Great staff! My oldest daughter takes her babies there and I take my 12 year old daughter there. Dr. Harastani is great with them all! Hes got a great sense of humor and listens to an issues we have

All about money not patients, rude staff this office is not the place to take your child. Dont waste your time

I have been taking my son to this office for over 5 years. We have always been very satisfied with the level of care. Wait times are incredibly reasonable. O would highly recommend to anyone who is considering a new pediatrician.

Dr. Harastani has always been very personable with impeccable bedside manner, wonderful job at making even your most nervous kiddos feel safe, protected and right at home. So very thankful for him. Always trust his prognosis as hes been in the game for quite some time. His staff is also very sincere and professional, we couldnt be happier.

Horrible experience! Staff was rude! This was also not the first time this had happen …. That’s such a disappointment. I have been going here for years.

Edit OCT 05 2021: I have about had it with this place. When I first started coming here and saw Dr. Harastani for her first appointment I thought I was sold on this place. Don’t expect to be seen by him after the first visit. They have refused to see my daughter for 3 weeks cause she had a cough. After 3 hospital trips, 3 negative covid tests, 3 negative flu tests and 2 negative and 1 positive RSV test, plus an urgent care visit, after 3 weeks later they finally were willing to see her. I’ve been here since 9am and still haven’t been seen by her doctor and it’s after 10am. The wait times are ridiculous. Also, most of the nurse practioners seem like they’re right out of high school. Starting to feel like they don’t value babies health at all.Over a year agos review: Have taken my baby girl here twice since she was born September 16th.I had originally chosen Harastani due to he had the best reviews for Lapeer Pediatricians. Both appointments went very smoothly, Dr. Harastani is very outgoing, easy to converse with, and has answered any questions I have had. I noticed that my baby girl has been a little fussy/gassy after eating lately, he gave me a sample of the gentleease formula to TRY and see if i like it better before I just up and switch without knowing. I feel like me and my baby girl are very taken care of here.

I had Dr Harastanni as my pediatrician and chose him for both my sons as well. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. His bed side manner is impeccable! Have yet to visit him without leaving with a smile and a laugh to go along side the medical exam. I’ve never been kept waiting and always able to get an appointment scheduled within the time frame needed when I call. I recommend all my friends to take their children here as well. Doctors of this caliber are few and far between!!!!

My daughters are new to this office was the first visit today. There where kind and patient to my girls. Im sure were going to find this place to be satisfying for my girls Healthcare.

Dr Harastani is awesome. He is thorough, wise, kind and most importantly he has me 10 yr old daughter Laughing and at ease which makes any appt so much easier. I would recommended him to anyone around and for those to make the extra few mins of a drive from surrounding cities to have your children seen Bf his staff and himself: you do not find physicians often that spends the time in the room, follows up under 24 hours and continues to do so. So glad we made the switch to this office. :)The office staff were kind and easy to work with as well.

Both Dr. and his son are wonderfully well mannered, informative and have a gentle loving touch. I am thankful I chose this office to bring my son to after he was born.

Always a wonderful experience with this practice. Dr. Harastani and his staff go above and beyond to make my baby comfortable while listening to our concerns/questions. The nursing staff is also excellent and remembers my child which is such a nice touch.

We love Dr Harastani and all the staff at Lapeer Pediatric. We have been with him since our daughter was 4 months old. We are now having our second baby and they couldnt be in better hands! Staff is gentle and friendly with the kids. He is also not an over prescriber of medicine. He only gives it when the kids actually need it rather than just loading kids up with medicine so young! He listens takes the parents feelings into account with diagnosis! Would highly recommend!!!

We live an hour away, but I still drive there even for sick visits for emergencies. They always welcome same day appointments. Lovely staff and wonderful doctors! My son loves seeing doctor Harastani, and he enjoys the wall arts they have in the rooms!

Dr. Harastani is the BEST! My boys have been seeing him for years! We moved about 2 years ago and I still drive over an hour to see him! He is so thorough and great with children! I would recommend him to anyone thats looking for a pediatrician!

Honestly I have been coming to Dr. Harastani for a long time now, and I’ll tell you.. this Doctor is incredible. Not only is he very educated about medicine but he truly has a passion for his patients.

