The Doctors and Staff at Eye Care Professionals are friendly, positive, well trained, very qualified professionals. They have a great bedside manner and are very thorough. I have been a patient at this office for over 25 years along with my family and we have ALWAYS received over the top care there!

I had a good exam with Doctor Valenti. His prescription for eye glasses was spot on. The optician that fit my new glasses knew exactly what I needed and the best way to fit me for my no line bifocals.I highly recommend Eyecare Professionals.

A mistake was made when I was charged. I was called the next day and told I owe $30 more. Then I was told my contacts would be in within a few days. 2 weeks late I called and no contacts. They couldn’t even track them. I believe they never ordered them so they had to have them overnighted. I finally have them and paid the $30 from the misquote.

Ive been with this group for many years. The doctors are excellent, caring and professional. Dr. Butler met me after hours on an emergency basis. The staff are well trained and unfailingly polite. The atmosphere in the office is comfortable and relaxing...maybe because of the fish tank!

All around experience was awesome! I would definitely recommend this place. Front office was very friendly and I did not have to wait at all for my appointment time. The assistant’s were great and I had a laugh or to with them. Dr. Valenti is very thorough and explains everything in detail to you and you don’t feel rushed when your with him. He listens to your concerns and advises the Best situation for you. Also I have to add they don’t push you to buy new glasses or lenses if you don’t need to. Very honest place.

I have been going to Eyecare Professionals since my first pair of glasses 35 years ago! I am now with Dr.Butler in the office since my previous Optometrists have retired from the practice and I am totally happy with him and the staff. Dr.Butler can be busy with patients and always makes me feel cared about during the appointment. He explains my options (now that Im also using contacts) and they always work with my products until I am happy. Theresa - who does the contact lenses - has stuck with me through many changes with extreme patience and strong knowledge of the products. I could go elsewhere for my contacts and glasses but their office has taken care of handling everything so its one less thing for me to worry about. Their late office hours on Tuesday and Thursday and being open on Saturdays works really well with my schedule. I now bring my young kids to the office as well for Dr.Butler since they have patience for all age groups.

My first experience at Eye Care Professionals with Dr Valenti was exceptional. I woke up one morning in Nov 2020 seeing while lights and then a large donut shaped “floater”. It was pretty scary so I called around to find an optometrist what could see me right away. Most places told me that they had nothing for at least a month out. Dr Valenti saw me right away, during his lunch time that same day! Luckily it was just a floater, although annoying, not dangerous. Everyone in the office was super friendly, and definitely professional. I have since returned for my full check up and again they are all the best. I highly recommend this business.
