We have been to every pharmacy in town and have put up with sub par customer service at many along with drug shortages and partial fills for years. About 6 months ago we discovered a gem here in Lansing! The customer service here is exceptional! A family business that treats their customers like family. Your Pharmacy is where you need to go if sincerity, compassion, knowledge and trust is important! We as a community are very fortunate to have Your Pharmacy available to us!!

Was told the medication they ordered was not profitable and that I needed to wait a week while they sent it back and got the cheaper one. When I tried to go elsewhere they refused to return my rx. Not friendly.

Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Amazing people always helpful and always go the extra mile to ensure everything is worked out. Life long seizure meds that require prior approval constantly and is always a hassle this pharmacy has always took care of us and made sure we have needs when we need them. Truly a great experience every time. I will never go to another pharmacy and I highly recommend Your Pharmacy!

The family that runs this pharmacy is amazing. You can call with any questions and they give you the same care they would give to your own family. Plus they do free delivers and the delivery person takes time to answer all of your questions! She has such a strong medical knowledge and a warm heart. Walking into the place feels like you’re walking into the home of a close friend you have known for years. They are the example of what a pharmacy should be!

I dont have any prescriptions, but Ive started getting my vitamins here. The prices are just better than everywhere else! Plus the front of the shop is very cute and fun to look around!

This place begged me to be their customer when I lived near them. And it was more like a pushy used car sales place then a pharmacy. Constantly calling me, filling prescriptions I didn’t want refilled without asking. (Older meds I hadn’t got refills on because I didn’t need the refills) Then when I moved out of the area I thought oh ok maybe it would be nice to have a pharmacy that delivers being I don’t have a car even if they do annoy the death out of me. But they started not wanting to deliver then. Ugh.....

This is by far the most convenient pharmacy in lansing. This family owned pharmacy has the nicest staff out of any pharmacy in the greater Lansing area, if not all of michigan. I am always treated very kindly and my prescriptions are always ready when I need them. I have never had to wait in line and their free delivery is wonderful. 10 out of 10. I would never recommend another pharmacy in my life. I have had nothing but great experiences with Your Pharmacy!

This Pharmacy just opened its doors in our neighborhood a few weeks ago. I had my perscriptions at another good pharmacy about 20 minutes away. Recently, I was in a pinch for time and made a decision to move my Rxs closer to me and try the new pharmacy. To my surprise, I made a a good choice. I was delighted to meet the new Pharmacist...he has been in the business for 26 years. I found him to very nice and compassionate towards me. He did a good job in getting my Rxs transferred. I feel that he a competent Pharmacist . I sense that he will take excellent care of us. I also enjoyed meeting his beautiful wife who has a interesting gift shop at the pharmacy too. We had a prescription called in for my children. I wasnt able to pick it up that same day. This place proceeded to call me repeatedly several times starting early in the morning telling me to come get our medications. When we called and explained why it was difficult to come get it the man said he would have it delivered. Here it is 6 hours later and no medication has been delivered. When we called to have it checked on the lady on the phone got angry and blamed us for not picking it up. I asked to have the prescription order transferred to some where closer, they refused basically holding our medication hostage. Not at all impressed with this place! Terrible customer service. I had to call the doctors office to have a different prescription called into the pharmacy closer!Update: The guy is impossible to talk to. The nurse called and cancelled the medications here and called them into our usual pharmacy. The guy then tried to deliver the medications and would not listen to me on the phone when I tried to explain that the medications had been cancelled and tried to tell me I HAD to take them. I am not taking medications that had been cancelled in the first place. We will NEVER do business here again!

They filled all scripts but we felt pressed to bring more prescription. I recieved a call from the wife asking me personal questions then later on the phramasist asked me some of the same questions like she never shared the info. with him. Not very professional!

Not a reliable pharmacy if you have any medications that are needed. After filling my perscription for 6 months I went in to pick up my prescription and was told he would lose money and wouldnt fill it. I had even stopped in the day before I called it in to make sure he could fill it. Now it will be another week before I can get it filled somewhere else.
