Dr Gera is very kind, and found that my restless leg syndrome was do to low ferritin.

My son, 8 yrs old, had a sleep study done at this facility in July. It was the first such experience for us both. The facilities were comfortable and more like a hotel than a clinic. The tech was very attentive and calming when she put the leads on my son and was very attentive. I was very pleased and feel it was a far less stressful experience than it could have been. The tech confirmed some areas of concern to us first thing in the morning, and we received the complete results within about 2 weeks from our provider.

Had a MSLT test which is all night & the following day. The staff was awesome and very courteous. Rooms are very clean and the staff is accommodating when they can be. They have earplugs if you ask, unsure of sleep masks. There are showers at the facility, however they do not provide conditioner, so if you require it remember to bring your own.

I have had a great experience going through a sleep study and therapy. Since this was a new experience for me, I appreciated the staff explaining the process and guidelines to ensure I dont incur any extra charges so I could stay within my insurance coverage. I definitely feel better now than I did the first day I stepped through their door.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever visited. On a office visit good luck having someone speak to you inside 20 minutes, ya wonder if they are even open. Called several times to reschedule, no call back finally day of appointment called and told them I am out of town and will not be able to make the appointment. They send me a no show Invoice for $50 when they are the ones that cant answer the phone or return a call. Do not use these people, complete waste of time and money. When I called to discuss the no show fee I was talked down to like I was beneath the person and I was putting them out by discussing the Invoice. Worse medical experience of my life. Between Insurance and my out of pocket cost a ton of money and they want another $50 because they cant return a phone call. Look else where or live with the sleep problem - its easier. Calling my Insurance Company to file a complaint next.

I was having so much trouble with sleeping at night and so much fatigue on awaking. It was a blessing to get to see Dr.Gera and have the sleep study for a diagnosis. The staff were very professional and non intrusive but conducted their duties in a kind, instructive manner. The study experience was the first time I had slept more than 4 hrs. for many months so I was glad to know there could be help for me.The office staff were helpful in getting me to an agency to begin my CPAP treatment.I would recommend the center to others for a diagnosis and follow up service.

Im so disappointed. I was referred here by my physician months ago and still dont have final results. I see lots of college students, no doctors. This looks like a billing mill.Billed me 328.00 for one visit claiming State of Mi insurance wont cover it. They dont check coverage for you, like a real doctors office. No wonder, this feels like a racket to push cpap machines and collect insurance fees. Id try some where else if I were you.During my 328.00 overnight stay I awoke struggling with their cpap machine and all its wires. I needed the rest room and couldnt get my attendant to come help for way too long.

Ive been a patient here for about 2 years and I will not be returning. During my first appointment, after telling Dr Gupta what my last set of treatment/sleep habits that worked well for me before parenthood, he asked me why I was no longer able to sleep 14 hours a night... While my baby was in my arms fussing in front of him. The lack of observation there was my first of many clues to never go back. The bill is always a surprise and nearly impossible to get a hold of the billing office to pay.

The office staff is very rude and unprofessional. It’s difficult to speak with anyone on the phone and they don’t even know what’s going on half the time. I had my sleep study done forever ago and still haven’t received my cpap. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