Not good doctors at all! Both of them need to go back to school! After asking others their experience with these doctors they also agreed theyre not that good and theyre going elsewhere!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Harastani and his staff to anybody looking for a good pediatrician to take their children too! Their bedside manners are excellent which is super important in the medical field and to the parent! I 100% trust Dr. Harastani and his staff to care for my 3 children! I have not only just seen Dr. But my kids have also seen his Nurse practitioners and his PAs and their all amazing as well and trust them all completely with my kids lives! He is an Amazing Dr. and you can tell he cares about his practice and loves what he does and always puts 100% into your childs care! Also on a plus side for us parents because you never know when your child is going to get sick is that its always easy to get in on same day appts and they will also work with you to try and accommodate around your busy schedule!

Dr Haristani is a good man, a very knowledgeable doctor and very calm and sure about his practice. He told me once he has many children himself and you can tell by the ease of which he communicates and gets along with sick kids. I went to him with my first newborn and I was scared and nervous about everything and he never ceases to reassure me. Unfortunately we don’t see him enough so we get the physicians assistants, and although still learning and not as well-rounded and experienced through years of treating, they do a good job and ask questions through Haristani if they need to. They always squeeze us in for last minute appointments! We have gotten many referrals from foot specialists to X-ray techs. We do sometimes have to call the desk more than once to remind them but overall the office has a good staff and they haven’t let us down.

We chose this office based on the reviews as we were new to care in this area. My 3 children have been with this office for approximately 2 years now. The first year was great. We saw Dr. Harastani the first few times. He was kind and wonderful with the children. After that we were being scheduled with random providers every visit after that. The 2nd year... awful. This one star rating is due to the fact that theyve been treating my daughters condition the same exact way for 5, almost 6 months now, with no sign of healing and actually causing unnecessary tissue damage, and expect different results. Ive asked multiple times to get a referral for a specialist who has a one visit fix for her condition and they wont even entertain that idea. They just expect her to come in every few weeks for a treatment that is not working. My son has ADHD. I have to call every month for refills on his medication as they are highly regulated. I call Dr. Harastanis office approximately 5 days before his medication is out. The office gives the various providers 24 hrs to respond and send the refills to the pharmacy. In the last year, 5 times at a minimum, Ive gone to pick up his medication and the refill was never sent to the pharmacy. It takes 2 to 4 phone calls and threats of me going to the office to babysit them to get them to prescribe the refill. This isnt a provider issue all the time necessarily. Most often it is the front desk. My son has gone as many as 5 days without medication that allows him to focus in school. This is unacceptable. If his medication were for a life threatening illness he would be dead. If you want the same Dr. every time, medication refilled and fairly minor medical conditions treated properly and effectively...do not choose Dr. Harastanis office. We have found a new pediatrician as of today.

Having serious scheduling issues with this Doctors practice. As any parent would understand it is out of your control when your child becomes ill. For us there has been multiple instances when our son needed a quick check-up on a Saturday for a prescription such as eyedrops for pink eye and they refused to see him unless he had a scheduled appointment. (How do you schedule and appointment when you dont know you have an issue until that current day?). Also you will most likely never see Dr. Harastani beyond your first appointment. All in all it seems that they have so many cliental that your child is just a number. My wife and I are Defiantly finding a new pediatrician after this weeks concerning events with this practice. There is more but honestly Im getting tired of negatively typing. Just trying to give others a heads up.....

First off Dr.Harastani is amazing! Trust him 100%!! Very nice!! His long time staff members are amazing too!! I have wrote this review 5 times or more and erased it. Like I said the doc is great!! Trouble is u get his nurse practitioners and thats fine if they dont charge you another office visit for their mistakes..... Also Im uninsured so half the time they make me pay upfront and the other half I pay at the end. Ive been going there for over 18yrs. If its a new policy why is it only inforced sometimes? Makes me feel like some of the office people dont trust me and I know thats silly but still it seems to depend on the front desk person at the time. When I call with questions it sounds like Im annoying them until they get a nurse then its usually always smooth sailing. I dont know why the office seems so mad all the time. I miss the smiles and happy hellos. Its funny but the doctor is the only one that seems to love questions and even at his busiest times always makes sure we understand. I just really wish everyone else could be as pleasant as him. Plus if you dont have insurance always make sure and ask for him so it wont cost you more later for extra visits!
