had me up and walking straight in 3 sessions. Most chiropractors have wanted to keep seeing me indefinitely, but he released me and said Ill see you in a few years! Fantastic practice. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

Spine and Injury is awesome. If I had not contacted them... I would not be walking. I have gone from barely able to move, to moving freely without assistance. I will continue my treatments and PT to allow myself to continue to move unassisted. Staff is wonderful, interested in my whole well being. Everyone is very friendly and understanding. The therapists know when to push you through a problem and when the problem requires a different solution. I have been there for 2 conditions and do not feel like either of them would have recovered the way they have without the help of this amazing staff.

I so enjoyed my experience with Spine and Injury Clinic. With other chrapractors, they ask me to come in again the next day. Dylan got it all done in one appointment. Also, Ive never had the experience of pulsing electricity through my muscles to relax them. (I hope that was a correct description.) I recommend this. It is rather relaxing.

Id compare these guys to other places, but there is no comparison. They are in a league all their own. I love that not only do I get an adjustment, but I get exercises and advice to help alleviate the problem. Not many chiropractors will actually do that part of it, in my experience.
